I just want to thank Clark Realty and Associates and give a big shout out to Rhonda in the office. She made our rental process easy, smooth and quick. We had so many questions and she was there to answer them all. She knows her stuff whether it comes to rental questions, maintenance questions or any concerns or questions we had to do with the office (like when/how we pay rent, holiday hours and weekend hours and etc.). She is a great asset to the office and to any potential renter looking for a home but needing someone to answer any questions and or concerns. She is awesome at what she does!

Rhonda M. is the absolute best! When I moved in everything was broken unfortunately, however Rhonda made sure all my maintenance requests were fulfilled. She even worked with my crazy night shift schedule to make sure I didn’t lose sleep.Jorge saved the day! My water heater broke on a Saturday morning when I got off work and he promptly came over to fix it. Best team ever!

Rhonda Moore in the maintenance department is always there to help when we need something completed. She is always there to push when we need something done in our home in a timely and professional manner. If we need help or have any questions throughout she is always there to answer and help out with our concerns. She really listens and addresses the problem and concern and helps find a solution for us and gets the guys to get the problem fixed and completed for us so we can be back on track with our home and family with little disturbance. Our work orders have a quick turn around time thanks to her so we are completely happy with Rhonda her knowledge, help, friendliness and willingness to always go above and beyond for the tenant.

Rhonda at K Clark is the only one that is helpful. The others that work there are not. Went up on my rent ,80 dollars for water, and 35 dollars for some kind of Resident benefits package. What kind of benefits do I get? My apartnemt is VERY SMALL. and I need things updated.

If I knew then what I know now about Clark Realty before renting from them, I would have NEVER given them my business. They are extremely hard to get a hold by phone and by email. There’s been a few occasions that I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and had to drive to the office and speak to someone in person, just to get my questions answered. Jason Henderson was our point of contact for our rental, and working with him was just a horrible experience. He very rarely answered any of my emails (he maybe replied to two of my emails), he doesn’t answer his phone, and has NEVER returned any of my phone calls. There’s been times I’ve emailed 2, 3, 4 times and he still doesn’t answer. Even my realtor had the hardest time getting a hold of him. That should have been red flag #1, to not give a place like this our money. Susan, at the front desk, can be very rude at times. But never misses a chance to ask for a google review for herself, and the service she’s given.Make sure when you move out, the home looks like no one has ever lived there!! You must get it professionally cleaned, get the carpets professionally clean, don’t let any of your furniture touch the walls, oh and don’t forget to pressure wash everything outside.Summit at Lookout Enclave has nice town homes, but if you have kids, beware, people speed through the neighborhood. There’s also cops there daily.The AC filters are $185 every 6 months, but if neighbor smokes weed, you’ll be able to smell it in your home.Save yourself time, money, and head ache. Don’t give Clark Realty and Associates your business, or hard earned money.STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

Staff nice and friendly , easy fast and smooth move in process

I used Clark Realty to manage my rental properties and gotta say that the professional and just great customer service they provide are beyond all my expectations.

If I could give one star I would. Charges were posted to my account that weren’t accurate. Both connecting units had pets. We did not. They charged a bill for fleas. Which we didn’t have. Charged for oil stains in garage which we never parked in. Refused to fix charges. I’m a travel nurse and literally stayed there 10 months. It’s crazy how they had someone come out and inspect all the units there and we had no negative reports then when we move they find things to charge for. Never had company over, worked at least 80 hours a week. They were doing construction on our street and one of the work trucks side swiped my husband’s parked SUV. Contacted office numerous times and nothing was done. Sent in numerous messages online through portal to notify of our intent to move. No response. Waited until we relocated east to make any contact with us. Then they kept our $2100 deposit (which was expected due to breaking lease) but then get a letter in mail from collections where they haven’t even acknowledged the fact they kept the $2100. RUN you hear me as far from here as possible! Place is poorly lit and the street on both sides are crowded due to lack of parking spaces.

This property management company has had my family living in a flooded home for near a week! It’s the worst situation with a property management company I’ve ever heard. Their toilets, tubs & sinks have had sewage backing up randomly for months. Now the entire CARPETED back of the house has flooded from the toilet and tub. The toilet is flooding up from the base. The water has had to be turned off. The entire home smells like mold and mildew. They’ve been putting in maintenance requests and calling for days with NO RESPONSE on anything. What is wrong with this company?? These are not livable conditions, this is an EMERGENCY, the repair needed is only getting worse & more expensive over time! They do not care about their property or tenants. I’m so upset for my family, they’re having to use gas station restrooms & shower at my place. Worse thing is that this isn’t even the first time, just the worst time & anyone sent to “repair” this in the past was just cheaply bandaiding the problem…now this? Reporting this place.

Ive rented a property with Clark Realty for 3 years and had nothing but the best customer service with all the staff, they care for all tenant and their concerns.

Clark Realty & Associates has done it again! I called and spoke with Ms Rhonda in the maintenance department and made her aware my residence was without A/C, I was professionally handed off to Brandy who then sent a technician out according to my schedule to look at the unit, I was then told the unit would need to be replaced after Mr Clark had to go back and forth with the owner of the property he fought and did not give up I now have a new unit in my home after twelve hours of installing Sebastian the tech was AMAZING and worked HARD he did not give up and would not leave until the unit was working accordingly. Clark realty is AMAZING starting from Kevin Clark himself to Regina McGowan who by far is the best realtor in San Antonio very straight forward and professional, Susan the receptionist who will definitely get you in the right direction of who you need to be in contact with while doing a 100 other things, Ms Rhonda who will ensure all maintenance is handled in a timely fashion, I am CLEARLY saving the BEST for last Ms Dawn Thompson the most CARING and UNDERSTANDABLE person I have met in my life. I cannot say enough great things about Clark Realty, if you are in the market for renting or buying I would certainly recommend Clark Realty!

Actually my family and I currently live in one of your rental properties and have lived here for months now. You guys never fulfilled the promises you guys made prior to us moving in, and when you guys finally fulfilled only half of what you promised, we had already lived here for over two months. We only asked that the walls be repainted because the paint job was patchy and there was nail polish on some parts. For the vents to either be cleaned or replaced because there was mold on them. And for the wasp nests to be removed off of the house, which is very reasonable. Your response to my review is exactly why I put that review in the first place. Its just not a good company. Thats not my problem, thats yalls. If you need more proof I can shoot you a screenshot of the email confirming that I paid rent. Now leave me alone and treat your tenants better.

At the end of June of this year, my family was in a house fire. Our first home, we just bought in October of 2017. So, as you can see, we havent been in our home a year yet. Thank GOD, we all made it out alive. Well, after 3 long, sad, uncomfortable weeks of being on a hotel, I reached out to Regina Mathis, to find us temporary housing, while the rebuild began. She was WONDERFUL, in her effort, to find us a place to stay. I dont know, WHAT, I would have done without her help. The Clark Family, has also been GREAT to work with, and very helpful, and understanding, during our time of need. Regina even went the extra mile to make SURE, I would be comfortable in my stay. Thank YOU SO MUCH, for ALL that you have done. This is not an easy process, as we are still not in our home yet, but, i Thank GOD, for insurance, and the Clark Family for being there for me and my family, during our time of need. My real estate agent submitted an offer on a house that is listed by Clark Realty SA and never received a response. We then scheduled a showing, that was approved and after multiple emails and calls to confirm both the showing and the offer, we never received a response. We then drove out for the showing and nobody ever showed up to let us in the house. Absolutely unprofessional and based off this, Id never recommend Clark Realty to anyone.

It’s quite funny how the owner replied to a review I left but where were they when I had concerns living at their rental property? They said I was upset because I paid late which was wrong. Check the statements PLEASE! If you read the other reviews you will notice how they slander people for posting their bad experience? That is just proof that this company is horrible. Own up to what you did wrong and FIX it.The reviews speak for themselves, obviously I am not the only one who feels this way. Please explain.DO NOT RENT HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! Take your business elsewhere! Save yourself the headache.

Regina the person who shows the property was very polite and responsive. Mr Henderson was always very helpful when I was able to get ahold of him. It can be hard to get anyone to answer the main line. A few times emails weren’t ever answered but Regina was usually able to help me.

Susan the receptionist is very kind and informative. She listened to my roommates concern with sympathy and responded very kindly and professionally. Shes been very helpful in answering our questions. Susan is the one to go to if you need any help! Thank you Susan !

Outraged by the company, they are supposed to be professionals, not giving bad verbal treatment to clients. I would like the owner of the Clark office to see these comments that by having people giving bad treatment to clients, they are going to lose more than Mr. Carlos. He is a very bad-mouthed and polite person. If he is professional, he must know how to express himself much better and find a solution since I signed my contract for the house. Mrs. Regina spoke to me clearly and firmly that there is already a repair order for the house. I contacted the office and they ignored it I ignore it, I assume that the owner of the house has no ideas and if you had any idea, he should be more responsible because there are children living here, not animals, if he has a conscience, act as he should, I also made an order to repair the air and I also have To pay for the filter when I live in Alguilado, the owner of the house is supposed to bear the costs, not me.
