My experience with Mario Hesles was wonderful. My brother passed away in Texas. I live in California. From the moment I signed with Mario to sell my brothers house, to the closing of escrow, the process went really smooth. Communication could not have been better. I was able to stay in California the whole time. When issues arose, Mario handled it efficiently and timely. He has connections with so many people to get the work done quick and they did an awesome job. I am grateful that Mario helped make a sad situation more bearable. Mario helped us with our new home purchase in San Antonio. First, Mario is an exceptionally nice guy....he is genuine, friendly, understanding, and clearly wants to make sure that you make the right decision in choosing a home. This being my first house, I didn’t know much about the market or what intel’s with selling a house. I went with a big realtor company at first. Long story short it was awful. The communication, negotiations with realtor cost, when I wanted the house on the market, price point,etc. All they cared about was making the most commission they could. Enough about them…My girlfriend recommended Mario Hesles. From day one I knew I could trust him. He inspected the house we talked about the what, when, and how. A couple of hours after he left. I got An email from Mario with the most thorough report on my house! From the first time it was sold in the 70’s, to me being the owner today. As well as comparisons of houses sold in the area. Incredible first impression!The next day Ashley sent me an email of an estimated breakdown on closing cost, and take home after closing if it sells at my asking price. Mario claimed he was able to help me search for an investment home. He did manage to send me a couple of properties, after the time and energy spent to run my numbers and come up with an offer for these homes. He was not willing to submit the offers because they were “below list price.” He could’ve just saved me the time by letting me know he does not know the investing part of Real Estate.
