I wasn’t sure about working with a home buyers company but it turned out to be a really good experience. I received a good offer and closed in two weeks. I liked San Antonio but got a good job offer in Houston.

San Antonio is a great place to live and Alamo Heights is a wonderful neighborhood. But it was time to leave and I had no desire to deal with contractors and bring the house back up to a 9 or 10 quality. The home had served its purpose and had a lot of wear and tear on it. I talked to OfferPad and Opendoor but just did not like their business model. They even offer to list your house as real estate agents if they dont buy it. Heck, you are not a home buyer if you are not buying houses. San Antonio Home Buyers was a no nonsense company and they were professional and got right to the point. I agreed to sell to them for all cash and we were on our way in two weeks.

In the process of dealing with this company due to my rental was sold and I was not made aware of it until it was sold. Received a paper taped to my door with a date to be out of may 23rd! The realtor stated he would pay my moving fees and to be moved out by the 15th! In the last two days I have tried to contact the realtor Jonathan and can’t seem to get a response! Here it is now two days before moving out and can’t get moved out because no one will call me back! Very bad customer service I would think long and hard about choosing this company to assist you. Poor communication skills!!!!!

Update. There is somebody using the same business name cold calling. Dont make the same mistake I made. Double check the phone number to the web page. If they do not match up its not them. I spoke with Jonathan and he been having this problem recently.Un solicit phone calls for years now, even tho Ive repeatedly told them to take me off their call list.
