My cousin and I had Nikki Elias as our realtor when we both bought our first home. Nikki is absolutely fantastic, I felt like I had a personal assistant. She went above and beyond by keeping track of construction process, take note of inspection report, attending meetings and follow up for us on her own to make sure all items on the list are taken care of correctly. Sabrina helped us navigate the market chaos of early 2022 to purchase our home. Most houses were flying off the MLS in 18 hours or less for cash offers over listing. There were real concerns we wouldnt find our home. She figured out what we needed during a stressful and frustrating period of house-chasing then went to bat on our behalf. She put on the coffee, rolled up her sleeves, and with some sort of Fiesta! energy found a bunch of options where our purchasing scenario was competitive. Our realtor Adam Biechlin and it was a terrible experience. This should’ve been the easiest job for him considering we found the house we wanted, he showed it to us 1 time and we made our offer. Great right? Nope. He decided to switch our closing to 3 days earlier than we wanted. When my husband finally got home from work and asked him why he didn’t bother informing us, he said “well the buyer usually doesn’t have to approve that”. My husband said well you have to change it back and his response was “the sellers have something going on so you handle it if you want to change it. Oh and stop contacting me after 5pm.” 🤣 what?? It gets better. So we said ok and sent an email to everyone letting them know we’re going to handle things going forward as our realtor cannot. This dude sends an email to my HUSBAND’S COLLEAGUE that recommended him telling him how we don’t like him and he doesn’t know why!!! Flabbergasted. I guess privacy isn’t a thing for this guy. There are a bunch of other things that led me to leaving this review but I thought I’d highlight the straw that broke the camel’s back.
