My start with Walters Intl was a little rocky, but I contacted the broker, and he got me reassigned to a new realtor, Amanda Callender. With two days notice Amanda dropped everything and made time for us so we could buy a home in 3 days. Since we were out of state, she attended the 24 hour walk through and delivered our keys to my sisters house. She also gave us a beautiful basket of goodies at closing. Paul Martinez was my Watters agent. He wasted no time in selling the home. He had obtained an offer even before the ink was dry on our contract. Got offer day one for the full price. Great experience.

I had the most horrendous experience. At every single turn Watters dropped the ball. Im not going to mention my realtors name, its that bad!After signing a contract that required a 7% commission, I never heard from anybody for almost 2 weeks. When a photographer finally arrived almost 3 weeks after the contract was signed the photography was mediocre at best. I had to push and insist that edits be made. When the lockbox was placed on my front door I was unable to turn the handle and so could not enter the house. The office said it would take a minimum of 3 to 4 days to get somebody to take it off. A home warranty was included in the listing agreement. My claims were denied because Watters never activated the agreement after the contract was signed. They agreed to pay for the appliance repairs but have not yet reimburse me. And I have no doubt that they wont. When I expressed my concerns to the team lead called JASON DAYTON he literally laughed at some of the things that had happened and said wow. He never once apologized. JASON DAYTON is by far one of the most unprofessional immature and unethical individuals that I have had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking to.A more detailed review will follow.

Two years ago, my wife and I started the long journey from being renters to being homeowners. We got in touch with a realtor back, then to help find us the house of our dreams. Throughout that time, I always felt like the time and effort for us was not top priority, nor second priority. We just felt left behind and just like that a year and a half past. My wife and I took it upon ourselves to “window shop”, You know driving around to available houses peeping inside through the front window trying to catch a glimpse of a potential home for us. During one of those long nights, my wife got contact information from one of the signs on one of those homes, She decided to give her a shot and send a message to the number . After sending a message late in the day thinking we were going to have another disappointing night, low, and behold a few minutes later, we get a message from a real person! “ would it be OK if I called you right now?” The voice asked, my wife slowly looked at me in shock “ Yes, that would be great” she replied. A few seconds later, her phone rang, and she answered, I did not know who this person was, but my wife talk to her for about 20 minutes like if she was talking to an old friend that she has not seen in years, I will cut to the chase at this point two months after that conversation, we have our forever home and, that voice was Santa McClelland. And let me tell this has been the very best experience from the most stressful experience, financially and contractually if that’s a word that most of us go through and she made it feel stress-free, answered all our questions anytime of the day and night! Cristina Cendejas worked very diligently while we were looking at homes while out of state and when we were finally in town to look at homes in San Antonio in person. From the outset, Cristina was exceedingly patient with us and our situation while we still had a very open-ended calendar for settling in San Antonio. We initially came into contact with Cristina in August 2023 while informally looking at homes near our grandchildren. Cristina acted as a true local expert who was able to work with us as out-of-state buyers to find the perfect house for us in San Antonio. While viewing houses on the internet, Cristina was able to offer both area insights as well as personal insights on homes she had visited recently. She was able to find homes within our budget, and set up appointments for us to tour while in San Antonio in February 2024. Over the 6 month span, Cristina stayed in touch and was able to send some potential homes to us - and this is key - we never felt overwhelmed, inundated, or smothered. We were also able to use her knowledge of the area while searching from afar. If we had a question, Cristina was timely and responsive, never leaving us hanging on any issues. As trivial as our concerns may have seemed, Cristina made them her own concerns as well, and would be able to track down the information through her considerable channels. Cristina’s local expertise served us well throughout the entire process, and she was a tremendous asset when we went to escrow. I was extremely pleased with the support from Jason Dayton and Amanda Greco selling property in Schertz. Jason was very responsive throughout the entire sales process. They even did a great 3-D tour of the home, which not all realtors do. The market is slower during the winter and the expert guidance lead to getting the right buyer at a fair price. Watters impressed us because they are doing a full advertising campaign when others are quiet and Watters has a reputation of working with investors from all over, that gave us hope that all would be well: no stone was left unturned!

Alishia Alonso is the bomb! She knows how to get everything going quickly, professionally and successfully. Our mother passed away and we decided to sell the house. It is in Austin in Johnston Terrace across the street from Liberal Arts and Science Academy. The house needed many repairs so it was best to have it torn and rebuilt. Alishia kept the communication consistent during the time the house was listed. She answered any questions to provide information to us to be aware of the day-to-day activities. My rental property needed a complete update and that wasnt easy to accomplish given the current shortage of building supplies and workers. I tried to list my four bedroom two baths on three acres with water well and septic and all utilities connected. And the realtor that was helping me try to list my house at very very low pricing. So they list your house very low so they can get the offers coming in. Just be careful when listing your house with them. Ive seen a lot of properties around me around my area go for more than what he was trying to sell mine form and their properties a lot less than mine
