Mark was very detailed and “On the Mark” with getting the value of my home. He went above and beyond to make sure my house was fair market value. He took every detail into consideration. He was helpful on some flooring choices on a sunroom I had. We went against realtor recommendations and stayed with a light airy feel flooring.
