I live in this area and love it. It doesnt get crazy with traffic like the other parts of S.A theres great restaurants around the area. theres a movie theater. shopping plaza . theres a Target. Wal-Mart. And H.E.B less than 2 minutes from each other. theres the city ponds. that you can fish at its catch and release and several parks as well

The Best Buy here was small, but clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. They were the only Best Buy in the city to have the item I needed, so there is that.

I get to spend lots of time in most of these apartment leasing offices and properties as an in-house Spectrum rep and not to mention new to this area and everyone is so relax and friendly. I love the art and open grassy areas to just kick back and enjoy a nice sunny day with my family. The Kennedy, leasing office is one of my favorites to walk into. If you get free time just go take a look for yourself.

Its sad that a Military base was closed. But what is in this place is Genious. San Antonio really knows how to revitalize a neighborhood. Shops. Mall. Restaurants all in this historic local.

Good stores, but hard to park and get out. Dont park in front of stores because it takes a while to back out.

So many restaurants and small shopping centers brooks city base has a vast amount to suit your shopping needs

Went to Texas Roadhouse decent food just dont care for bacon fat in cream gravy.

This Base is a quiet an awesome place to get away and run,or walk and sit under The pavilions.

This side of town is nice and growing fastHope we can keep it clean.

Hello all former School of Aerospace Medicine trainees of the year 1986,Environmental Health Specialists! Back in August 2005 drove through San Antonio and watched the announcement of the base to be named Brooks City (2 days before hurricane Katrina).Going to upload photos of the museum that was on base.S.A.M. now relocated at Wright Patterson AFB,nearby the AF Museum in Dayton,OH area.

Great shopping center has everything that you can possibly need

Years back they closed the military base but now there are shops and restaurants all over.

Outstanding service, clean environment, and ohhh so great food.

This is a nice place to just chill out with the family.

Relatively new development in Southside San Antonio. Restaurants, large retailers, medical school, luxury hotel.

Needs some more high end stores.
