I first discovered Market Boss while watching YouTube real estate videos from our home in California. We were strongly leaning towards relocating to Austin, TX where our daughter lives. However after watching several YouTube videos of the San Antonio real estate market, culturally diverse community lifestyle, culture and vibe, as well as the many activities and attractions in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, we decided to give Market Boss a call. Kyle Lancaster is the Realtor you can count on if you want dependability and 5star service. I am a skeptical person and he had always given me peace of mind. I had trouble searching for a rental house in the Far west area, airbnb prices were outrageous on their monthly dues; Kyle in just one text, went out of his way to include that task in same day and found my family a place to stay. Our home purchase is in Davis Ranch Centex, we love the location and Kyle had recommended this area as well. Though we can’t fully speak yet about the house’s craftsmanship (over time), Kyle knew what suited well for my family and he is great at what he does!

Our agent at Market Boss Reality was Kyle and if we could give him 10 stars I would!!! From start to finish, Kyle made everything as easy on us as possible. We told him what we wanted and he began recommending properties. We were coming from another state, so when we finally found our dream home we were afraid we wouldnt get to it in time. Kyle helped us by going the very next morning and doing a complete virtual tour for us and when we expressed how much we truly loved it, he helped us get in an options agreement and had an inspector come the next day which gave us the time to get on a plane and get there to see it in person and make an informed decision. He negotiated the price down for us, which weve heard from friends in the current market is unheard of, he made sure we got all the items on the inspectors list fixed before we closed the deal and went so far above and beyond in every way to make this process as easy and smooth on us as possible! I even loved some leather chairs the owners had in the library and he worked it out so I was able to get those too!! Im telling this guy is amazing! I would never use someone else ever. Greg and team provided us with all the details we needed to make a quick, but informed decision on where we wanted to purchase our home.The team was patient (we had lots of questions) and detailed and found us a home that we love. Not to mention Greg has hours of videos on YouTube about the San Antonio area which really helped us a lot. I would highly recommend him and his team for your real estate needs in the San Antonio area!

As out of town buyers in this crazy market, we never would have found our house without a lot of help! Vanessa Maldonado was great to work with as she took me all around San Antonio when I flew into town for 3 days. She helped us decide between new construction and existing homes; she helped us figure out areas of interest; and she arranged last minute showings and offers for us. My only criticism was that coming from another state with different customs, we did not get enough guidance on specifics for our contract i.e. we were not advised that refrigerators generally do not convey (they do in our state). Because we were not advised, we did not ask and when we sold our house here, we did not exclude the fridge because we assumed we would have one at the new house. This is an expense that could have been avoided and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 because Vanessa was really great to work with!

Man, where can I start. First off my name is Chris and I am one of the many who is part of the mass migration from California to Texas. I have had it with Cali taxes, high housing cost and the pandemic (not really a pandemic) set it off with all the lock downs. Anyways, not going to go there, but I have to say Greg and his team is #1 for anyone looking to move to San Antonio Texas. I could write a 2 page review but Im going to keep it short. Greg is hands on from start to finish. Started with the YouTube videos which are very good and informative. He showed enough on the videos for us to say, wow, that looks like just what we are looking for. Then we had a zoom meeting where he answered all of our questions. We came up with a game plan and I took a trip to San Antonio to look for a house. Greg hooked us up with Audrey. She was AWESOME and she found our dream home in Waterford Park. Absolutely love it, thank you Audrey. We found the dream home in just 3 days of house shopping. It is exploding out here, so many new homes, but unfortunately, the migrating Californians are driving the prices up so you better move fast. I absolutely love it here. We almost moved to Orlando Florida. We had an agent and everything, but Greg sold San Antonio to us. I have a family of five, (wife and 3 young boys). This is a very family oriented community and so much to do here. Like I said, I can go on and on, and I dont do reviews unless I mean it. I am trying to recruit so many of my family and friends but they are so scared to leave Cali. I have to say, this is the best decision of my life, living with a $600 mortgage and watching gas prices as low as $1.75. Its a little over $2 now but man, beats Cali $5 a gallon. Oh and HEB, thats it, just HEB. No words to describe, but H...........E.............B......... Anyways, Market Boss is the business, they will take care of you 5 stars all the way.
