We started trying to buy a house a year ago. It really wasnt the right time for us then, but we did some leg work and tried again this year. Katrina stuck with us the whole year keeping in touch and checking on us. When we were finally ready in December, Katrina and Sofia were right there booking showings for us left and right, and with little notice too! They kept us informed on all procedures, and the ins and outs of home buying. They were always accessible, and I never felt like I was alone in the process. There was literally never a time that I had a question unanswered. Let me tell you these ladies really know their stuff, and its wonderful to be treated like an old friend instead of just a client. I met Jake Negovan after completing a first time homebuyers class. I was not completely sold on purchasing a condo/home, but made the decision to at least give the idea a try. When we started looking for a house in the late winter we quickly realized that the whole thing was a bit overwhelming. We had never bought a home before, so we decided to contact a realtor. Cristina Flores Schnoke gave us the best experience with purchasing our first home which we absolutely love and still cant believe we found our dream home! Cristina was always very accommodating and flexible to show us the homes we asked to see. In short, those ended up being a little disappointing, but she was flexible in showing us our now home late in the evening that same day! We told her this is the home and she was quick to instruct us to put in our offer right away, which she emailed us all the documents we needed to sign a few hours later on a Sunday! She guided us throughout the entire process and helped us set up inspections, contacts at the title company, mortgage loan processing, etc... Overall the entire home search and purchasing process was quick and painless! We viewed our home on February 4, 2024 and closed on March 6, 2024 and we recommend Cristina to anyone interested in finding their new home too! She also speaks Spanish, which was a huge plus since my wife speaks mainly Spanish and Cristina was always fast in correspondence in whatever language! Lauren is the best realtor we could’ve hoped to work with! My husband and I are first-time home buyers moving from Maryland to Texas. I honestly got lucky with Exquisite Properties. I met Jake and his colleague April shortly before my wife and I started officially searching for a home through Zillow (of all places). Jake later helped us close on our new home after a few unaccepted offers and it was a pleasure working with him. Amanda was absolutely amazing! We had problems with our first lender and not only did she give us contact for another lender (use Josh if she offers!) But she went above and beyond to make sure the sellers knew what was going on and worked with them and us so we could get our dream home.Without Amanda this whole process would have been a nightmare. I can not suggest her enough! She makes the dream of home ownership a reality!!
The home buying dream team. Without them, I couldnt have done it! They helped me buy my first home in San Antonio. The process for me, involved alot of hurdles that is was not expecting, but the entire team was always right there to guide me through every step. I worked with Jake Negoven and April Miller as my realtors. They we absolutely awesome!! They were not only friendly and very professional, but also, a blast to work with. They were there day and night to answer my call and texts. They worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home. Jake was also very knowledgeable on the laws, codes, HOA thingies, area and location pros and cons, builder construction and contractor red flags, he pays close attention to everything and nothing will sneak past him. Both April and Jake were very patient with me and treated me with respect. I couldnt have asked for a better team! I cant say enough about them. When it comes to negotiating, Jake is like Mike Tyson! He fought to get the price right, fought to get maximum seller concessions, and fought to keep maximum money in my pocket. Moving, at any time, can be a nerve-wracking and daunting experience, no matter if it’s your 1st home or your 50th. There’s always some unknowns, and having good and trustworthy people by your side and in your corner is the only way to do it. Add to that moving halfway across the country? Just picking up with your husband and kids, packing up the pets, and driving 3-4 days, and it’s sure to be an anxiety-ridden situation. When we made that choice, I went to Google just like you are, and I read reviews just like you are, to find a realtor that seemed good. I found Exquisite, and the other reviews looked promising. Lisa reached out, and paired us up with Amanda Campbell. From the first phone call, she was honest and seemed trustworthy, so my husband and I agreed to continue working with her. That was the best decision we could have EVER made. Every question I had, no matter how trivial, she was there. If she didn’t know an answer, which was rare, she would find out. We made a plan, and drove the 3 hours in to San Antonio to walk through a list of homes. That day Amanda and I got to know one another, and she was more familiar with my likes and dislikes. After that day, she walked through homes via video with me, and did all the things one normally would, but she did them for me as I could not (since I wasn’t local). Once we found a home we loved, and our offer was accepted, Amanda was present for the inspection, as well as any other things where a homeowner would typically need to be there. She’s gone above and beyond, gathering information on the schools my kids would attend, finding or giving me the names of various companies we may need, and contact info for the utilities and such. Even at the end, after closing, she has been absolutely amazing. We were unable to move in right away due to my work schedule, but packages were already set to be delivered, and Amanda went to the home and brought the boxes inside for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and I will recommend her to anyone in the area that is in need of moving or home buying assistance. And while I don’t plan to move on a regular basis, if the opportunity arises, she’s the FIRST person I’ll be calling. She gets 5 stars, or 10/10, whatever the rating scale is, she gets top marks from us!Thank you Amanda, and the entire Exquisite family, for welcoming our family to San Antonio in such a wonderful way!

Through the whole finance and closing process she was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. Alex Cortez really is The Rocking Realtor🙏 He goes above and beyond for all of his clients and can negotiate like no other. I wouldn’t go with any other realtor after choosing Alex. He is very educated on all the neighborhoods in San Antonio and doesn’t beat around the bush when it comes to comps and sales price. You can’t go wrong with Mr. Cortez. He sold my houses with ease and makes the experience a breeze.
After a pretty tedious and unpleasant experience selling a house in Florida with a Realtor we knew, we decided to try a different route and hire someone that we had no association with to sell our house in Texas. My wife was expecting a baby in a matter of weeks when we decided to move forward on selling our rental house in San Antonio, and we knew we werent going to have the time to micromanage the entire process of respectably moving our tenants out of the property, addressing any repairs and cleanup, getting the house on the market, managing showings, and handling everything that comes with it, especially while we were over 1300 miles away!Fortunately I found Aaron Campbell with Exquisite, and after explaining to him our situation and needs, he immediately got to work, communicating directly with the tenants on our behalf to get everything staged, photographed, listed, and managed showings while they moved out. He managed to get the house listed, sold, and scheduled everything on our behalf to make the buyers happy, while respecting the tenants personal space and even more importantly while spending extra time and effort to protect our budget! He managed to get everything done with absolutely minimal interaction other than authorizations on my behalf, and we were and still are extremely grateful to have been able to spend our time and energy on our new born instead of worrying about the details.If you are selling or buying real estate from outside of the state, I would highly recommend Aarons services, but I imagine he would serve equally well locally.
Marie was such a pleasure to work with and is an amazing real estate agent! Her and her colleagues were extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable about each of the areas we were looking at around San Antonio and was able to provide us with market figures while we were on site. Marie is very professional and fought to get us the best deal on our current home and we greatly appreciate it! Even though we had a couple of top choices, she was very patient with us while we were making our final decision. She was available to us and was able to accommodate both of our schedules which was a great bonus!! I can not express how grateful I am that she was able to find us our perfect, first home purchase! Katrina was by far the absolute best realtor my family has ever worked with. She was patient with my parents ever evolving wants/want nots and never skipped a beat.
