I was a Bexar Management tenant for three years, and still would be if I hadn’t moved out of San Antonio. Gwyn, Trenton, and the rest of the staff are super helpful and were responsive to any issues. The buildings have lots of historic charm and are located in the best neighborhoods San Antonio has to offer. Highly recommend!

I have lived in a Bexar Management property for a year. While I am moving out soon that is due to relocation to another city, and leaving this apartment is the part I am most sad about. This is easily the best management company Ive had as a tenant. Gwyn is super responsive, nice, and accommodating, and Trenton is always friendly and fast in repairs. Historic homes have some quirks but management has always been very quick to fix whatever came up. I would recommend Bexar to anyone in San Antonio and if I come back this way will absolutely look them up again myself. This isnt a bot or incentivized, I offered to put in a review because the experience with them has been so great. I have loved living here so much and I will miss it very much.

I love my apartment it has alot of character and comfort. The office staff go above and beyond to help you and understand your needs. Maintenance is on top of their work orders and real nice to help you out. I love the neighborhood and everyone that live by me since everyone friendly and love to walk their dogs or run.

Been with Bexar Management for almost two years now and I love it. The apartment Im in is so unique and such a great value for the location. Im comfortable reaching out to management if I need anything and Im always suggesting folks checkout their places. So much better than any big complex Ive lived in.

After a year with Bexar Management I havent had any issues. Good company to rent with and they are very responsive and communicative to maintenence issues. Thats a big plus for me.

Bexar Management is one of the best property management companies I have ever rented from. Gwyn is always so helpful and she truly cares about all of her tenants. She is one of the most compassionate individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The maintenance team is also extremely quick with repairs and always gives great advice for maintaining different utilities. Trenton is available what seems to be around the clock, even when I had a pluming issue on New Years eve. Im so happy I rent with this company and have recommended them to several co workers, family, and friends.

So much charm and character is the best location. I can walk to the St. Mary’s strip. Living here made me fall in love with San Antonio! Bexar management is easily the best experience Ive had with a leasing company. Gwyn was so helpful in finding us an apartment when the first one we looked at didnt work out and they were flexible on the start date which was such a bonus! Extremely attentive staff, maintenance issues fixed within 12-24 hours. Also manage properties in very nice locations. Overall, very happy with what theyve done.

I have lived in a Bexar Management apartment for 2 1/2 years. I love my apartment, which is in a hundred year old building, and was beautifully redone right before I moved in. So I have beautiful built ins and plaster walls and arch ways, hardwood floors, AND brand new kitchen appliances, toilet and shower/bath combo. The best of both worlds. I have found Gwyn the property manager to be not only professional, but also attentive to any repairs that need to be done or any problems that need to be addressed. The maintenance person, Trenton is also great, not only taking care of anything that needs attention but also taking the time to show me what I can do to prevent issues from occurring again in the future. I highly recommend this management company, especially if you are looking for an architectural gem in the central SA/ Alamo Heights area. They have beautiful properties and they are well taken care of.

Our building recently was purchased by bexar management and they have done a great job cleaning up the landscape and getting any issues in our unit fixed. We have been here for the duration of Covid and pleased to live in a quiet and friendly community. Getting ready for Halloween!

Gwyn showed us a few places and was very responsive with questions and making sure things are in order. Even after we signed she has been super helpful. Bexar Management is and continues to be one of the most accommodating and professional property management companies I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I had a tight deadline when searching as I was moving from a town 5 hours away and only had 1 day to find something and they worked with my schedule to show me 3 excellent properties. The application process was so simple and quick! Since moving in, Ive had to make only 1 maintenance request for something minor and it was fixed that same day. In addition, you can set up your rent payments to auto draft from your bank account, which I love. They are all around excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome property with reasonable rent in a great neighborhood. Plus, they sometimes run fun contests like a Halloween door decoration one!

Bexar Management can do no wrong! They are THE BEST management team Ive ever experienced in any apartment living. They are communicative, responsive, and quick to fix any problems Ive had. They do not patch holes, but instead completely fix them! Everyone on their team is helpful and friendly and not pushy whatsoever. They are willing to work with you and help you find the place that suites your needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I moved into my apartment (which I took because I needed something...cost-effective), it was in bad shape. Bexar Management had recently acquired it from another property management, and it was obvious the old management didnt take the time to properly fix issues. In the first couple of months, I submitted a lot of maintenance requests for minor and major issues.Im giving them a five star review because not only have they been really responsive to the issues, but theyve taken the time to fix them well so the issues wont come up again. Another perk for me is they allowed me to paint the walls and replace light fixtures with something I like better. Im on good terms with Gwyn, the leasing manager; also, even as a young woman who lives alone, I feel comfortable with the maintenance guys.I couldnt find any reviews when I was apartment searching, so I had to close my eyes and dive in. But from my experience, I can say if you want a unique and cost-effective apartment in central San Antonio, know that although there may be quirks because the buildings are older, the management will take care of you.

The properties are old and not the best but the management and staff are amazing. I’ve lived in a dozen apartments and this was easily the best experience I have had with maintenance and management. The neighbors are nice and quiet and it’s nice living in a small community. If my job was in the area I would still be living there today. Thanks for a great year Bexar management.

My current apartment complex just changed to Bexar Management and I’m very happy with this decision. I had some repairs and the need to change some plumbing that the previous management left in stand by. As soon as I communicate this to Gwen, she took care of it immediately!

Wow, an old man would go into my friends apartment when they are not home and keep diseased strays that seriously impacted all other animal health. Stay away, no matter the deal. There is always a reason.

I was recommended to call them as Im in a really bad situation and need help with renting and tried to call 7 times and each time they hung up on me without answering. Love the customer service.
