Where to start!! Man first off I want to say that Raul Jimenez and Carolyn Cole and there team made me and my wife feel so welcomed from the first day I met Raul at our house that they soldin a day! You hear that in a DAY! First day I met him he was so respectful and very very knowledgeable realtor explained everything in detail with numbers he made us feel we were in good hands from the get go we loved that, he didn’t give me over inflated numbers on what I will get on our house but he was sincere and realistic about the lowest number but at the same time we are aiming high!Since it was our first time selling a home we didn’t know better on the selling experience but Raul took care of off went above and beyond to make us be happy customers!There wasn’t a single time that I texted Raul and I didn’t get a reply back or if I called him he will always call me back and was there for every question we had! He didn’t make us feel like we were stupid at any time even with the most little question he would answer it, not only did I feel that at the end of the day we were customers but I felt like we had a bond like almost we were buddies throughout the the whole experience.So we posted the house for sale and I will never forget on a Wednesday, we had a potential buyer not even hours of posting, so we had a walkthrough the next day Thursday and by Friday the potential buyers made the offer we wanted! We discussed the offer they made I talked to Carolyn and Raul and they both reassured us that it was a deal we couldn’t pass up! So we went ahead and left it in there hands.The selling experience from that point on was ups and downs coming from the buyers but it’s normal since the buyers wanted repairs which we took care off every single repair they demanded with the help of Raul giving me the information needed of the people I needed to contact to fix every issue at hand, even at the end very very end we needed a door fixed asked last minute Raul had already taken care of it with the help of his people and fixed the door the next day!At the end of the whole experience me and my wife were very very satisfied customers at every step of the way we definitely highly recommend working with the Schrader group you will be in good hands! The Schrader group doesnt help you with anything that a real real estate agent does,they didnt help me negotiate the price of the house so I ended up paying 5500 over appraisal .They did write a check that was supposed to buy out my lease, but it was less than the overpayment so I still ended up buying my own lease out.I let the builders agent talk me into using them ,big mistake, I should have kept my agent.Dont know what kind of relationship they have with Century Communities but its not a good one for the client. They didnt help with anything, all they care about is their cut of closing costs

I have used the Schrader Group for many listings and their entire team is always so helpful. Theyve taken great photos of our homes and have even created virtual tours for me to showcase my homes. If I ever need to make a change to my listing the Schrader Team is always quick to respond and gets my update done within minutes.

This is the first time I actually feel confident I made the right decision on selecting the right person to get me to the finish line with selling a home in a unique area.He and his team salvaged a broken situation after Zillow Offers dropped us with the fiasco decision that they would shut down operations. # Dont Trust an iBuyer. This flipped our life completely upside down as we were building a home when they notifed us a few days before thanksgiving that they were dropping our contract.However, we contacted Mr. Schrader and he gave us hope and layed out the reality of what to expect in this market. We definitely placed our trust with him and his team and they came through. After meeting with him and his team they were able to recommend updates to the home and we executed on making the changes within 45 days before listing. He even negotiated with the Builder on our behalf to give us the time to prepare the home for listing.Even though it was extremely challenging and emotional on completing all the projects we followed all recommendations his team gave to us. When we listed the home we had an offer within 48 hours and we accepted within 96 hours. I would recommend this Realtor if you are buying or selling in San Antonio, TX above all realtors. This is just a phenomenal team.Process to sell:Step 1: Mr Schrader comes out to your home with a market anaylsis and lays out the facts of all the sales in the area.Step 2: Mr. Schrader made some initial recommendations for repairs.Step 3: We signed the listing agreement.Step 4: His team reached out to us to coordinate timelines, schedules, Stager, Professional Photographs and Listing Agent.Step 5: Stager comes to home after repairs were made and makes recommendations on how to set furniture and lighting.Step 6: Final preparation before Professional Photography was conducted and sign was left to post the day before listing.Step 7: MLS Draft was made and sent over for review before listing. Final details were coordinated prior to going live.Step 8: Sale sign posted and home went live on MLS and we recieved multiple schedule view request appointments within 24 hours.Step 8: Offer made within 48 hours and we accepted offer within 96 hours.Step 9: Contract was drafed and signed by both buyer and seller.Step 10: Finalize Appraisal, Inspections Walk Through and Close on the home.Note: If you are getting in the market to sell be prepared to recieve multiple offers and go back and forth between buyers as it is taxing. Andrew put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and I secure a home. What I mean by quality is we were not just a number to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. An added bonus is that he was prior military, and with us moving overseas from Germany to Texas he was able to relate and make our home purchase that much easier! I thought long and hard about posting this review. I never want to ruin someone reputation but I don’t want someone to go through what I went through. I hope this would be a learning process in going forward with future clients. I was recommended by my builder to look into the Schrader’s group. I was indecisive between Dayton from the Schrader group or another realtor company. After speaking with Dayton and reading the reviews I chose the Schrader’s group. This was a decision that I ultimately ended up regretting. This was not my first experience with buying or selling my home, but it was the worst. I felt alone in the process. I had to update my realtor on what was going on and asked them to represent me. I went through several realtors. No one ever called me for a follow up after I sold my home and after I closed on my new home. I spent days chasing down realtors not feeling supported and seeking outside council from my mom’s realtor who felt sorry that I wasn’t getting the support as a client. The first 2 realtors never took time to meet me face to face or even visited the property I was purchasing and selling. After speaking to Dayton I told him about my experience and I was ready to part ways. He told me I couldn’t because I signed the contract and gave me third realtor. The third realtor met me and went the property but by this point I was a month away from closing. I guess since I near closing he didn’t want to loose out on commission. I am a front line worker and I I would never treat my patients like that. Communication is vital and supporting your client through the whole process they failed miserably. I felt used during this process and the Schrader’s group only concern was for the commission of two houses. I have been in my home since March and still have not heard anything from the Schrader group. When buying or selling a house I hope you find someone that is in it for you and truly cares because it’s a big commitment. Make sure the realtor you choose has your best interest in mind and not just their financial obligations. I am hugely hurt and disappointed at the lack of commitment and support I had received from the a Schrader’s group. I hope they learn from this experience and see a new perspective going forward on ways to improve. Thank You
