DO NOT RENT FROM Gradiz Group. This is the worst renting experience I have had. When we moved in there were many poorly patched holes on the walls. More things fell apart after we moved in which we requested to be fixed and never were. They were very difficult to get ahold of. They never gave us the key card to the neighborhood pool. Instead we spent weeks being bounced back and forth between HOA and Carlos telling us how to get the pool key card. Finally we had to drive forty minutes across town to buy one. When moving out they deducted $500 from our deposit for a dusty fan blade, a partially cleaned shower door, and the lawn which had been mowed a couple weeks prior (San Antonio lawns don’t grow very fast).

I can’t say enough good things about Emirza, The Gradiz Group, and Texas Premier Realty. We are military first-time home buyers and did this all the way from Germany. Emirza was great at explaining what we were doing, what to look for and at, she made the process educational and painless. We had to buy our home site unseen because we are in the military, and no one could have taken better care of us than Emirza Gradiz. Buying a house is stressful enough, but having to do it out of state and having to put all of your trust into a realtor you have never met before makes the experience even more daunting. However, all of my anxiety disappeared after my first phone call with Emirza. Shes incredibly personable, professional, and a veteran to top it off. The house we purchased was posted on the Gradiz website for about 20 minutes when I saw it, and I immediately called Emirza and asked her if she could go see it ASAP. She promptly called the listing agent, and scored the last showing of the day (prime real estate sells THAT fast here), and I was so grateful because the property was about an hour drive for her. She continued working well into the evening to help us put in our offer, and the rest is history. She went above and beyond during the experience and after!

This is the 4th home we’ve purchased and The Gradiz Group was by far the best Real Estate team we’ve worked with. Emirza’s knowledge of the area was a great help. My roommate and I were looking to rent a home on Brown Thrasher through Gradiz that was going to become available in mid-July of 2023. The home was immaculate when we toured it, and our contact Denis was great.However, communication on the Gradiz side immediately ceased once our applications were sent in despite multiple attempts from us to discuss the process. At one point we were unsure if they had received some of the requested documentation from us, and did not get any replies when we asked other than a Let me see what is going on, Ill text you once I know the status from Emirza. That was on June 21st.Its now July 21st and not only have we not heard back from Gradiz, but we are comfortably living in another home after having a full month to move everything at our leisure.I understand that sometimes applications can be denied, held up, etc. But; ignoring applicants regardless of context is beyond rude, especially after youve already indicated that you will be in touch regardless of outcome.

The Gradiz Group is simply AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, by far the best realtors I have ever worked with in over 20 years! Being in the military and moving every 3 years can be stressful and now with this competitive market, it was even more challenging to find our perfect house. But Emirza and her team were so patient, knew exactly what we wanted and found us our DREAM home!!!!! Oh and they sold our current home in about 6 hours!! I cant thank them enough for getting us EVERYTHING we wanted! I give them my highest recommendations!!!

I cannot, and I cant stress this enough, cannot say enough good things about Rick and the Gradiz Group. They have assisted me now three times in finding a place to live, and each time, the process has been incredibly smooth. Rick is very good at keeping the client (you, or me in this case) informed about the status of properties, and schedules showings immediately. Its not often that you find realtors that really care about the people theyre looking out for, but I can honestly say this group does.
