My husband and I just closed on our beautiful new home thanks to Brad and Rommy at RD realty. We were pretty nervous about the whole process, and we had never worked with a realtor before. Needless to say we were absolutely blown away by their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. We cannot recommend RD realty enough. We got an incredible deal on our new home. We were nervous about putting our house for sale on this market, but our home was is under contract after a few short weeks for full asking price. Neither of these things would have been possible without the help and guidance from Brad and Rommy. Thank you just isn’t enough!

Oh wow, RD Realty really did it. They solved all the problems in real estate! Forget housing shortages, affordability issues, or customer service this brokerage is out here fighting the real enemy… admiration for Elon Musk. 🙄Apparently, if you so much as nod in Musk’s direction, you’re unfit to sell houses. But if this agent had been waving a flag for the latest woke-approved cause, RD Realty would be throwing a parade in their honor and renaming the office after them.Instead of focusing on, you know, selling homes and treating their agents fairly, RD Realty decided their real mission was to virtue signal harder than a Tesla light show. If you like companies that bend over backwards for online crybabies and throw their own people under the bus at the first whiff of controversy, this is the brokerage for you!But if you prefer trust, fairness, and a company that won’t cancel you for liking the wrong billionaire, maybe take your business elsewhere.1 star because zero isn’t an option.

This is review is long overdue but I worked with Dezmon back in July 2021. I’m new to San Antonio and he helped me find the perfect apartment and made the process as simple as possible. He has an amazing personality and is super professional and friendly! My roommate reached out to RD Realty on instagram and Dezmon took care of us immediately updating us with lists of options and information for us to choose from. He stayed within our budget and area and always notified us of special promotions that some communities were having to make sure we got the most for our buck. Not only did he call and narrowed down our lists but he met up with me to see these locations to make sure I was satisfied and not only meet my expectations but surpass them. I moved in to my 2bed/2bath apartment July 30 and I will always recommend his services and will be looking forward to work with him in the future if need be. RD Realty has officially exposed itself as just another woke, virtue signaling brokerage that prioritizes appeasing the online outrage mob over fairness, integrity, or even common sense. Firing an agent over a completely harmless gesture just because the keyboard warriors got upset? Weak.Let’s be real if this agent had been pushing any far-left agenda, from DEI propaganda to gender activism, RD Realty would’ve rolled out the red carpet. But the moment someone shows admiration for Elon Musk, one of the greatest innovators of our time, they get canceled? Pathetic. The hypocrisy is beyond obvious.This brokerage is more concerned with scoring woke points and caving to the mob than standing by its own people. If you value free speech, independent thought, and a company that won’t stab you in the back the second it’s convenient, I’d run not walk away from RD Realty.Real estate is supposed to be built on trust and loyalty.RD Realty has neither.

I had the pleasure of working with Vickie Jacobs and let me tell you this woman went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by far. Moving is stressful as it is and she did all the leg work and made sure I had to do very minimum on my behalf. Ran into some issues with the community I was looking into and she dealt with the headache portion on keeping them moving fast pace to meet my move in date. Her communication was prompt anytime I text her or called her she would answer right away or get an answer for me at that. This was the easiest move process I ever experienced and am amazed with her customer service. The awesome part about everything is that after all the amazing work she did along with me telling her how greatful I was for her. AJ was amazing as a realtor. She helped blue taped the house during the walkthrough and didn’t leave until every little detail was noted and planned to be fixed. She also talked to the lender and helped me take $800 off my closing costs the day of closing. She was professional and knowledgeable, would highly recommend!

We can not recommend Destiny ENOUGH. She went above and beyond in helping us find something we love and keeping us updated through out everything. We had previously worked with another agent from a different company and so glad we gave Destiny a chance. We definitely will work with her next year when we are ready to look for a house. RD Realty Group is amazing. From start to finish, Rommy was there to help us.I feel like it’s rare to find someone who actually cares, and is solely looking to help you in anyway they can.From the first sit down in his office, Rommy made us feel comfortable and welcome. He asked us what we are looking for and what price range and what areas etc., and made us feel like family. At no point in time did he pressure us into looking at homes outside of our budget, and actually told us not to rush on the house. He said he would show us houses for a year every weekend if that’s what it took to make us happy. (Thankfully we found one the first day.)It was a new build, and our first time buying a home. He educated us on the process, and was there for every meeting, and always very responsive, and had our backs. At one point, the builder tried to push some unforeseen cost on us, (home appraised for less) and Rommy advised us to do what’s best for us. If we didn’t feel comfortable and wanted to walk away, that we could start over and keep looking. That meant the most to me. Most realtors, (I work with a lot in my field) would have done anything they could to keep the sale and save their commission. Rommy and RD Realty didn’t care about the commission. They cared about us, and if we were happy. That’s it.Rommy went to bat for us, and convinced the builder to drop the price to the appraised value, and won.In the end, I can’t thank him and RD Realty enough for making this a pleasant and smooth process for us. 5 stars isn’t enough. They have a customer for life. I highly highly recommend them, and Especially Rommy!

I could not recommend Thomas more! He is very easy to get in contact with and made the stress of moving almost minimal. He first met with us and we talked about what style we liked, what our budget was and where we wanted to live (general location). We were early to the process so we had plenty of time to find exactly what we liked. He helped us schedule tours and went on most of them with us. We eventually found a place that we love and moved in with the movers he helped buy for us. Our moving process was the easiest ever and we will definitely be using Thomas again to find us a home.

Recently we had to quickly move back to Oregon and sell our home in San Antonio due to a family emergency. Id looked for an apartment on my own for a couple weeks and mustve looked at 8 or 9 places. It was really difficult to find a reasonably priced apartment that met expectations with being clean, newer, and that actually had good reviews to live in.
