I will highly recommend living somewhere else if you could help it. I lived here for 2 years, my first year was OKAY despite my car being towed from the floor I lived on & registered at. The manager did nothing & said they sent out cmn for an app but I never received the email. My second year was hell. Loud neighbors upstairs & next door, running over head and blasting music all hours of the day with no regard. I’ve never had to call the police so many times in my life than I had to at this property concerning my safety and peace. My packages were stolen twice and I was consistently harassed by neighbors as they left random things at my door, and made as much noise as they could to run me out, which they did. The smell of marijuana seeps through the vents, & cars are constantly vandalized as well. Pests are everywhere & they need to get the hallways together. New management tries but I don’t believe they try enough to make a change, only to say they “looked into it”. If you want a peace of mind stay far away from this place.

I don’t live here but my girlfriend does and they offer little to no security for resident parking. Every time I visit I see a car with busted windows or on blocks. My girlfriend had her wheels stolen just last week and the apartment complex couldn’t care less. I’m worried to even park my vehicle there now. Sure they have a gate and cameras but that doesn’t stop anything. I can guarantee management will do nothing to address this and won’t even reply to this message. Even if they do they will put some generic response like “We do our best to provide security.” Always excuses and no solutions. The on-site security does next to nothing because this happens pretty much every day of the week. Instead of coming up with excuses to not protect your tenants property, how about doing something about it. You pay a premium to live in these “luxury” apartments only to have to worry about your personal property to get stolen. If I were you, I’d suggest looking for an apartment that actually cares.

I am a second year resident at this property and it started off rocky the first year. However, they have new management staff Ms. LaMyra who has changed things tremendously to say the least. Also, one leasing agent in particular Emily is AWESOME!! Emily is honest and does exactly what she says she is going to do and she is very helpful. Emily goes the extra mile for her residents. Emily is professional, polite and respectful at all times.Coming from a home of 20 plus years apartment living has been an adjustment for my family and I however, Caroline on Voss has been made the transition favorable.No no place is perfect, but if youre looking for your next apartment home I recommend asking for Emily at the Caroline on Voss.

We had a waterline burst at the property on 4/22/2023 causing water damage to several units including mine. No one could have predicted this to happen but the follow up or lack thereof by the staff and regional manager here is beyond disappointing and flat out unethical. My unit sustained severe damage and I have not be transferred to a different unit. It’s been 2 weeks and I have still been in the apartment with horrible mildew smells, infestation of gnats, concrete floors and not to mention torn out walls all the way to the studs and an A/C unit that constantly leaks in the bathroom. I’ve been to the office and pleaded my case countless times and no one has a solution. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I’ve decided to leave a review since it has now been 6 months that i’ve resided here. My intial interaction was with Christian, she helped with my application process and it was smooth sailing. But since i’ve been there, Emily has been such a wonderful staff member in the office. Every question and concern I had, she had an answer and a solution. A great communicator, very PROFESSIONAL (that’s hard to find these days) and a nice person. Just selfless all around. There should be more people like her in this world. It’s not often that I go to the office or have any issues but when I do, im glad Emily is there to assist with anything and everything that I need. EMILY IS THE BEST!!!

Emily, Christian, and Anderson are amazing! If I could give them five stars each i would. However the exit gate has been broken for almost a year now and it causes so much inconvenience and near accidents daily. If you are moving in and theyre telling you that its going to be fixed soon, I would take that with a grain of salt because theyve been saying that for months now.

A fire broke out upstairs on December 23rd, 2023. They left my apartment like this. They never mentioned a timeline. They did not move me to another unit. It’s still this way. They have only offered to release me from the lease.

0 STARS. TIRES. TIRES. TIRES. Don’t move here unless you plan on paying for new tires and catalytic converters on your car!!!!!! Property management is negligent, gates are always broken, and thieves and robbers have their way. Security may as well be a mall cop. Was asleep in his car when my car got broken into. Safety is not a priority here, hallways are dirty, elevators never work, and neither do the cameras in the garage. Residents don’t have much respect for quiet hours. Rats and roaches everywhere, always stinks. Filthy. Water shuts off at random times. No good quality of life. Spend your money elsewhere! I live here as of May 2023 do NOT believe the positive reviews whatsoever.

I want to say thank you to the new team. I have seen the positive changes and everyone in the office is so nice and understanding. It’s easy for people to complain (I was definitely one of them) but not everyone says THANK YOU. Ladies in the office keep up the good work. You care and always ready to help. I’ve lived here for almost two years and I just signed for another year because of the staff. My apartment is beautiful and the location is great they put the cherry on top .

Recently stopped by this property in my search for a place to call home and I just wanted to shout out the leasing agent that helped me through my decision. I believe her name was Emily and she was super positive and very helpful in showing me the floor plans and breaking down the pricing for me! The property itself seemed quite quaint and for Houston this can be surprising! I still have a few other places I am looking at before I make my decision, but Emily made this complex seem hard to beat and it is one of the top in my list.

Ive been living here for 3 years and this is worse year I have experienced living here . First off when a storm happens all the units are ran off different transformers so one unit can have power and the other can be without power. I have been without power for 5 days while my next door neighbor had power. I look across the courtyard and everyone has power but my side . I had to throw out my entire fridge and wait for idk what. Rent is too high to be experiencing such terrible conditions. Find somewhere else don’t waste you time. When my lease is up I refuse to live here again!

We are so grateful and thankful for our new management! We have really seen a change in better security and also taking the time to secure our property. It is going to take some time to get perfect, but right now we are pleased with what we are seeing.We are having more community meetings and events which also creates a better sense of community and it makes me feel safer as well!

We did not feel welcomed when we are asked in, immediately it was a “NO” for me. The young lady at the front desk didn’t quite seem like she knew what she was doing. She did not even introduce herself or ask how we were. It seemed like she did not want to assist us. How is it that you have a model apartment on the website but no model to show whether it’s a one bedroom or a two bedroom. It’s understandable if you have nothing available but she didn’t even provide floor plans or prices. Needless to say, the leasing office speaks for the apartments and did not leave a good impression. I will not be returning even anything becomes available.

Where do I begin? This location is not safe. Tires were stolen on a monthly basis that I was starting to wonder if it was an inside job. Inconsiderate tenants who will be loud past quiet hours. One security guard didnt speak English and I had to use Google Translate to tell him about my complaint. The gates were constantly broken and around the time I left, there were reports of robbery and burglary in the complex and parking garage. My a/c broke down four times in a span of 3 months. I had to insist leasing to replace it for a new a/c unit since the repairs maintenance left were temporary. My blinds broke off during the month of July and it took maintenance a month to replace them.I was under the impression that I would get my $200 deposit back. However, after leasing failed to post the correct amount of rent that I had to pay at the beginning of my lease, they just used my deposit to cover the difference without telling me! Didnt appreciate that no one communicated with me.The apartments themselves are great and spacious, but it doesnt make up for the time I had there.

Do not move here fire, rubbery, dirty and unsafe complexThe new management did some non sense changes in the complex for the excuse of safety…. They don’t want to repair the exit gate…. Instead they closed the exit gate and caused cars come to accident at entrance gate all the time….I told them the fan on corridor is not working but they never ever fixed for long time…. Most of corridor doors are broken….We had big fire incident few months back…The garage elevator is not working all the time … yesterday I saw trash in second floor garage …They tow my car last night while I was reported all my cars to leasing office specifically and only forgot to put the sticker on mirror…. That ugly orange sticker must be in your mirror all the time and they only give you one of them and caused the car look like rental while on mirror …for other cars you must park on 5th floor and pass tens of speed bumps which damage your car suspension ….My car was broken here and stole some stuff inside they never provided camera footage to me…The new management instead of spending some money to renew complex and doors and painting add more troubles for residents

**This has an update**Moved out on time which was a Saturday slipped the key under the door with apartment number since they were closed. Sunday they’re closed. I got charged for 3 extra days. And while the amount is small it is still unacceptable. I emailed them after getting an invoice. They said they would have someone contact me after they were back from vacation. I’ve emailed them 3/4 times since and no response. This was over a month ago. Just received another invoice today.UPDATE: emailed them after the response same day, not a single email has been sent.

Review of Caroline on Voss Apartment Complex:I recently had the opportunity to live at Caroline on Voss apartment complex, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The management of the complex was the worst aspect of my stay. From the moment I signed the lease, their attitude completely changed, and their treatment towards residents became unpleasant.One of the major issues I faced at Caroline on Voss was the poorly designed speed bumps. These speed bumps were so harsh that after just four months, my cars shocks and tires were damaged, forcing me to visit the auto shop for repairs. This was a significant inconvenience and an unexpected expense.Another frequent problem was the unreliable elevators. It was astonishing that the elevators would only work once or twice a month. This meant that most of the time, residents were left with no choice but to carry their belongings up and down the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when moving heavy items.The managements responsiveness to maintenance issues was extremely poor. If you had any problems with your lights, air conditioning, washer, dishwasher, or any other appliance, it would take them at least a week to even respond to your complaint. This kind of delayed response is simply unacceptable when you are paying rent for a place that should offer a comfortable living experience.The swimming pool had its own set of restrictions that further limited residents enjoyment. It was closed after 10 PM and closed altogether on Mondays. Comparing this to other apartments where the pool and gym are open 24/7, it felt unnecessary and inconvenient to have such strict regulations in place. Additionally, the locking of the gym and pool seemed excessive, as if they were trying to prevent theft when it should be accessible to residents at their convenience.Parking was another significant issue at Caroline on Voss. If you lived on the second floor, you might be forced to park on the third floor, requiring you to walk a considerable distance to your apartment. This lack of proximity between parking and living spaces was inconvenient, especially when carrying groceries or other heavy items.Security was also a concern. The entrance and exit gates were often left open, compromising the overall security of the complex. Despite having a single security guard responsible for the entire complex, reports of theft, particularly catalytic converter theft, were quite common. This lack of security measures and frequent incidents made residents feel unsafe and vulnerable.Lastly, the dog parks were consistently dirty. This lack of cleanliness in the dog parks not only made it an unpleasant experience for pet owners but also posed health risks for both animals and residents.Overall, I would not recommend Caroline on Voss apartment complex. The managements attitude, along with the numerous issues I faced during my stay, made it clear that there are far better apartments available at similar prices. Its important to carefully consider all aspects of a potential apartment complex before making a decision, as it significantly affects the quality of your living experience.

Would NOT RECCOMEND.I lived in these apartments since September 2023 and My experience has been bad since day one. I walked into a dirty apartment and got NO help from the office. Every time it rains there is a new leak somewhere in my apartment. Whenever I report an issue all I get is an Im sorry from the office. I have tried reporting the issues online and got help eventually but not in a timely manor. I have went to the office MULTIPLE times to report my issues in person and Im told Im sorry once again and the issues basically gets dealt with whenever they feel like it. I have requested multiple times that the roof be checked because the leaks keep springing up in various places in my apartment and sometimes the same place but they obviously are just putting band-aids on the problem.( Ive had 6-7 leaks) Move here at your own risk.

I had a scheduled tour of the apartments this past Saturday with Monica. She was so very helpful, she showed me floorplans and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable about the community and she put my mind at ease regarding some of the pics that one may see here as they look for their next home. I was blown away with how nice and quiet it was there and how everything is so up to date. I can hardly wait to move in!!!!!

A recent policy change at our apartment complex led to a serious issue that I feel needs immediate attention. The management decided to close the usual exit gate, directing all traffic through the entrance. This decision significantly impacted us Today, when an accident occurred right in front of the building, causing a major traffic delay. As a result, my daughter missed an important milestone—her black belt exam, which she had been preparing for diligently over the past four months.The lack of an alternative exit route during this incident not only caused unnecessary stress but also made me deeply concerned about how such decisions could affect us in more severe emergency situations. It’s distressing to think of the potential consequences if we were to face a real emergency under similar conditions.Given the seriousness of this issue, I plan to bring it to the attention of the local police department, the Resident Relations Department, and the Houston apartment Associations.I strongly urge the management to reconsider this gate closure policy for the safety and well-being of all residents.I hope to see a prompt response from the management, prioritizing the safety and convenience of the community, to ensure that such a problem does not occur again.

The units are nice but the property is awful! There is the smell of urine all throughout the property and there will be animal waste in the hall left for weeks. My air stays on 76 but my electric bill is still almost $200 since the apartments arent well insulated.The parking garage is in shambles with broken lights and exit signs. The stairwells are gross as well.

Monica…. was the best. I am apartment searching from another state, I went into Caroline on Voss after tour hours just to take a peek inside to come back the next day. Monica was still available and warmly invited me to come in and she could still show me a tour. Even though I thought I was saturating her with question after question she was so pleasant, patient, and time was of no matter. She wanted me to have a chance for full understanding of every question I asked and all what needed to be explained on her end. The Voss amazed me when I went inside the unit. The updates, 10 foot ceilings the cleanliness of upkeep. The Caroline Voss is definitely on my list of final choices.

I’ve lived here since November & I should’ve seen the red flags from the moving in process. The leasing people didn’t even have our keys ready, apartment had broken parts of the fridge and window shields weren’t working. There was no welcome package of even information on parking that was clear. All I was told was register your car and then three months later I get towed TWICE when my car was registered. The gates are never working so anyone can come in And out at all times. And people steal car tires and the security guard must be in on the thefts cause it just happens that no one can track any of the thieves. Like why are there cameras then? The hallways are super dirty and with trash everywhere. As of late, the person above my apartment their house was leaking which leaked into my closet causing my electricity to go out, water out, toilet can’t flush and my carpet and walls damp which can end up being moldy. This happened at 6:00am and I called their emergency maintenance number for three hours straight no answer and no call back. Leasing office opened I called them cause I had to go to work and no answer. Please take your dollars elsewhere. Only good things about this place is that it’s close to places other than that the management is trash. The people in the office sir there for decor and the safety of these complexes are terrible.

I loved living at Caroline on Voss, great location , but MONICA the leasing agent is the rudest person I ever met , Jasmine is initially the agent that moved me and Jasmine was so sweet but Jasmine left so now Im forced to deal with MONICA ugh. Why is she even at the front . If I need help and shes at the desk when I walk in the leasing office I literally just leave bc shes so rude & hateful. I could just slap the bitter from her mouth she always has smart remarks and is just a horrible person , I have never given the office any problems bc my stay was great but shes just always rude to me as if I wasnt paying 2k rent . She also informed that she lives at Caroline on Voss and gets 50% off her apartment . she should have to pay just like everyone else all bc she made my life a living hell living here . MY TWO STARS IS FOR JASMINE AND THE MAINTENCE CREW AT CAROLINE ON VOSS. You guys were GREAT .LASTLY, dont trust the good reviews about Monica she makes people write them.

I do not live here but I applied for a unit back in Aug 2022. First I was not told the unit am applying is under some housing affordability program and they made me loose my application fee for no reason. Then it’s been 8 months am still to get my administration fee refunded. I have been in person to their leasing office about 5 times and then have made hundreds of calls. They just make some excuse and promise to call back which they never do. This community offers the worst possible customer service. Once you are in, you are in their hooks for sure. I recommend to stay far far away from this community.

Absolutely the BEST apartment community that I have ever stayed in! They are so responsive to any concerns, there are no bugs in the units, and the units are extremely beautiful and spacious! There is always parking and the environment is very chill. Every single staff member is AMAZING and they truly care about the tenants. They often have community events (paint nights, game nights, etc). I definitely plan on staying here until I buy a home. I just want to say thank you to the management and staff in general, they are all truly amazing! You will not be disappointed by renting here, I guarantee it ! (=

ROACHES. DIRTY. compassion??honestly wouldn’t recommend, when I first moved in they said I would have a balcony I came in around 6 to pick up my keys and told I didn’t need a tour and realized there was no balcony and they said they would put me on a list for the next available apartment as that was my one request as well as wood floors. Along with that upon move in there it was extremely dirty, dust every in the cabinets. I clean regardless but my move in conditions to be top tier but instead there was used razors falling from the bathroom, hair, old rusty used earring backs, glass in the dishwasher. Gnats jn the fridge. I’ll put a picture so you can get an idea. After mopping and vacuuming u can tell it was just cleaned by the previous resident only. I was told I would get a deep cleaning by their cleaners I gave them a fat and emailed while I was out of town to allow entry to the apartment when I came back home it was not clean. And they asked me if I followed up. But as a management company they should care about their residents. I shouldn’t have to be on their buttabout things offered to me especially when they were supposed to make up for the intial problem that wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place. Now to this day there was three BABY roaches in my apartment and I immediately called and then called the next day at 10:01 when the office opens and explained and she said she’d give me a call “to see what she can do” and I had to call back after a whole hour. For her to assume there’s no infestation and that she thinks the exterminator is going to say no. It’s sucks that their care for current residents are so myopic. I just think it’s unorganized and inconsiderate. Who wants to live with roaches or in a hot as apartment, dog pop in the hallways. Overall the only thing I like about the apartments is it made me consider management more in my next place.Update this is truly one of the worst places to ever live. I do not recommend it. They have no form of communication with their residents, coworkers or maintence. They have no time of customer service or hospitality to run a place where people live. This is considered people’s home for 12 months and they treat it like a bank. Ive seen roaches days after pest control. They said “it’s a Texas thing” not any of my other places have this so called Texas only bug problem. This place truly is horrible. And they know it too while they’re shuffling through constant management. Not once have they offered me anything through all the trouble I have gone through solely because of them.I.e. I’m playing 30+ dollars because of a trash violation that never occurred. But they have left trash out for well over 15 hours and we all as residents ignore that. They can leave trash and ignore dog poop complaint n fine free. But I gotta pay $30 for a mess up on a day I didn’t even put out trash

Do not move here – I repeat, do not move here.I lived here 4 years, so read and do yourself a favor. By far the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. I’m not going to put every single detail, but, here is a sample of what you’re expecting.August of 2019 – my motorcycle was stolen from the 2nd-floor garage, cameras didn’t work, and no security to be found. Went to report at the leasing office and i was told it happens all the time and that my motorcycle was probably in Mexico in parts. No security footage was received, no email sent to residents about it. The cameras were not working!!!January 2020 – 4 wheels were stolen from my Charger. No camera footage, no response from management and no security to be found. Management offered no solutions, and no email was sent to residents about criminal activity.Got a new car in January, and:February 2023 – 4 wheels were stolen from my brand new car, alongside 4 other cars. No security footage, no email to residents.March 2023 – 4 wheels were stolen from my brand-new car once again. No other vehicle was involved, no security footage and no email to residents.The text is self-explanatory.

Living at Caroline On Voss has been the best experience in condo renting in my entire life! I have been living here since it used to be Marq on Voss then it was purchased by Grace Star Community, and let me tell you that the new management has not only done an immaculate but an outstanding job here. I take a lot of pride in living in this place. Not only is it safe and secure but it is also luxury living with our new state of the art system “Butterfly”. This has made me feel so much safer from menacing, homeless people that roam around The Galleria area now. So good luck if you don’t live here, you won’t be able to get in at all. Butterfly is so convenient, with a single push of my smart phone I am able to see and allow in Uber Eats or DoorDash into my upscale facility. Regarding maintenance, zero complaints whatsoever. As soon as you put in a work order whether it be minimal or an emergency this place responds unlike other places where you have to wait for maintenance for days till they arrive here in this prestigious luxury apartment living. Maintenance alleviates you from any inconvenience that you may be experiencing in your apartment. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Destiny and her staff have done an outstanding job with this community! Here they make you feel very welcomed and if you have any issues or concerns they are addressed immediately in a blink of an eye. Destiny is the epitome of professional. If I ever need help, whether she is busy on a very important meeting or a phone call whatever the situation is she will make time for you and I can always rely on her if I can’t find my packaging in the locker room. This location is super convenient if you would like to go to The Galleria Mall, as it is literally three minutes away. I love living on Caroline On Voss and I know you will too!

Worst place to ever live besides section 8. Dog and cat feces on every square inch. Appliances break down constantly and maintenance blatantly ignores appointments. Random extra fees that you must argue down the office employees from charging. Payments constantly lost, can’t tell if they’re technical difficulties or theft. New management refuses to fix any problems including noise complaints using their new status as a reason to not be able to control guest. Most importantly, the apartment host are very dangerous and walk around with open carry illegal large firearms throughout out the night. Security is a joke and sleeps peacefully in his vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I wouldn’t live here for free.

Before I decided to visit the property, I sat down and read every single review. I failed to do so with my current complex and am still paying for it. As a frequent reviewer, the bad reviews here sound more like it’s a problem with the people living there—and awful personalities are not something the staff of Marq can control. I was shown around by Ms. Liliana. She answered all of my questions and showed me multiple units. I was so enamored by the place I decided to take the plunge and apply that same day. The process has been very informed. If you take your time to fill everything out correctly on the application you should have no issues, and when I had questions I simply emailed Ms. Liliana and was answered in a timely manner. I had a concern over an email I received for a third-party vendor regarding a deposit and so I emailed with questions. I was called (which I missed, but I called back and spoke with Ms. Stephanie) and emailed—the issue (which was just a misunderstanding on my part) was alerted right away.Giving a complex one star because the grills are always in use is honestly such a privileged tantrum. I personally look forward to my move-in. And if I were you, when looking at the poor reviews, make sure you check out their review history. When someone only has one review under their belt and it’s a bad one, it’s usually because they’re just upset over something that could have been solved if given the chance.**UPDATE 12.08.19 - I still feel strongly about this complex, especially with the new management thats taken over. They are really going above and beyond for their occupants. The only issue Ive had was that my car was towed when I was unloading it. But really, property wise Ive had no issues at all. Even the neighbors are great. You really wont regret this place.

Living here has been a wonderful experience! Everyone that I have met here has been so kind and helpful. Any issues and work orders get solved pretty quickly. They are always hosting activities like paint and sips and lil holiday events. The new management has been great and they have upgraded the apartment by adding a new package room. I have lived here for no less than a year, and cars get stolen, broken into, and get the tires stolen as well! Within one week, all of those things can happen probably six times! And within a month, can happen over 20 times. I myself have had meetings with the management about updating and strengthening their security, it has appeared to me that this apartment complex is more focused on their appearance of the building than their security of the tenants that live here. I have witnessed time and time again workers are being hired to paint and remodel, but I have almost never seen anyone hired to fix the security gate and or do anything to help the security of the tenants cars, because this has happened a tremendous amount of times it has led me to believe that our motor vehicles are never going to be safe in this apartment complex ! So if you plan to live here, don’t! Save your cars from being in this place!

Iived here about 1 1/2 years ago.People in the office are very helpful & maintenance requests are handled promptly.The price is reasonable compared to the location & close proximity to Galleria/Chinatown.But thats probably the only good things about this place.Its like they dont do background checks on their residents because the people I see walking around are ghetto & always have people sitting in their cars with loud music.There is always cars broken in with cars on blocks because their wheels were stolen.Not to mention ghetto loud people at the pools & trash everywhere.

I love this property and I love this location!! I just moved here from Dallas and finding Marq on Voss was the best thing I did. Its near the Galleria and my favorite grocery stores. The apartment layouts perfectly fit my vision and my budget (major plus). The property is very close to my job. I would also like to give major props to my leasing agent Adel W. - I asked so my questions inquiring about this, that, and the other... and every step of the way he was so patient! I know I can be a bit much when making long term decisions. Adel answered all my questions and even gave helpful recommendations. Another major plus... They beg you to write “good” reviews and when you don’t comply, they conspire against you and threaten you with a cease and desist letter from their attorney. There has been armed robberies, home invasions, unsafe and unkept grounds, cars left on bricks, domestic disturbances. I would have reviewed this complex the day I came to look but as a person who reads reviews often, I wanted actually live here for a bit to ensure it would be a solid review.Office staff: From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome. The office is beautiful, warm and welcoming. The staff, really goes above and beyond. Paige was my leasing agent and she is phenomenal. She knows the property, very personable and went above and beyond to help me find my dream apartment! Andre was also incredibly kind and helpful when Paige wasn’t there. I love the resident events they host. They had a safety happy hour in December, where the courtesy officer spoke. It was nice to meet him as a new resident and hear from other neighbors and the staff. They really take what you say into consideration. It was also a great way to meet other residents!The apartment: I loooooooove my unit!! (A2) Great layout, perfect size and very pretty. I would have preferred the darker floors because the lighter ones are impossible to keep clean, especially if you have an animal but that’s just being picky! (If I wanted perfect I would have to build a house) The appliances are nice, overall pretty new. The garden tub is wonderful and the large windows give you some really great natural lighting throughout the day. Because of the way the building is designed and I guess my location, I don’t need to have the AC on all day and the temperature doesn’t dip too low or rise too high. A lower electric bill is always a plus. I love that the shared walls seem to be well insulated because I can not hear my neighbors on either side of me at all! Upstairs can get a little rowdy but that’s to be expected when you rent. If it is after hours, when you call the after hours line, and the courtesy officer takes care of it. Overall, I absolutely LOVE my apartment.The community: It’s been an amazing place! The commute is great to almost any part of the city. It’s walkable to a few places and restaurants. Every grocery store you can think of is less than 5 miles. You can Uber to most nightlife areas for about $15. Very pet friendly! It does get a little annoying when pet owners aren’t responsible and don’t pick up after their pet. When you’re walking in the pet areas it can get very frustrating to walk through a land field of poop. The property does do their best to clean up the waste but I can imagine it’s cumbersome. The dog park is a nice place to unleash your pet and there is a courtyard that’s a pet popular place too. (But seriously, if you’re a dog owner clean up after your own pet please! :) ) I do like having valet trash or the option for the trash cutes as well. Some people will leave their trash out for a few days but the complex is pretty good about taking care of it in a timely manner. The gym has most items you need and the pool is really pretty! Residents have been nice and overall it’s a quiet property. I do really like the multiple safety measures in place. (Guests have to call to get in or out, high traffic doors and pedestrian gates require a key fob) It is actually one of the main reasons, besides a really pretty apartment and awesome leading agent, that I rented here. Parking hasn’t been too terrible either. I haven’t had to park too far beyond my level unless I’m coming home after midnight. Plenty of guest parking on levels 5 and 6, too!Bottom line: It’s safe, pretty, quiet and great location with a decent price! I don’t see anyone truly regretting living here!

My husband and I have lived at Marq on Voss apartments for 2 years now and are completely in love with everything about this apartment complex. the manager, Grey and assistant manager, Paige are so professional, hands on and have taken care of every need that weve had. Putting in a maintenance request is so easy on the portal and they are always taken care of within 48 hours at the latest. Grey even takes the time to clean & sanitize the elevators, poles in the parking lot and other areas around the complex because of Covid-19. I lived here for two months and decided I needed to move out ASAP. The management has a very slow process to get maintenance to come fix anything. When they did show up they came without my knowledge even though I asked them not to show up if I wasn’t there, they left a huge mess as if they didn’t respect my space at all. There were numerous times when I saw fighting in the parking garage and I felt very unsafe. I couldn’t even walk from my car to my apartment. They are suppose to have a courtesy officer on duty at night but reaching them is so hard. If I had a real emergency there wouldn’t be any way for me to contact them. The property itself is very nice but they should maintain it better. There is always trash in the common areas and no trash cans where you can throw out anything. People also don’t pick up after their pets so there is always puddles of pee or poo in the hallways or in the elevator. My car has also been scratched up by either their trash guys or other tenants living there. I’ve seen security cameras through out the property but getting management to help you try to find something on them is difficult as their system is outdated and they don’t take any type of complaint seriously.

A 2 year resident here and a victim to over 4 theft/vandalism. If you dont mind spending a few thousands every other month to theft and vandalisms. Then this apartment is for you, otherwise DO NOT COME HERE! IM LOOKING AT OTHER APARTMENTS AS I WRITE THIS.They have very very bad security, if your car doesnt get stolen then your wheels or other personal things of importance will. Worse comes to worse your life may also be at stake as there have been instances where people get robbed at gun point. Worst thing is the apartment doesnt do anything to help the situation and if you are trying to get security footage to help you or the police, then GOOD LUCK! You will need it!

Recently toured here back in April while I was apartment hunting after college. The two ladies in the office were very kind and helpful. There were a gentleman who works in an interior office and my fiance and I found him extremely rude and unprofessional. He made it seem like we were a burden and his time was more important. The apartments are in a good location and on the better side of Westheimer. If you work in the Galleria area this location would be perfect. The prices were fair for the area but you do get what you pay for. Some of the apartments we toured smelled like smoke and there were lots of dings and scratches in the elevators. There was trash in the hallways as well. The apartments were in good shape especially after finding out the property is about 10 years old already.

Fortunately, I am not a resident at this complex but my brother and his fiance, who is also six months pregnant, are residents. A pipe burst weeks ago causing their apartment to flood and left damages, moisture in their apartment which more than likely has caused mold. Management has neglected their duties and ignored my brother and his fiancés rights by not placing them in another apartment but instead forcing them to stay in an uninhabitable environment. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to our friends or family.Apartments are very nice and modern on the inside. Every time guests come over they are very impressed from the exterior of the building all the way to the inside of my apartment.The maintenance guys with very fast response of any service request. They prompt professionally with big efforts to get tasks accomplished in same day which is truly one of main reasons we choose to live here.I’m very happy that the pool has been renovated recently. It is always clean and well-maintained.Office Staff Mari, Shaza, Michelle and Reshal are very professional, awesome, helpful and smiling faces all the time. They are just happy to listen to any problem I have and try to solve it before going out from their offices. Simply they are providing 5 Star Customer Service.Office tries to have Resident Appreciation and Fun Events on monthly basis that sound cool and very helpful to gather with other residents. From our experience I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to our friends or family. With that being said here are the Pros & Cons I have seen in the past 3 years:Pros:- Apartments are very nice and modern on the inside- Maintenance is wonderful! Everything we request is completed the next day and A/C issues are normally taken of ASAP. Since weve lived here we have received a new fridge and dishwasher because the other ones were broken and have them come in countless times to fix water leaks, lightbulbs that we cant reach, etc. The maintenance guys and how prompt they are and how effortless for them to get tasks accomplished are truly one of main reasons we choose to live here. (Although they sometimes leave random cabinets after working and that I dislike because my cat could then easily climb into it and eat something she is not supposed to)- Pool, gym and yoga room are always clean and well-maintained- Pets are allowed- Office staff is normally pretty friendly and prompt with getting our packages (particularly Patricia at the front)- Parking is in a parking garage and you park on the level that you live. Its normally very easy to get a good spot and I love not having to walk in the rain or heat to get to or from my car- Offices tries to have Resident Appreciation events that sound cool; although I never go because I am vegan and they never have anything for me to munch onCons:- Hallways, Stairwells, and parking garage levels are constantly dirty (partially due to residents letting their pets use the restroom there)- High turnover with the leasing consultants and management, so it makes it a little bit more difficult to develop relationships with them- Gates have occasional issues such as being stuck or broken- They have a few assigned reserved spots in the garage which can make parking a little tight in the evenings (past 9pm) so you will have to park farther away from the floor you live on

I will give an honest and truthful review of this place. I have lived here for 3.5 years and during that time the place has really gone downhill. The area used to be a nice place with clean floors and hall ways. But residents don’t pick up after their pets and the elevators smell like pee and feces. The management does nothing to correct this and only cares about the occupancy levels. I was also lied too because they charge you an extra 1000 to break your lease early but tell you can get it back if they rent out your apartment before hand. Mine was rented out 60 days in advance and unfortunately I was told it was not rented out. So I lost the 1000 extra that I didn’t have to pay if they would have been honest. Don’t move here, there are better properties in the area.

I wouldnt really recommend anyone to move here, especially with the latest management. Other reviews are correct - constant noise, gates always broken, hallways that reek of marijuana. Lately, they have been implementing some of the least useful rules and programs as well (valet trash when there are trash chutes - quadrupling the price of trash collection - and now charging for so-called reserved parking spaces!). What they should really focus on is security, as again, other reviewers are correct that apartments get broken into all the time. Plus, the mail carrier is a complete moron who refuses to do her job properly - I get more mail delivered to me by kind neighbors who got mine by mistake than through the actual USPS.

I recently renewed my lease with the leasing agent Monique, and she was very professional in helping me decide as to which apartment would work best for me. I have lived in many apartments since moving to Houston, and I must say that the Marq on Voss is the best Hands Down, they do so many fun events for their residence on a monthly basis, my favorite is the monthly brunch. After nearly a year, I feel comfortable enough to accurately provide a review for this property.Pros:-The staff is extremely polite and do their best to connect with the residents. Even during the COVID pandemic, the staff did whatever they could to try and help/entertain residents.-My initial thought when moving into my apartment was wow! The place was very clean and felt quite spacious.-The maintenance crew needs a raise! I had issues with my A/C unit during the Summer, but almost every single time I put in a work order, I received immediate day-of assistance. If something was not able to be resolved that day, I always got a detailed explanation from the maintenance crew. I cannot promise that you will also have that same experience, but holy cow, that was amazing. HUGE thanks again to all the maintenance staff. You guys are the backbone of this property!-The parking garage is a nice touch of added protection from the elements of Texas weather.-Security wise, know that no apartment can guarantee that you will always be 100% safe (thats impossible cause people are jerks everywhere you go) but the Marq on Voss puts a lot of effort into making this property as safe as possible. There are cameras in the parking garage and in most of the hallways. In the evening, a courtesy officer stands guard at the entrance gate where the cars roll in, and Ive seen another one at night that roams the property as well. This DOES NOT mean that you are guaranteed to be 100% safe and have no incidents, but in this part of Houston, it is nice to live at an apartment where safety is taken with such a high priority. Yes, incidents have occurred before (i.e. peoples cars broken into) but these seem to be rare occurrences. Just be smart and take/hide valuables in your vehicle like you would at any other public place.-Valet trash is an extra cost added to your rent every month. At first, I was a little hesitant, thinking Man, I dont need this. But to be honest, it is very convenient not having to trudge out to some spooky dumpster, especially in the evenings.Cons:-Being near downtown Houston is convenient, but traffic can be a real annoyance sometimes. It isnt the worst but is far from the best.-Outside-facing units like mine are close to Voss Road, and it can get quite noisy sometimes. I love my balcony, but I fully expect to be listening to mostly driving cars and honking horns.-The staff work really hard to keep the property clean, but some of the residents are too lazy to pick up their own dog feces or trash. Sometimes, you end up with piled-up trash in the parking garage or an over-abundance of leftover dog droppings. I dont really blame the Marq for this one though, as its just jerk people being jerks.-There really isnt a park or playground within walking distance. If youre a runner like me, there is a very small dirt trail that goes up the side of Voss Rd, but eventually, youre just gonna be running on concrete (which is no bueno on the hips, ankles, etc.) This is mostly a minor inconvenience though, since Memorial Park is about a 10 minute drive away.-The parking garage feels pretty sketchy at first - like when Yeehaw Johnny Texas parks his 4x4 3500 Big Boy truck near one of the turns, it can get kinda tight. It doesnt help that some people speed through the garage too, making it all the more nerve-racking. Overtime, you get much more use to ascending and descending it though, and personally, Ive only ever seen one accident occur (dude going too fast bumped the wall - funny stuff). Note that there are mirrors in place to help you see traffic coming around the corners.-To me, the rent was a little expensive based on the size of my unit, but it is worth noting that closer to the city will always cost a little more.Overall, I absolutely loved living at this property. The spacious unit combined with the comforts and conveniences of the various amenities really helped me enjoy my time here. I would say more about the property, but there is apparently a character limit. Thanks for reading.

Update: our pool has been green since Memorial Day, elevators break once a week at least, exit gate is constantly broken, printers in the computer area never actually work, haven’t had working grills all year they were “fixed” but we will see how long that lasts. They continually “fix” items but they are never truly fixed they immediately re break and we get told how someone is coming for them but it’s never seen out fully. I do not know why I am paying full rent and I am counting down the days until my lease is up! Staff is extremely friendly and kind and want to help but nothing is just fully seen out here and it’s exhausting!New owners took over and this place is being run into the ground. Trash is everywhere, no communication at all (when trash pick up is cancelled, when office is closing early, computer area closing early) 1 of 4 computers work in our computer area, spilt things and trash is on floor and never cleaned up in common areas, the gym is disgusting hair ties with hair and trash all over floors, nothing to clean equipment, the manager is only worried about sales and doesn’t care about those who call this place home! Had my car stolen, few days later 10 cars were broken into on the 5th floor (2 were mine), few days after that someone was robbed at gun point by some goons, few days after that someone had all his 4 wheels stolen & TODAY March 6th! Someone came and stole all my truck wheels and left the truck on bricks!This is outrageous and unacceptable! This is not something that happened yesterday or the last week, this is an ongoing chain of events thats been happening for almost a year! Immediately after purchasing my truck, the first that came to my mind is a tracker and ordered one for it, what kind of living community is this where the first thing i think of on a car after purchase is a tracker?!!! Just to have a peace of mind!Worst part is the management are doing nothing, every time these things happens they say “oh get a police report and talk to your insurance”, what if someone has liability and not full coverage?? Asked to tour a unit and their exact words “ we only tour on Saturdays by appointment since there are only two of us, we only take walk-ins on weekdays” . This place is H.O.M.E.I couldnt have gotten any more lucky in moving into this complex. I moved from California in February of 2016, with no clue of what anything was in Houston. I stumbled across this complex while driving around getting information about neighboring apartment complexes. I instantly fell in love with this place.The customer service is second to none. There are always smiling faces and help whenever you need it. The floor plan diversity is amazing. I moved into a one bed room initially and then later moved into a two bedroom later that year when my lease ended. Mark, Mary, Monique and Shiza are all great! I couldnt ask for a better leasing office staff by any means.The maintenance team is also amazing. I submit a request and they have it done the next day before I return home from work. They truly take care of this property and the tenants. Ive hosted social events here with no issue, grilled for super bowl and have went to every resident brunch and event that they host. Not to mention, I am a two time recipient of Resident of the Month!Anyone who is looking for a complex that is central to everything and has great prices, look no further. Marq on Voss is the way to go.

My brother and I arrived ten minutes early to our noon appointment to tour the facility. We approached the entrance door but the office worker locked the door just as I was about to present my identification and walked away. We called and reminded them our appointment and he told us he was coming but we waited outside for over 10 minutes. Frustrated by the sheer rudeness we decided to take our business elsewhere. I emailed the leasing consultant our complaint and was sent a very bland response,“Were sorry you couldnt make your appointment today. We understand life can be unpredictable!”

So many cars got broken into last night in the parking garage, including mine. Where was the security and what did the cameras capture? I tried to go to the leasing office today to see what I’d going to change and it was locked. On a Tuesday...... There wasn’t even an email sent out to the residents about the break-ins. I wish the stair wells were power washed they are disgusting. Also the fountain side of the apartments is very stinky. It’s a cool place to hang out pre pandemic but you can’t stay long because it smells of dog pee and you might step in poop. I have to say though besides those only two things this property is amazing. Never lived anywhere where the response to any issue is handle within the hour. Mr. Lemus is great with handling the property needs. Please work on these two issues and this property is easily a 5 star.

This place is so bad to live in. The old management was better. It goes from bad to worse. Now that we don’t have security, no one respects. Drunk people in the pool late at night. Fights every weekend. They stopped picking up the garbage. They do not clean in the pool area. Doors without handles... And they never answer the phone.

I moved in few months ago. Due to room-mate issue I had to move out. I wanted to leave 5 stars honestly speaking I had horrible experience dealing with the apartment manager there. My car got hit exiting out of the exit gate. Every time I would come in to talk to the manager either she is on lunch break or not there. I mean who gets 3 hours lunch break and only works 20 hours a week. I spoke to her in person made me feel like she is doing me a favor. I do not how she is the manager there. Unprofessional and very rude.I spoke to Rashad he was very help full with the whole process. He could not do anything about that issue. He said he will reach out to his COPT and get back to me. The maintenance team is very good specially Luis.The only reason I did not give zero star is Rashad was able to get back to me regarding the issue and I did not had to chase him around.Great location, great place to live. Horrible expedience with the manager there.

My apt was broken into twice at Apt told it was my fault by management even though the apt next to mine also had the screen ripped off. There is clearly a security problem the homeless next door hanging out at Walgreens. Management said it must be personal why we kept getting robbed even though there was a guy flashing the women at the apt. Took 3 days to get my gate code changed.

I normally dont write reviews but when you love something so much you have to tell people. I have loved this apartment complex since I saw it almost a year before I moved here. My first time visiting was February of last year while I was still living in California. I can honestly say, after visiting several times between February and September, the Marq on Voss helped me come to the conclusion I was ready to leave Los Angeles. From the staff, to the pool, the apartment interior to the location, the activities to the on site gym, I could not imagine a better place to reside in Houston and I have yet to see an apartment that I would rather live in than mine. If you arent living here, you arent doing it right. Dont cheat yourself, treat yourself.

We moved out February 2015. This review is a little overdue. I do believe that their newest property manager, Lynetta, is trying to get them going in the right direction.. She was always very nice and very helpful. She even changed the rules to try to straighten things up, but unfortunately I think its going to take a lot more than mass emails to make people follow the rules... I have a lot to say about this property. This is a long review, but if youre looking for honesty, read the whole thing. This property is completely overpriced for what you get. It looks nice. Its a nice, modern building... granite counter tops, wood flooring, pretty pool, good gym. All great. Thats how they suck you in.SAFETY is a huge issue. We lived there for 1 year, and they emailed us 7+ times informing us of a break-in or vandalism on vehicles. Apartments were broken into, tires were stolen off of cars.... And thats only the times that they told us about. There is a courtesy officer, but he is only out during business hours, and every time Ive seen him, hes at the front of the building, writing tickets for people parked in reserved spaces. Not walking the property. Plus... How do you expect 1 person to be able to watch all 400+ apartments? I think for a large property like this, they should have multiple officers or security guards.There are always random people coming in and out. The gates are always broken... either stuck open or stuck shut. (And then they blame it on you - saying you broke your gate clicker, and will have to pay to replace it). The hallways wreak of marijuana - I reported that several times, and nothing ever changed. There is trash all over the property - in the stairwells, in the hallways, next to peoples front doors - even though they are supposed to take their trash to the chute or dumpster. We lived there for a year, and never once went to the pool because it was disgusting. Every weekend, there were huge parties out there, and they would leave dead crawfish all over the pool area, empty beer cans. Also, if your apartment is anywhere near the entry gates, be prepared to hear cars coming in and out throughout the night, laying on their horn or blaring music by your windows. Drunk people always walking up/down the hallway, smoking inside the elevator, and through the inside hallways... It felt more like a college frat house than an apartment complex with young professionals and families.The dog park is disgusting. My dogs refused to even go in there. Its fake grass, which they tried to use as a selling point but its really gross. They say that a sprinkler system goes off 3x/day, but that almost makes it worse. People dont clean up after their pets, even though they provide the bags for you.They say that a broken AC/Heater is an emergency, but when ours broke in December and it was 45 degrees outside, we called emergency maintenance, and they told us that they would get in trouble if they fixed it at that time, and it would have to wait until the next day. Also, our smoke detector in our apartment started beeping, and we had no idea why... We called maintenance, and they said they could come check it out the next day. REALLY? What if something was wrong? (It ended up only being a dead battery, but how did they know that over the phone?)Note: You have to purchase your own lightbulbs and batteries for your gate clicker. When we moved in (and at every apartment complex Ive ever lived in), we were informed that we would not have to. But when the time came, we did end up having to pay for them ourselves. Not a big deal - were the ones using it and obviously theyre cheap. Its just the fact of the matter that they told us one thing, and did the opposite.I know that management probably does not have much control over this - but the USPS mail lady constantly lost mail, leaves mailboxes wide open, and is not consistent on delivering. Just so you know.I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

On my first visit here to enjoy the day with a friend, my car was towed. In the message I receive my friend told me to park on level 5. However at these apartments the signs for the speed limit dont look like normal black and white speed limit signs, they look exactly like the level number signs. I saw a BIG SIGN with a 5 on it big as Day and parked. I was actually on level 3 and didnt realize it. After a beautiful Saturday with friends I find out I have to pay $222 to recover my vehicle. There were no reserved signs where I parked and no signs to reassure you that this was resident only parking. The structure of this seems deceptive and misleading and I have a feeling that the owner of this property is affiliated with the towing company involved. It needs to be dealt with. Im contacting my lawyer.

I dont think the people who are bashing this community are taking into account the amazing improvements the management team (Mari, Mark, Namra, and Monique) have made to this pristine location. I have lived here for over a half year now and wouldnt even think about moving elsewhere. This team works tirelessly around the clock to create a community where their residents can feel secure, happy, and most importantly proud to call Marq on Voss home. Therefore, allow me to thoroughly explain some of their MANY accomplishments.To start off, lets just say the floor plans and location of this community are MAGNIFICENT and worth every penny you pay for. They are chic, modern, and updated. In each apartment home you will find beautiful flooring, gorgeous granite countertops, black stainless steel appliances, and generously sized utility closets with full-sized washer and dryers. The floor plans are all open concept and dont even get me started on how awesome the kitchen spaces are with the huge cabinets and islands offered in many of the layouts. The community is conveniently located in the Uptown area of Houston and extremely close to I-10, 610, and US 59, making any part of Houston easily accessible.Additionally, they have created a community where residents can get together pretty much on a weekly basis. I have stopped by events ranging from Pizza on the Go, resident brunches, and food trucks all the way to wine and cheese nights, and countless other events where the community can congregate and socialize. At these events you can see people who look forward to getting together and genuinely enjoy the events the Marq on Voss team hosts for them frequently. If an apartment community where a team keeps their residents involved is important to you, then this is your dream community.As for crime, the Marq on Voss team has truly stepped up to the plate when it comes to tackling this issue. After a couple unfortunate criminal events took place they immediately took action and implemented 24 hour security to give residents peace of mind. In order to enter the community these courtesy officers require the guests to have a photo ID and take down their information. The team is also 100% transparent and makes all residents aware as soon as any event occurs. We all know that crime cannot be completely stopped ANYWHERE on this Earth, but the measures this team has taken to prevent future occurrences speaks to their character.Lastly, the maintenance team works like a well-oiled machine as they keep the property running smoothly and looking clean. The community amenities always look wonderful (check out pictures of the pool, gym, and clubhouse if you havent seen them, itll be worth your while) and I have never had a maintenance request that was completed past 24 hours of me reporting it. Additionally, you can make any maintenance request online so if you have a hectic schedule, you need not fear about going down to the office or making a phone call. If you are looking to escape an apartment community thats scarred you with maintenance nightmares then this is the community for you to move next!Forgive me for going on and on about the team here and the community, but I could not be happier with my experience so far. The bullshit: the grills NEVER work anymore(I literally just asked and they said yes. When I go down after hours SURPRISE! -they do not work). The pool is terrible. It used to be an amazing Vegas style pool. There is trash all over the parking garage all of the time. Do they check it? In the gym equipment is always broken. This is my last lease. I just signed a 15 month lease and already regretting it!! They can even give you a clean apartment or answer your calls! What they have in amenities they lose in actually being able to use them! I cant even find peace in my own home cause I gotta be on them for MONTHS to get basic things like blinds done! Just left there a few minutes ago, drove all the way from clear lake to look at one apartment knew exactly what I wanted, only to have the lazy guy at the front tell me a tour takes 45min-hr and they close in 20 minutes so hes not gonna do it. I told him I just wanted to see the apartment not the amenities but he was a lazy guy, already shows how bad it will be dealing with office personelle. Can get better quality for same price in a better area.During COVID the staff was only concerned about the safety of the staff. No extra cleaning or any other accommodations were made the safety of the guest. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU LEAVE! Deceitful or careless check-out procedures by staff at Marq cost me marks on my credit score!Marq on Voss employs a shady collections agency and lied or mistakenly recorded fees in excess of $600 dollars after I moved out which I did not find out about until they showed up on my credit report years later.I lived here 13/14 but a couple years later I come to see some unpaid collections on my credit report I had no idea about from Marq. After investigating I was told among the charges were not returning my gate or room keys, failing to pay last rent, etc. I turned in all keys before leaving and was on auto-bill pay so there is no way I failed to pay any rent. When I tried to dispute the charges with the shady debt collectors Marq sold my mistaken debt to, they said the address I provided for follow up mail that would have informed me of the charges was incorrect (it was not after they repeated it to me). I was never informed of these fallacious charges and only later when the fees had already appeared on my credit report years later I couldnt dispute them so I had to pay them in order to move into a new apartment. After paying the full fee and getting all the confirmations I received 3 DAYS LATER the letters alerting me that I had unpaid fees now in the hands of debt collectors... 2+ years after moving and days after I PAID the charges did I finally receive notice of some FRADULENT unpaid fees.

Parking is TERRIBLE. They introduced reserved paid parking a few months ago. For a fee you can park near your unit, otherwise its every resident for themselves. If you come home after 7 pm you may have to park on the roof!Valet trash pick up is cool because the trash bins are HORRIBLE.Driving into the complex the 1st thing you see are the trash bins and they are an eye-sore.The residents are spending a lot of money to have to come home to see trash and the upkeep is only in the front of the building.

The apartments are big and the infrastructure is built like a labrynth. It takes time to get used to parking locations, apartment numbers, enterences&exits. Other than that, very clean and decent.

It is perfectly reasonable to demand an ENTRY code; however, it does not seem reasonable to TRAP a delivery driver late at night and REFUSE to answer the phone. In retrospect, this was an inconvenience for me that was ultimately resolved, but the feeling of being caged like an animal is frightening. Is that safe? Is that even legal? You demand an EXIT code? I dont think youre supposed to do that!

They are very irresponsible. I was applying for two weeks and they always sent me incomplete information. One day I spoke with a person another day with another and that way they had me. For then they told me that I lacked some information and that I could not apply and from the beginning I said I did not have that information. They wasted time. Anyway before applying be sure of what they demand and call every time.

This place has roaches why is it that in my own home I have to wake up is disbelief that’s there’s roaches in my kitchen I’m uncomfortable. My apartment is very clean so I don’t get why there is roaches, my apartment has been sprayed and I still get them

Went in at 4:50pm on a Saturday to get pricing and was told by a lady to go look online since they were closed (even though they close at 5pm). All I wanted was to speak with someone about what they offer, what pricing they had and I know that wouldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes. I guess they don’t want my business. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Today was the first day they open back up the pool during covid and I don’t know if it’s CWS management that’s saying we can’t use the grill and how long the pool can stay open but Greystar communities which are a larger management management company then CWS are allowing there residents to use the grill and are back open during regular hours the the only thing that greystar is doing to control the pool area is keeping the occupancy low to 16 why can CWS properties do the same to stay competitive beats me.

YOU NEED TO GET YOUR RESIDENTS UNDER CONTROL!!!! EVERY Fing NIGHT THEY THINK ITS EITHER TIME TO HAVE A FAMILY REUNION, OR THEY THINK THEY ARE AT THE MUSIC AWARDS OR DANCE CLUB, OR TALADAGA NIGHTS!!! I have called you several times about this issue! I will continue to file noise complaints with the police department. It is not fair to the residents around your complex let alone in your complex that have to deal with this EVERY NIGHT!!!! Get them under control!

I have been living in this complex since four years , now it is my 3rd apartment , complex is super clean management is good , staff is more than excellent all of the them , they are very helpful and cooperative recently have the valet trash which is another good service to the complex , maintenance is exceed expectations and very quick upon requestPrices are good because you pay for what you haveI would recommend this complex for everybody
