Sagebrooke by Meritage Homes

Our experience with Meritage Homes at Sagebrooke has been absolutely outstanding. The customer service is unmatched. The quality of the homes are wonderful, and all of the features the homes come with are great. Adrienne was amazing from day one and throughout the whole buying process. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, and she communicated very well with us through the whole process. She made us feel so comfortable, and she was so welcoming. Solomon has been amazing with ensuring we are happy with the quality of our home. He always responds promptly to any questions or concerns, and he takes care of whatever it is without hesitation. He is always more than willing to re explain things to us that we don’t remember how to do and to guide us through anything and everything. The customer service definitely didn’t stop at closing. We have lived here for a little over a month, and they have continued to make our happiness with our home their top priority. Solomon is constantly checking in via text message, and he even came out to our home earlier this week to check in and address and correct any concerns we had. We truly couldn’t be happier!

Edgar Robles was our Meritage Homes Sales Rep. He was the one we spoke to about our needs and he showed us our future home. He worked his magic and performed a miracle to get us locked in on a deal. Eric Smith was the Meritage Homes Builder. He went over everything about the house and worked on the smallest of details to make sure everything looked perfectly straight. ;) He was there for us before closing and is still for us after, even for the simplest of questions. I am, all of my family, are very happy with Edgar and Meritage Homes, especially Eric. Everyone involved made it possible for us to move into our forever home. Right now there are a lot of houses going up and now may be the time to take a look at what Meritage Homes has avaiable or what they can do for you. Who knows maybe they can help you find your dream home too.

Love our home, however, burning bush business across the street will kill you with allergies since they are constantly making mulch. 1560 is crazy traffic morning and night. The neighborhood is turning into a HOOD, ppl have cars on jacks in the street, bbq pits in the drive way, parking on their laws. Some of the homes have multiple families living in them so massive amount of cars line the streets.

Terrible experience from the construction manager.Made a huge mistake buying here, would never recommend them to anyone based of their “great customer experience”.The only 2 solid people I worked with were Edgar and Callie. Everything else has been teeth pulling.

Home feels cheap and rushed. Walls are uneven, mistakes are painted over acting like nothing ever happened. Should’ve examined better before purchasing

Love our home! From buying to closing, we had a great process. Eric has taken care of us now that we have been in our house for almost two months. He does a great job informing you of all things home owner related and checking in to make sure things are going smoothly. Would highly recommend!

I have found that Eric Smith has been a valuable assetto a smooth transition into my new home. His demeanor, professional expertise, and client centered responses, to every one of my requests, resolved in exceptional service. On several occasions I’ve texted Eric a concern……before the day ended he was ringing my doorbell. Now I know for myself what it mean to be a Meritage home family.

We just love our home. Eric helped us whenever we needed always giving us tips and instructions on how to register our warranties and helping us with everything else that was in his power.

In what used to be beautiful farmland, evolved into a greedy corporations building cheap, overpriced homes. If you buy here, enjoy agonizing traffic with a home-to-value score of somewhere in the negatives.

Just closed! Home is beautiful, awesome floor plans. Our builder Eric and sales consultant Eric were great!
