Michael McCall sold our place in the country within 3 days of listing it. The selling price was more than we had anticipated. He was so considerate and very helpful. We needed to buy a house on a smaller piece of property. He found a perfect house for us after looking at 4 houses. The 4th house was a keeper. He helped coordinate our move. We were able to remain in our house until we could pack and get movers to move us. The closings were well coordinated. Michael was great to deal with. I was moving to Texas Hill Country from another state, and didnt know much about the different cities and towns. Michael gave me invaluable info about the differences between them, the pros and cons, and made strong recommendations. While I ended up buying a new home rather than asking him to find me a used one, he was really helpful in terms of setting up the inspection for me (finding a reliable inspector, too), dealing with the builder, and reviewing the paperwork to protect me. Hes also very pleasant to talk to and a great guy.
