What is the reason for leading us to believe the home was still available? Buying a house at the top of the market is not an easy task. From the very start, Lynn and his assistant Kathy were amazing in helping to empower me to make smarter decisions during one of my life’s big moments as a first time homeowner. I never expected to learn as much as I did during the home-buying process, but that is largely due to the fact that Lynn took the time and effort to provide me with educational guidance to make informed decisions, which I have a tremendous amount of appreciation and respect for. I seriously wish I could post more stars! We worked with Shawn Alvarez to find a house in San Antonio, and I can honestly say, after several interstate moves, we have never had a better real estate agent. I dont post reviews often, but everyone should know how amazing she is. She is super patient and accommodating, and she really listened to what we wanted. We had a limited amount of time in SA to find a house, and she always made herself available based on our schedule. We had a long list of criteria that even I would have been frustrated with, and she found it to be no problem at all and went to work. She made the buying process as smooth as possible, and made everything super easy for us. On top of everything else, after the sale was complete, she continued to check on our house during the time we had to go back to Chicago to pack up, and she even received deliveries for us! I have never, ever had someone help us so much and continue such an extraordinary level of service after the sale went through. We chose Phyllis Browning because of the good reviews, but I had no idea how much they were for real until we worked with Shawn. Highly, highly recommend both Phyllis Browning and Shawn Alvarez! They clearly go way above and beyond.

Our Realtor Melanie Wilson was fantastic. Not only did we have multiple offers on day 2 of being in MLS, we closed in about a month at full asking price for our home in Monte Vista. After deciding to sell our house we were overwhelmed with projects to get the house ready and she offered tons of help from staging, to suggesting reasonable contractors for the projects we did not have the time to do, to preparing documents we would need for quick counter offers. She was in constant contact during the negotiation, option period and closing processes and offered suggestions that made our decisions easier. We would highly recommend Melanie Wilson.

My Fiance and I worked with Melanie Wilson to purchase our home and we are so happy with her work. It took us several months after meeting with her to finally take he leap and decide we officially wanted to start looking for our home. She worked with us and 1 week after we obtained our pre-approval from the bank we found our house. Immediately we fell in love with the house and its character. I know she had much more fun things to do, but she took her time out on Mothers day to show us what would become our house and several others. Kathy Bonner is a rainmaker. She started working with my family and found the perfect cottage for me and my daughter. She negotiated a price I never would have dreamed of offering. Not a good experience. My confidential information was shared in a negative way by one of the agents. She did not seem to care; she did not offer an apology or a solution to fix her actions. With that said I would not recommend this company for any future business. The agent needs to know there are employment policies companies should follow it called Rules of Conduct.
