I moved into this apartment 3 months ago. There are bugs all over the house. They accompany you while you eat. They are with you while you shower. They even stay with you while you sleep. They are very helpful house bugs. If you like bugs, I recommend you to live here. The only thing I couldnt get along with them was that they crawled in my hair while I was sleeping at night.

Horrible maintenance in a timely fashion. Been here almost a year and mold was found in my apartment and the maintenance man has yet to come and solve the problem. Apartment is nothing like the advertisement and are worn down!

1/10 would not recommend so Michelle at the front desk advised that with the deposit “ I had to go thru jetty, but I would still get a refund “ 5-6 months later Jetty advised it’s nonrefundable unless you never moved in. That’s one lie, anyway… she & EVA “ the manager “ also advised that “ per policy” I have them on recording that I needed to use their washer and dryer although I have my own and they were charging me $60 additional per month. These people are greedy I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! The pool wasn’t and still isn’t open and we’ve been here 5 going on 6 months. Also please review your lease Eva will tell you that you need to give a 60 day notice underneath your lease agreement it tells you you need at least 30 day notice before you leave if not a 60 day notice.Apartments are filled with roaches, the parking lot is typically disgusting and filthy. ✌️

Save yourself the hassle of staying here. Have had issues with the office staff the entire time, mainly the office manager Eva and it all started because they refused to have anyone come in for 2 months to seal the floors after my move in. There were bugs coming in through the cracks between the floors and base boards and I sent many pictures, emails, and calls and it still took them 2 months to fix. After getting the corporate people involved because I could no longer deal with the bugs, the office manager seemed to have it out for me. If you plan to move here your best bet would be to have no issues with your apartment although myapartment has been leaking from the sliding door which also took them 2 months to change out and it started leaking again. I’ve had to have both my washer and dryer changed and they still are not good quality. Would definitely avoid it here if you can. So sad that I decided to rent here and have had such a bad experience. I called 2 days ago to let the manager know I would be late paying rent this month and gave a date of when I would pay and she put a notice to vacate within 2 days in my door. After I called the staff and they spoke to her she said it was just “procedure” never heard of such a procedure that handles late payments like this. They also painted over the tub and tiles and the paint has come up and it just looks disgusting. So disappointed in this entire experience and so ready to leave this property.

The apartments has the potential to be a lot better. My apartment was not move-in ready, trash from the previous tenant still visible during move-in. I was informed that I must have my 1st months rent on the date of move-in when it was the end of the previous month and my deposit had been already paid. I have been living here for a week and I have not had an update on my dryer that is not here, I still have no kitchen drawers and no one is answering the phone. The grounds need to be maintained as they have had high grass for the past month prior to move-in. Just disappointing.

Ms Eva is the best Manager that has worked in Forest Park Apartments. My daughter and niece just moved in and she was so hospitable,kind, organized and made them very comfortable. Before she came along that place was not a good place to live she has really transformed this place and she’s all about the children!!

Eva is the best office manager by far I have seen in a while with renting. Very professional and welcoming &organized. This is a understatement figuring the leasing office is severely understaffed. Eva made this moving transition easy but please get her some assistance .It’s impossible to run a relenting office with only one office manager this puts a strain on other important managerial duty thats need to be facilitated.Thank u Eva!!

I’ve been searching for a new place to call home and found Forest Park through a friend. My friend recommend speaking to Amanda, who was beyond amazing to work with. Amanda helped me through the process and answered all questions. She was very patient and cordial with me despite multitasking with other tasks as she is the sole worker at that property. I was very impressed with her ability to make me feel like I had all her attention despite having to answer the phones and answer questions to other residents that knocked on the door. She never became agitated and worked effortlessly to accommodate everyone as best she could. She’s amazing and I look forward to having her as a manager and moving into my new home!

Things were going really good and Amanda was so helpful and kind. However, the moment we made an appointment, it went downhill from there. I was supposed to meet her at 9am. I got there with my fiance exactly at 9 and the door was locked. So I called more than 3 times and still nothing. We decided to wait for half an hour and still NOTHING. Emailed her and still no response. It is kind of rude to not show up on an appointment that you decided on. Thanks for wasting our time.

Damaged mail box we have to travel to get mail. Dumpster area too small for complex. Trash over flows and is on the ground. The floor board outside front door are nasty and dirty. The doors don’t open and close properly. The second floor is not level. The stove is off balance the eyes don’t fit the stove making it unsafe to cook. Dead and alive roaches and nats in unit. Not all plugs work in unit. Light switches but no ceiling fan and light accessible. Making the unit hot during the day and at night. No washer and dryer in unit and we pay for it monthly. No trash can for unit and we pay for it. Traffic in some building are horrible making it uncomfortable and unsafe. There has been a new management team every week.

I can see why this management co gets bad reviews. i live at one of their properties, and will not again. I understand that it is the residents responsibility to pick up after their own dogs, but whos responsibility is it when the residents dont. management told me that she will not ask her maintenence men to do anything that she wouldnt do, and she wont pick up so they dont either. there is so much dog and duck poo everywhere, its nasty.

Never will I ever move to a complex that is own by this company. Their only concern is collecting by all means necessary. Once you are in a lease agreement, you stuck with the living conditions. I currently reside in Vinyard Trace apartments, where apparently theyre short staffed. The maintenance staff is never available, office staff do not answere nor return phone call. I have tried on several occasion to contact this company through phone call and email, to address my concerns, and I never could get a response. Please do your research before moving to this property. Trash is always strolled over the property, and Im paying for valet trash, the unit next to mine is empty, but water is leaking from the washroom, and I pay for allocated water and sewer base. This is an irresponsible property owner that hires incompetent staff that clearly does not have a clue about their job description, because nothing is being done to improve this complex besides the paint onto the outside and the new lawn chairs by the pool that is filthy. Cats all over the place on and under cars, sleeping on your patios. Inside of the units are falling apart, bathtubs, countertops, and sinks are peeling from the cheap paint. Maintenance supposed to be available in 24 hours but I cant even get a simple work order done in a timely manner. Ive put two orders in, at the of September, and neither has been addressed. I havent seen the exterminator since this company took over, and it has been at least a year now. This company seems to have a hard time honoring their lease agreement. But as long as Im in the lease I will continue to post everything I see that will make my living experience uncomfortable. And I will be posting actually footage soon. Because the brochure and web pictures is not the experience that Im seeing and going through.

Absolute trash customer service. Ignoring phone calls all day and refusing to answer emails as well. Lying about office hours, they close at least half an hour early every day. Can never get in touch with anyone. Maintenance is a joke. The owner should be ashamed of the workers they have hired.

If i could give this place -5 stars, I would.... while back I posted a review about our experience and that review was completely changed from my original post. So here Im again taking time to continue writing, It may not make much of a difference but this last encounter starting to feel personal. Our apartment got damage in Harvey so we had to move out. to start they made us sign a lease termination and Amanda told us that we had 5 days to move our property, so We quickly got a new place but didnt have a truck to move our things, so in the 2nd day I got a phone call from my friend saying that i had to get there right the way because all my things were outside the apartment in trash bags, I called Amanda and she replied... I thought you were done moving since i know you got a new place, I said I have a new place but it doesnt mean that i moved all my property out of there yet, and she said when you get here ill have my guys help you go thru the garbage bags to pulled out what you need... I was so upset to see our beds, crib and wherever else outside but other people were going thru whole a lot worse than me, so I moved on. we were told we were getting our deposit back and credit for the days that we couldnt live in the apartment, I called and call but no answer,i email them and they saying that my deposit was not refundable and I dont have the receipt so i cant prove the reason, I still didnt care is $187 that they need more than I do at this point. Yesterday I went to get the mail and I got a collection notice from them for utilities, I never received a bill on the mail, they had 4 months to at least call, email they have all our information to get that bill to us. Is funny that the collection agency found our phone number right the way to get paid. This might not look or sound like a big deal but this people really, really care zero about their tenants when you need them to do the right thing. My truck got stolen twice, not their fault but when i ask to review the cameras I was such an inconvenience to them, I got the key 2 days late when i first move to texas, I paid 2 days xtra for hotel, they didnt care, all our property got in trash bags, they didnt care. now a collection agency for $68.37 because they didnt have 1 second to call and say you owe us money, stop by and pay us... they just dont care about any other human been. I pray that they never experience what it feels like when your things get stolen or see your hard work in trash bags!!!.. and nobody helps them

BH Management has some of the worst customer care services I have ever encountered. You would think that the constant negative reviews they would get a clue and make some changes. From their regional management down to property managers onsite, there is a consistent culture of ignoring phone calls, emails, reviews, or any sort of contact by their clients really.BH Management has failed to meet their promises listed on their website. They promise to provide:Professional Onsite Management - Specifically at Old Farm Apartments every single one of their employees from office staff to maintenance staff need to be retrained or replaced on how to professionally and politely interact with their customers. I have been appalled on multiple occasions how I have been treated and witnessed similar treatment of other tenants.24-Hour Emergency Maintenance - If anything breaks outside of regular office hours there is no way anyone from maintenance is showing up to look at anything. You can leave a message with their answering service, but that does nothing. Even if someone did show up they, they dont speak any English and have no idea what they are doing, and will tell you it will be fixed on Monday. That is also a lie, because you constantly have to pester the office until things get fixed.State of the art amenities - Nothing about my apartment is state of the art. When I moved into the apartment I had cracked broken granite countertops, ACs that break constantly, cheep laminate flooring that is not installed properly, and the list goes on and on. The apartments are joke of being just patched together try to save every little penny rather than doing things properly.BH Management only cares about one thing: profits. They do this by hiring cheap staff, cheap maintenance, and cheap products. They patch their properties together. Stay away from BH Management and any of their properties. I know it is the last time I will ever rent from their properties and will continue to encourage others to stay away.

Amanda was WONDERFUL!!! I showed up last Thursday to check out an apartment. I arrived at 5:30 PM as she was walking out the door. Without hesitation and with a smile she turned around and walked me inside to assist. Unfortunately due to renovations there were no apartments available. I will definitely keep my ears open for Forest Park to begin leasing again! Thank you Amanda, I hope the management at the sister property you refered me to is half as kind as you!

Id rather give -2 stars for the unprofessional office lady. I came by to talk to her about leasing an apartment and she sat in her car until it was 4:45 and pulled off right past me. Mind you, they dont close until 530. And the only reason how I knew it was the office lady speeding past me and my daughter like a crazy lunatic was because one of the residents told me. They also said I dont want to rent here with my kid. Beware. And the gate is broke.

The absolute worst place or management anyone could live . You can pay your rent and utilities on time. Stay in communication and have receipts and documents along with the managers initial and signatures , provide a forwarding address and out of spite, they will still send you to IQ Data collections for a fake unpaid balance. 16460 highway 3 Webster Tx 77598 Formally known as Chatham Village are thieves and crooks. The place floods with any amount of rain. Your car will also flood depending where you are in the community. The units have roach infestation, mice and fleas . They allow anyone to move in . Parties all hours or the night and the dumpsters are disgusting. The managers get upset if you contact corporate about any issue . They office staff never answer the phone .

The worst complex i have lived in. you go to management bout anything and nothing gets done. this includes water leakes, electric problem and dogs. Ive been here for iver a year and complain bout dogs not on leashes and ppl picking up after there animals. Im a furparent of 2 awesome babies and i hate walking mine because 90% of the small dogs here are not on leashes. 85% of them dont pick up after them. i have taken pictures. i have went and talked to office. they asked me how i know nothing is getting done. well lets see same dogs. anyway dont move to Chatham village if you want i nice place 4 you and your family. you will walk in dog mess just getting to play area.

I was one of the residents whos apartment got damaged by the fire. The fire was due to wiring. Someone turned on the heater and it sparked a fire. We were told not to enter the apartment and that our things would be safe. They had security and a fence that surrounded the area. Someone came and robbed the whole complex. They kicked in a door and knocked holes from one apartment to the next. This had to take time....we have reason to believe that maintenance or security had somethinf to do with it...24hr security it just doesnt make sense!!. They didnt care!!! Before the fire the place was infested with roaches! We bombed the place like 5 times before moving in and they were still comming. The staff even sprayed.. yet the roaches didnt budge! It was hell.the bathroom tubs were hell..they just painted over them...we couldnt enjoy the tub because of the peeling and it made the water turbidity. . My neighbors had a leak! Emergency maintenance were lazy didnt want to come out !! This caused a flood which led down to my apartment. .gross!!!! My next door neighbor had his car stolen. ..he parked right under the camera just to find out the cameras didnt work! Lets talk about the trash!! Over flow!! Disgusting it smells throughout the property. PARKING??? FORGET IT..I AM NOT exaggerating!! If you work 2nd shift you will come home with no parking space waiting for one at least an hour or 2 before you can find any. You will be bumper to.bumper with other cars waiting for a spot. My husband had his car towed with his parking sticker Visible! !! It was ridiculous! When the apartment caught fire it was a blessing in disguise..sad that ive lost a lot of valuables do.to.water and smoke.damage. .oh and the robery. But so glad to be let out of the lease! All this and we have not been living here a year!!!! This is all within a couple months!! I know there are bad reviews and we try our luck..but im serious believe the reviews very accurate! !

Not so much of a good stroll @ The Boardwalk (Fondern Road, Houston Texas) Heres a short story:Things seemed to have been going well until the company owes you money! You move into a place and all deposits and fees are due before they ever hand you the keys. Residents being displaced due to Hurricane Harvey were told wed receive refund for rent and deposits immediately (when keys were turned in upon move out) Later finding that this was not the case as a check couldnt be cut at the local office, but things would be expedited to your new address! Almost 3 weeks later and funds still havent arrived. Staff, tried to say that they talked to us (when they didnt) and told us the correct information on receiving funds and we just needed to be patient Lets just say that I took an email to corporate and the regional manager just for the company to state that they didnt explain well in their letter to residents.... Again, nearly 3 weeks later and nothing has come! You dont get a response within a timely manner. Oh, unless you contact their facebook page and leave comments and sent them a message, then you get a response pretty quickly. I honestly didnt think things would happen this way and wanted to say Boardwalk would be a great experience since moving to Texas. But I must say I was wrong.To Be Continued...

Such a poor management by BH Management Services, LLC at Stone Creek at Old Farm.After a month they took over the management they are not able just to do a simple task, reconnecting the internet at the office space!a Month! A task that can be done in few days. All we got is new mouse pads with BH label!Not recommending the Stone Creek at Old Farm with its new management at all.

I dont even know where to start, these apartments could give more, they are well located, but the maintenance is super poor, they showed me a new apartment, clean and with utensils in good condition, they gave me a dirty apartment, infested with cockroaches, bathrooms Dirty even with pubic hair, the toilet bowl without repair, dirty washing machine, used and with stone, broken parts, they broke when we and my children were already living there, the toilet bowl They still havent repaired the bathroom after two months, the office never answers.I am very disappointed in this place, if they had more interest in doing their work this place would be perfect to live in, but no.
