I rented my seguin property through a person named Drew. At the time I was looking for a office space I specifically explained about the signage for my business he assured me the property I was renting would be renovating soon and signage would not be a problem.. Well over a year later the property has not been renovated. I was not able to open my business because of signage have lost an enormous amount of money and I never heard from Drew again only his assistants. Somehow between him and my realestate guy my requirements never made my lease. Anyhow I think this is a low and awful way to do business.

When it comes managing properties expeditiously and efficiently, nothing compares to experience and this is what Mary Lou possesses in abundance. She leaves no stone unturned with her clear and concise communication.
