The Century 21 Scott Myers team are top Notch. Luci Dennis is Great Realtor. She networks, markets and ensures you home gets exposure to the local market. My house sold in record time in very slow market. Whether you’re selling or buying a home you are not going to regret the Scott Myers team.

We worked with Lusi Dennis and our experience was awful. In the 4 months we were tied to her, she got us three showings and we had two open houses where no one showed up. When we first put our house on the market an investor offered a lowball cash offer, which we declined (but stayed in contact with). Three months later we had to 48 hours to close on our new house or lose it ,so we asked Lusi to contact the investor to say that we were willing to take the offer. She didnt even bother to reach out to them for several days, which meant we lost that opportunity! In the end, MY HUSBAND found another investor to sell our house to. We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.

Robert Scott Spencer is possibly the worst realtor I have ever encountered. 1 star is much too nice for this review. Let’s start with I am not currently in San Antonio and I had to fire my other property management due to other reasons. I hired Scott at the beginning of the year and in August when the AC had issues, decided I wanted to sell because the maintenance upkeep was too much on our family. I informed Scott months in advance that I wanted to sell when the tenants lease was up in January. First, he went to the tenants and told them I wanted to sell as fast as possible and they could get out of their lease early-which was not what I had said. By the time I found out he told them, they were already under contract with a house they found. I was fortunate to be able to work out a deal with them and they agreed to put the house on the market before they moved out. It took him ANOTHER 2 weeks to get the house on the market even after they had already agreed. I was extremely rushed to sell because we could not afford an extra house payment out of pocket. He took the worst photos of the house and only by some miracle did we get an offer from the an investor. He was extremely negative the entire time, he stated he was waiting for them to back out, he never fought on my behave for a better deal. He never informed me of showings or kept me in the loop of what was going on. I had to coordinate with the other realtor, she had to send me things directly because he would not check his email in a timely manner. I had to constantly ask him to do things that should have been common sense. I am selling the house we live in now as well, and had to go to my realtor here for advice at times. He was constantly rude to me and when I confronted him about his laziness he THREATENED ME by saying he would gladly quit and let me start all over. The only reason I did not go to a new realtor was to sell this house. He was paid 5k for the sale of my house, and by no way shape or form did he earn even a dollar of that money. This was the most stressful process I have ever been through with a realtor and I DO NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone in the future, not for anything. This list could go on and on. If anyone wants to know more, by all means, feel free to contact me.

Save yourself the stress that comes with owning a home and having Scott Myers Realtors, more specially, Janie Smith from managing your property. They managed the property from 2015 and they never provided house walkthroughs to look or document damages. Janie was very engaged up until fall of 2022, Janie Smith began to act very un-professional and began to advise the house tenants at the property with inaccurate information.Janie Smith was not happy that we went with a different realtor company instead of Century 21 to sell our home.Long story short, our home had many damages that we had to pay out of pocket and the tenants left two months early. When we inquired if the tenants would be reported to credit bureaus, Janie said it was the owners responsibility and not the business. When we notified Janie that the tenants had moved out the home, she played “shocked” and very insincere. We filed a BBB complaint in which the company never replied to and you can see the complaint on their website. Additionally, Century 21 is not willing to hold Janie accountable. Furthermore, when we left comments on their website, they deleted and blocked my spouse from posting again. We will file a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission.- Disappointed and dissatisfied homeowner

I worked with Frances Stankovich in the Scott Myers Century 21 office. My dad had her assistance in a purchase that he had done a month previously. I am glad I followed my dads advice and worked with her also. I could tell from day 1 that my house was her top priority. She was very informative about prices and what to expect in our 1st meeting. My house sold very quickly at the price I was hoping to get. Fran kept me up to date with everything that was going on and when to expect things to be done.If you are selling or buying a home I strongly suggest working with her. She is knowledgeable, hard working, friendly, and very motivated. Thanks, Fran.

My husband and I worked with Mike Singleton to sell our house. He was flexible with my inflexible schedule to meet up. He streamlined the process for us and answered our questions along the way. I had a lot of them. He honored our requests and was willing to help advocate for us. My husband and I had no idea what we were doing and were relieved it wasn’t as complicated as buying a house. We used this place to buy our house, too. Love everything about Century 21 with Scott Myers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I own a property and made the mistake of choosing Tommy Spencer from Scott meyers realtors to manage it. I have never had a more unenjoyable and unprofessional business relationship in my life. He was continually rude an unprofessional to the point where I felt it was necessary to file a corporate complaint, get his supervisors involved, an have someone else manage my property the last month of the lease. I am not sure about the other property managers that work there, but If he is a reflection of their company I am shocked that they have such high reviews. I would look elsewhere for property management needs.

We found Vanessa Martinez purely by chance through realtor.com, and she was so helpful to make sure our purchase of a new home in a changing market was successful, that we also worked with her on selling our existing home. When things became difficult with the buyer, she was right there to support us. I highly recommend Century 21 Scott Myers Realtors.

We had listed our home for sale and it was shown by a realtor from this agency named Michael Daniell. In the showing details it clearly states that no shoes are allowed on the carpet. Both the realtor and buyer decided rules arent for them and they wore their shoes throughout the carpeted areas. The fun was only just beginning...As if that isnt bad enough the prospective buyer also had 3 children. Most of the time the children were left unattended and were captured throughout the home on our CCTV system pounding on our fish tank, rubbing themselves/their face on our carpet ( I guess pretending he was a worm???), leaving the back door to our HOME open on a 100+ degree day and putting their bare feet all over our leather couches. In addition the realtor made himself quite comfortable on our couches along with the family to have a nice rest in our living room while the buyers youngest child continued to poke, slap and beat on the fish tank then use our couches as his own personal jungle gym.I received a text from my wife showing one of the alerts she received with them all very comfortably relaxing on our furniture. I tuned in to the CCTV system and saw EVERYTHING else that was going on. I drove back to my HOME and promptly threw the whole lot of them out.You may think why would you throw out a prospective buyer?. I respect my neighbors too much to allow that family to buy our HOME and I wouldnt allow that realtor to make one dime off of any potential sale. This agency and that realtor are permanently blackballed from doing any business with us.Response to owner: You dont have to debate with me on Google. I submitted all of the pictures to your Facebook Messenger along with the TREC. There is nothing to debate, only facts. I am just letting others know how unprofessional your realtor was in our home. How many times someone is used is immaterial to the behavior exhibited.

By the end of April 2018, my family decided to sell our commercial building. After doing some research to find the right agent/professional for us, I decided to go to Century 21, Scott Myerss office and Norm Mueller was there. Norm was very polite, he works with residential and commercial real estate. Norm listened to me, we had a great conversation an I decided to have him from Century 21 Scott Myers as our broker and we signed the contract. Every time I went to their office, the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. By the beginning of May, we signed to with one of few potentials buyers Norm had already for the temporary removal from listing. We signed the closing on August 6th, 2018. (From day 1 to the closing date it took just about 3 months.)Norm Muller has the expertise, he really did a great job every step of the way. He worked hard to make it happen. In the past, we had bad experiences contracting agents/brokers that havent the knowledge about the commercial real state and yes, we lost money and time invested because we chose the wrong professionals.

My husband and I worked with Alissa Blankenship to sell our home. We were in a very difficult, stressful situation. It was time sensitive as well since our home was nearing foreclosure. I only had a few months left before they moved the house to auction. I reached out to Alissa and she quickly helped guide us through the process and had a plan in place. My husband and I didn’t think we had many options and the options we had on the table from others we spoke to prior to Alissa were to do a short sale or to file bankruptcy we were devastated that we were in this situation. Alissa really understood and worked hard and fast she went above and beyond to help us. Alissa’s marketing skills and knowledge of what needed to be done helped to draw a lot of interest to our home. Alissa not only sold our home but she sold it on day TWO!!! An additional bonus she also sold it ABOVE ASKING PRICE!!!My husband and I were AMAZED that it sold so quickly. We are OVER THE MOON about the professional job Alissa was able to do for us. Before working with Alissa we felt extremely lost and frustrated and we didn’t have any great options and the ones we did have were not going to benefit us long term. I’m HAPPY my husband is HAPPY we are focusing on the future and can’t wait to work with Alissa again!!! I highly recommend that if you are looking for an agent that puts your best interest first you need to work with Alissa Blankenship! Thank you again for helping us get this situation past us and especially thank you for your hard work and dedication to our family!!! You have truly helped put our family back into a positive situation and we are EXCITED about the future!!!! YOU are AMAZING at what you do!!!THE VALDEZ FAMILY

I purchased a house from a seller whose listing agent was Lusi Dennis. Upon receiving the keys from closing, I entered the house and the seller left behind trash and personal stuff everywhere. Took me days to get rid of. As a seller agent, Lusi’s responsibility should have ensured that the seller conducted a “broom sweep” before leaving. Even if I did a buyer walkthrough, which was challenging during holidays and trying to close before end of the year 1) we were informed the seller already left for Dallas. We did not expect the seller was going to leave behind a trampoline and closets, drawers, and cabinets full of stuff. Lusi also has not retrieved the lock box and for sale sign that has now been sitting on the property for 2 weeks after closing, despite my agent contacting her several times. She overlooked the fundamentals of a proper closing and how a sold house should have no seller personal belongings or trash left behind unless approved by the buyer. She didn’t follow the contract. She also did not know or tell us that her seller had a lien on the property because of unpaid HOA dues which delayed closing. I hope she can own up to her mistake and improve as an agent.

I met Scott Meyers several years ago after retiring from the Air Force. I almost went to work for him as a Real Estate Agent, but decided to stick with my HR career which was just beginning in the private sector. Scott kept up with me faithfully over the years, calling just to check in and catch up.When it came time to sell my undeveloped property in Spring Branch, TX, I thought I was going to take a soaking because the market had just begun to rebound in the past few months. I thought of Scott and glad I did. He referred me to Grant Shaffer as one of his best agents in that area. Long story short, though my property sat on the market for 7 months, it sold for about $4K more than I even hoped to get. It was the easiest real estate transaction Ive ever made. Thank you, Scott and Grant!Needless to say, Im extremely pleased with my business and personal relationship with Scott Myers realty. I couldnt recommend them more highly for all your realty needs, whether it be your first home, a trade up, or undeveloped real estate like mine.Sincerely,Gerald Shackelford, MA, SPHREcstatically Satisfied Customer

I am pleased to say this century21 realty did a very good job of handling my real estate needs here in San Antonio Texas. The realtor(Mark) showed extensive knowledge of the market. After viewing the property he gave me comparable sales in the area, and withing hrs had them e-mailed to me to thoroughly view in detail.I put him off for a few days over thinking this out. I finally replied to him and he had offers on the sale. I signed the contract and he took it to the end.On the bad side... which was not the realtor choice it was the buyers tittle company(Excel title)here in San Antonio. That caused issues letting me know I needed this and that hrs before closing. Dont use EXCEL TITTLE. It stretched closing by a few weeks. All in all. Century21 Scott Myers realty, and his team(Mark the realtor)did a very good job. Thanks: Carlos Carbonell.
