Ive been working with the Missy Stagers team for years! I bought my home in San Antonio in 2015 and I had to rent the house for a year while the original owner fixed structural issues. They not only stood by my side for the entire year, but Ara kept following up with the builder to get everything fixed because since the house was built many years earlier, the builder was not exactly motivated to fix things in a timely manner. I couldnt have bought this house without them and Im so happy I did.More recently I found an investment property in downtown San Antonio I wanted to buy. They arranged for a tour immediately and gave me so much information so I could make an informed decision on whether to move forward with the offer. Looking back at my experience with Missy’s team, I would regret and be remiss in not writing a review of my outstanding experience with Ara and Karin. In the fall of 2014, I attempted to sell my house with another agent and ended up delisting the property after 4 frustrating and unsuccessful months. Do not sell or a buy a house with this woman. She applied our down payment as a reduction in the price the house sold at. Basically screwing us when it comes time to sell the house and messing with the value of the homes for ourselves and the entire neighborhood. Even if i found a house I loved, if she were in anyway involved in it, I would definitely pass. This was not a minor goof. This was major and she clearly has no idea what she is doing.
