Builders prioritize their own interests, so investing in third-party inspectors, home warranties, and insurance is crucial—it pays off in the long run.One last thing… the constant piles of trash left behind during the construction process have been frustrating and unsightly. The lack of attention to keeping the site clean is disappointing and makes the overall experience less pleasant.

Meritage homes are beautifully designed. They really help to find the home that is perfect for you. Zenia was the representative that helped us and she spent a large portion of her day showing us different models and floor plans. She was super helpful and didnt mind taking the extra time to show us numerous houses and answer all our questions. Closed this week thanks to Zenia our sales rep and Damian our construction foreman. Both pay attention to detail, held our hands every step of the way, if they didn’t have an answer, found it same day! Zenia communicated with us weekly and daily near the end… (even on her days off). She made the process seamless and Damian made sure all the finishing details were in place to purchase a perfect home. I believe Meritage is doing a great job of helping build a community at Estancia Ranch. Ive been in my home for a couple of months now, and I am just as pleased with the sales/construction team today as I was when I first walked through the door and explained what I was hoping to find. Everyone has been very responsive from day one and focused on making sure I was getting a home that would make me happy.The neighbors I have met have been very friendly, were zoned to great schools, and the amenities center appears to be shaping up to be a fun gathering spot. I definitely feel like I made a good choice and look forward to watching the community grow.

They made home buying really easy, and everyone was super friendly throughout the process. Zenia was the sales agent that helped us, she was awesome, and answered all our questions. Clayton was our builder, and he was very knowledgeable as well.

We closed about 10 days ago and have had a great experience. Zenia has been very helpful through the entire process and followed up weekly through our closing date with details and updates. Somebody scraped wild land bare with a bulldozer blade and plopped down Lego houses with no green or trees, reminded me of living in Saudi Arabia in contractor housing.
