I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. The day before our move in date I went to the office to ask if I can do a walk through of the apartment to make sure everything has been touched up, deep cleaned and fixed. They didn’t let me because supposedly they were still “working on it”. Come move in date we came across a lot of issues, lights were out/ flickering, dirty apartment.. dirty showers, disconnected dryer, broken refrigerator drawers, dented refrigerator, roach infested, disgusting floors (meaning they never mopped it) low water pressure in restrooms, till this day ( 3weeks after moving in) I’m still having roach issues and have submitted request to have pest control come out to fix this issue, they only sent him once and he was trash.. literally just did the kitchen and said “okay if you have anymore issues just contact the office” and left.. didn’t do the ENTIRE apartment like they’re suppose to.The walls are extremely thin. So you can kiss a goodnight of sleep goodbye if you live in the first, second or third floor. You can literally hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. When they walk it sounds like they’re stomping as hard as they can to the point it moves our lights and fans. You’ll also have annoying kids ding dong ditching while banging tf out of your door.. as if you’re being raided by the cops. So kiss peace and quiet goodbye as well.
My experience at Hue was far beyond exciting. We have had two gatherings and will continue to use this venue for the next one.The attention we had from Sonia, was absolutely great. She was there for any issue and was very attentive to making sure everything was fine. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked.Thank you!!!🤗

Terrible Management! Deserves a Zero star!Living at Hue Apartment on Green House was a nightmare. The management is completely unprofessional.Moved in to Hue apartment November of 2023 from out of state and I have never seen an apartment complex so terrible.It was obvious the apartment wasn’t wellCleaned and when we got to the apartment after about 20 hours road trip we had no choice than to move our belongings inside .I went ahead and complained to the front desk and she said we should have complained before moving in our things .The fact that they didn’t seem it fit to clean the apartment is what I can’t comprehend .My husband’s car license plate was stolen at this apartment and we went ahead to report it , again they was nothing that could be done because they do not have cameras outside .On several occasions we would hear random banging on our door from passers-by , we had to invest in a front door camera to make this stop.Complaints about noisy neighbors are never taken seriously, no matter how many times you report them. If youre looking for a peaceful place to live, this is NOT it.To make matters worse, they hit you with unnecessary and outrageous move-out charges.It feels like theyre just looking for ways to take more money from tenants. The lack of accountability and poor service make this place one of the worst apartment experiences lve ever had.I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.Stay far away unless you enjoy frustration, stress, and being ignored by management.This is a review after my 15 month lease ended !
I do not recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a place that is safe and quiet. All apartments have their moments but this place continuously had issues. Since the start the organization was concerning but I gave them grace as they just opened. But Hue will try you again and again. And go as far to add additional fees after you end your lease regardless if it is clean. So be cautious when applying. As the majority of their positive reviews are based on the walkthrough vs people who actually live here.
Continued unresolved noise issues Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Groups of people playing extremely loud music in the common area late into the AM. Rules are not being enforced. Beware. Current management is nice but there’s lack of results on this reoccurring issue. When every weekend you are awoken to the sound of extremely loud bass music from people’s cars and people screaming and yelling in the commons, it’s exhausting. There’s too much talk about sending security but the results are lacking.— Edit: It is now Sunday night 10pm. The pool and commons are closed. But more extremely loud noise from the same offenders. 3 nights in a row (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) it’s impossible to get sleep. We may be filing an official written complaint with the Houston Chief of Police for violation of noise ordinances and non enforcement of apartment complex rules. Enough is enough.--- Edit 2: Management has responded very well. We have decided to shelve submitting an official report to the Chief of Police to give Hue an opportunity to fix the issue. If there continues to be more violations of the rule, then an official report will be made. If theres any question as to whether or not our community needs a security guard, then the answer should be clear. With its history of shootings, off-leash pit-bulls, and extreme noise into the AM, this community has yet to prove they are safe for families and will enforce the rules.—- Edit: The following Sunday more of the same. At least Friday and Saturday night we could have peace. More drinking, screaming, and extremely loud music on the green.

Hue on greenhouse exceed my expectations. I say this because the second I walked in I could feel this place was about to be nice. After touring the apartment I definitely was right. We got to tour with Yvette and she was so welcoming and great. She gave us all information we needed and answered all our questions. She showed us all the amenities they offered and it was just wow. I can say this place is on the top of my list. Should definitely check it out.

As of today , by far the WORST apartments I have lived in. Woke up to a mouse being in my living room. Office wasn’t open so I tried to call the emergency line and no answer. When the office opened I went in and spoke with Gabrielle and told her the issue and explained that they needed to have it gone today. She stated she would call maintenance to meet me at my apartment. 15-20 minutes passed and nobody showed up so I called back to Gabrielle and she says maintenance said they couldn’t do anything so she’s waiting to hear back from pest control (you could’ve called to let me know that but okay). 2 hours have passed and nothing so I called 13 times to the office and of course no answer. Went by the office and it’s closed in the middle of the day. I’m currently going to buy mouse traps, soon as it’s caught I’m going to drop it off in the office so maybe they will have a little pep in their step since they don’t when it comes to residents.Remind you, before I seen it in my apartment I saw one running through the parking lot one morning before work.The infrastructure here sucks to the point where the people upstairs could be just walking in with boots and I hear it. I also hear music from people all around me. Someone around me smokes weed constantly and that’s all I smell in the apartment, you would think I smoke. The trash chute is literally two doors down but for some reason the people across the hall tends to leave theirs outside the door for two days at a time. When you call the office to complain nothing gets done so what’s the point. I really hate that I resigned a lease to stay here, that’s what I get for just not feeling up to the moving process . Believe every review you see and go look across the street or something.
I have honestly HAD IT with these apartments. They used to be good, but turned horrible. We renewed the lease UNFORTUNATELY. I’m typing this at 12:30 AM on a SUNDAY NIGHT. I have an infant who is asleep and a husband who works tomorrow early. There are people playing music excruciatingly LOUD. We have complained before about the music, nothing is ever done about it. I don’t understand why the heck you don’t have security here who can properly address this. The security I know yall had, is useless and sleeps in their car. I am fed up with the disrespect these residents have, absolutely no consideration. I don’t know who yall are renting to. If you want peace of mind, do not move here. Will be moving out as soon as possible !
If you want an honest review about Hue on Greenhouse, here it is.First and foremost, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.Living here has been the biggest nightmare of my entire life and renewing my lease here was the worst decision I’ve made thus far.You will live in constant fear for several reason. You have to worry about your tires & vehicles being stolen, your apartment/storage unit being broken into, your packages being stolen, and even more so the tenants they allow to live in these so called “Luxury Apartments”. Nothing is luxury about the crowd of people that reside here and the filthy conditions you are surrounded by.Don’t be fooled by the picture you see online, refer to the actual living conditions provided below.The complex has zero site control. The elevator has been broken for almost 2 months, the front gates are always left opened for anyone to enter as they please, blood trails (from neighbors having physical altercations that disrupts the entire building) were left without being cleaned after being brought to their attention (still there of course, for almost 2 months now).The police themselves stated that this complex is unsafe and they receive calls here on a day to day basis for bad things regularly occurring.Don’t waste your time or money and get yourself a place where you are safe. This place is an embarrassment and disgrace to BH Management Services.I WANT OUT OF MY LEASE. I will continue to post about the conditions I’m forced to live in from here on out.
Our friend invites us over the weekend to his apartment swimming pool. Amazing place. Around 9:40 the assistant manager Sonia came out to informed us that pool would close in 20 minutes, she was very polite. We loved the atmosphere and approached her to get more information on about applying and prerequisites. She was super informative, answered all the questions we answered, and invited us to come visit for a tour of the complex. We can tell she is very professional, and cares for her residence well being. We can’t wait to get a tour and hopefully qualify.
These apartments are very nice and clean. They are also in a great area super calm and safe. The amenities are awesome and the pool is so big great for the summer!

MICE MICE MICE!! FILTH FILTH FILTH! if you enjoy living amongst rodents, filth, noisy neighbors, shootings, random men knocking at your door demanding you to open it?? Look no further this is the place to be! Office staff are extremely rude.. I mean what can I say?? I found a dead mouse in my living room back in December and another mouse running around last Friday(3/8/2024) and what did the office do? Absolutely nothing! The manager never even responded to my email nor gave me a call.. the leasing agent said “pest control will come Tuesday” lmao yeah, Tuesday!! They couldn’t even expedite the pest control service knowing I have two babies! I’m undoubtedly moving out as soon as I find another place. I have 3 months left in my lease but I can no longer do it anymore. There are plenty beautiful homes in the Katy area.. don’t settle!! SAVE YOURSELF!
Wonderful apartments ! The have a really nice pool too , and Sonia was amazing ! She gave me the tour and was very attentive and answer any and questions I had regarding the apartments and made my apartment hunting and choice easy !!
The manager Connie always has great events. I see she tries to make tenants happy. This community is very nice, especially to me and my family.
Gabriela was super helpful and amazing and made the process simple. Being that this was my first time getting my own place I felt secure with her support, she was simply great.
Beautiful apartments and great amenities, i have lived here for a little while but i love it so far. Very peaceful and quiet. My favorite amenity is the pool, they keep it very clean
My family has lived here a year and a half now. At first, we really didn’t have any real complaints, only minor issues that were resolved fairly quickly. But in recent months, the quality of residents seems to have shifted. The units themselves are beautiful, and the pool is very enjoyable, but the community has turned into a constant party on the weekends. Sometimes Thursday night all the way through Sunday night there is yelling and incredibly loud music playing from the pool (which technically closes at 10) and the picnic area up until 2 or 3 am sometimes. A security officer was hired to patrol at night, but they don’t address the noise at all. This is honestly unacceptable for a residential community, especially for families with young children. We feel very disrespected. I’m happy to update this review if the issue is properly addressed.
The manager connie was awesome she gave us a great tour of the complex the pool and gameroom look lit! I will definitely be back in aug. When my lease is up

Finally I am seeing a turnaround in this complex. Love the new staff, extremely helpful. If you a smoker this complex is not for you. I see the are enforcing the rules on patio, noise and smoking which is good for me I am a gamer and keep to myself. The amenities are super lit.

Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I moved here from a brand new nightmare of an apartment complex. The area is safe, building is immaculate, friendly staff, beautiful saltwater pools, very pet friendly, and gorgeous units. I have never seen any pest in the units or building (stark contrast from a majority of apartments in houston) and they keep the building so clean they even clean the elevators. Do not move here!! And do not believe any of these reviews! Almost all of the 5 star reviews are staged to keep their ratings high! Managers suck! Leasing agents suck! Pool has been closed for majority of the summer. Isn’t this what we pay for? If you have a family and are thinking about moving here all I can say is good look.

Lived for 3 full years in building number 4 and had to move out only because i got job overseas…otherwise Id never do. Personally i had the best experience ever, fabulous apartment, everything was brand-new.! safety, parking space, flexibility moving between amenities...maintenance team been always responsive especially Andres the Super Man ! the latest Management team was definitely the best among the previous ones..as a single man, they made me feel home and never lonely with their friendly responds ..striving for the best at everything for the residents comfort and entertainment . Connie, Yessi & Sonia..i love you all dear friends..you are always gonna be my family in the Great USA.Thanks and untill we meet again

Been a resident since Nov 2021. Overall love it here! The management and maintenance try very hard to keep the property looking beautiful albeit residents who are destructive and trash the property a lot!Shout out to Ms Sonia Gomez, our Asst Community Manager for making the transfer process so easy for me and getting it done very quickly. Appreciate your follow up! ❤️Update- I have to give it 4 stars. I understand there are pros and cons to every place you live. Paradise doesn’t exist. Everyone can honestly say the biggest attraction to leasing at Hue is the beautiful pool. It is what management uses to sell this place. Unfortunately it’s always closed “for maintenance.” It was not open during the 4th of July week. There have been so many times I’ve gone to the pool on the weekend and it’s closed for no reason. One time I was told, oh maintenance guy forgot to come open it up. They used to put a chained padlock on the pool so you could not get in. It was insane. I have never lived anywhere where they obsess over the pool to this level. I do understand we have pool crashers who aren’t residents who come here and mess the pool area up. I do understand residents also don’t take care of the area. July 4 2023 people left glass in the pool and it had to be closed down for a month so they could drain it. Someone also pooped in the pool last year and it had to be closed down again for extended time. So yes, the issue is on both sides- residents and guests vs management. It’s frustrating and I don’t know what the solution is at this point. I just want to be able to use the pool freely but I know it will be continuously shut down since residents and guests make zero efforts not to trash it.
UPDATE:The only good thing about this place was the spacious floorplans. Few comments:- Rude personnel. Worst management I’ve ever had to deal with- From December to April there were 3 different shootings inside the apt complex.- If ups/fedex left a package at my front door, it would always get stolen and the thief would leave the ripped/open box there for you to see you were robbed (see attached picture)- I broke my lease early because I couldn’t stay there anymore and even doing that was a hassle. I moved and left my apartment in pristine condition (even paid to have it deep cleaned) and management charged me for “cleaning fees” and “paint”. I asked them in advance for the painting formula so I could just paint over a few spots and they told me “not to worry about it”- I don’t even know how they’re getting positive reviews but I know most of them are old (when it used to be good)Worst experience ever.—————————Please pay attention to the negative reviews. The apartments are pretty and affordable but it is important to highlight the cons of living here1 - The staff is nice, however, they never answer the phone and when you go to the office, you often see that they are just chatting in the back2 - The leasing office uses every little holiday and excuse to close early3 - Walls are paper thin, and I have the most disrespectful upstair neighbors. I sent several emails to Management and they never replied. When I went to the leasing office they called my neighbors once and it actually got worse. I was told that they receive noise complains everyday and that there’s nothing they can really do. I even got the “suggestion” to move elsewhere.5 - It seems that is a “luxurious” apartment complex but the kind of people that are living here are the ones that make the leasing office send central communications because many of them don’t pay rent…I never write reviews, but it is a shame that I like my actual apartment but don’t feel safe, heard or at peace living here.Hope this helps!

Have lived here for over 2 years and the pool is closed majority of the time. Coincidentally it’s “getting cleaned” on every holiday and has been closed for over two weeks in the middle of summer. It’s not the first second or even third time this happens, also the theater is NOT an amenity that is included in your rent, you have to pay over $100 to rent it out.

My fiancé and I moved into these apartments barely two months and we already got robbed. They took all our precious belongings and all our savings. If you are looking for a secured place this is not it. Yes they are beautiful BUT These apartments are lacking security. I’m just lucky nobody got hurt that is it.
I attended my nieces 18th birthday party that was held in the property play room. The game selection was great, restrooms readily available, property gates and elevators were properly functioning. Its a very clean well kept apartment complex
This place is awful ! So glad I decided to move else where, right now as we speak there is spilled wine in the elevator from 2 days ago, dog poop all over, my ice maker has been broken for weeks, and the elevators stay broke! The pool has been closed for weeks due to “maintenance” My rent is too high to have these experiences!. Would not recommend at all.
I’m very unhappy about the outcome of coming to this apartment complex. We show up to be told we need to scan a code to do a self guided tour. I made sure to sign up to have a leasing agent show us the apartment. Of course we scan the code and nothing is available until an hour from now. Very unprofessional as my email said nothing about this.
From the moment I moved in, Connie has been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely caring about the residents needs. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that the property is well- maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly. Whether itss handling maintenance requests, organizing community events or simply being available to answer.
Visiting the Greenhouse apartments first thing that caught my eye was the pool area ! I also loved that it had a theater place . Very family friendly place.

Been living here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it. For Mexican heritage month we had an event and it was great. The event included an amazing DJ, food, drinks, prizes, and entertainment for the children. My child definitely was the life of the party and enjoyed the event!Outside of the events thrown monthly we have a great staff from management to the leasing agents and even the maintenance team. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the tenants here feel welcomed and safe at all times. And that is super important because bad staff can make your time on any property a horrible experience. But not here because of the team!The apartments are beautiful, and amenities are amazing! I do not have a gym membership because our gym here has everything I need the resort style pool is the perfect place to have Sunday funday with me and my small little family.I renewed my lease because I can’t imagine being anywhere better than the Hue, thank you so much for being a amazing community for me and my family.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There’s constant shootings. There was deaths on the premesis. The pool is always closed. I got a nasty rash from the chlorine because they don’t clean it. the management is rude. They never inform you about anything and like to charge extra. They lose so many packages. The manager always say “yeah, unfortunately there’s nothing i can do about that. “ This complex consistently smells like weed and the elevator is ALWAYS broken. Theres also always pee in the elevator and it stinks so bad. When we first moved in the apartment was disgusting. They didn’t clean it at all there was so much hair and stains and the fridge smelled like fish. The gate was always broken, they never set up our gate code even though we asked several times. There was always dog poop on the grounds. The apartment inside was so cheap the paint would always chip off. The ac went out several times. Our fridge would also freeze everything and then the freezer would go out and we would waste so much money on our groceries. Save yourself time and money and do not move here. :)
These apartments are absolutely beautiful! Very nice amenities, beautiful pool area, and awesome gym! I recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe and well maintained apartment complex. To top it off the whole staff was very friendly and went above and beyond! 😀

The two office employees are always helpful when in need. Richard made my move in so easy and smooth and is always so kind and puts his residents first. I am new to Katy area and love it so far everything I need is only 10-15 min commute. The Hue has so many great amenities to choose from the pool is by far my favorite area I cannot wait until summer!
I’ve been in this community since it has opened. And I Love it. My rating has went from a 5 to 3 because of the pool. ITS NEVER OPEN. in 3 weeks the pool has been open maybe 5 times and it’s summer. This last holiday weekend the pool was not open the entire weekend. How are we paying for something that we can not utilize. It’s crazy to me. It’s Tuesday why is pool closed and it was just closed on Monday 🙄

Connies dedication and passion for celebrating her Hispanic heritage shone through every detail of the event. From the delicious food to the vibrant decorations, it was a fantastic experience. Connies warm and welcoming personality made everyone feel right at home. She goes above and beyond to create a sense of community here at The Hue, and I couldnt be more impressed. They sent an email out last week to address the multiple complaints about pool closure. Stating that thw pool will only be closed on Mondays. Well here it is Wednesday and the pool hasnt been open since last week post email. Then today they said it would be open and its still not open. Tomorrow’s July 4th and theyre closed. It will prolly not be opened then either. I dont get it. My rent rate is underwrites with amenities that this community simply doesnt provide on a consistent basis from the pool availability to the upkeep of property, to NOW there is NO security but they have towing. Its turning into those type of properties that dont provide anything but want everything plus keep visitors OUT! Moving before lease is up cuz wheeeettt!
What isn’t there to do at the Hue? Endless amenities for you and a home your fur babies love and are loved. Such a friendly community and team that become more than just your neighbors and complex staff. Did i mention how beautiful and roomy the homes are? Gooooorgeous! It seems to me that the surveillance system is very low. In less than two months, they have stolen parts of the car and belongings inside the car, I think they do not give importance to the safety of their residents! They should take action with the system.

Ive lived for more than 2 yrs.There were several complaints this time, but it was well communicated to the office and everything was resolved.The issue with Security and my new unit was very neatly resolved and Sonia was extremely helpful.She listened to the needs of the residents and quickly resolved the issue.It will be really difficult to meet such a great manager and I will stay longer in this apartment :)

Since this new manager arrived, the mentality of the apartment has changed, there is a swimming pool but they close it on Saturdays and Sundays so they dont get dirty, they bring in people who destroy the amenitis, those people are the ones who give them 2 months free who smoke smelly things in the corridors, logically we are not going to renovate, I will move to new apartment next door with better rules, AND FOR THOSE WHO REMAIN, PUT A PERSON ON THE WEEKENDS GUARDING THE POOL FOR THE BOTTLES AND SMOKE, BRING A SECURITY GUY AT NIGHTS, FIX THE AMENITIES AND OPEN OPEN OPEN OPEN OPEN THE POOL ITS SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER, THATS WHY WE PAY THE HIGH RENT FOR THE AMENITIES, NOT TO SEE YOUR FACE DOING ANYTHING
Just moved to Hue on Green House and it has been a great experience! Connie and Sonia have promptly responded to all of my questions and needs!The facility is attractive and beautifully pool, and amenities well maintained. Very pleased!
Got a chance to view this property this weekend and their 3 bedroom. My son and I even walked around the property and I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful this property was and obviously well-maintained. The office staff was very inviting and professional while giving straight frwd answers to questions.
This place is descent. I’ve been here for about four months now. They gave me a half ready apartments with stains and broken amenities. They make you pay for fetch in your rent but yet my packages are thrown at the door & some have went missing ???? I have packages in the hub but haven’t received any notifications to get my packages out. Interesting place. All I can truly say is ; yeah the outside may look nice but the inside , when you move in & how you’re treated by those you’re giving your hard earned money to is what should matter . 4/10 only because maintenance don’t play & I like that & it’s not noisy.

(I will change if the management takes notice of these things)A) the office staff is pretty rude, pretty much all of them have this arrogance & attitude as if they are paying you to live here, from their body language to the way they speak to you, especially the guy Ray and another woman as well. If you choose to work in service industry you have to be soft & kind.B) we don’t usually go to the pool, however, every now & then we’d like to but you are only given 2 bands for each individual tenant, you can’t even take 1 guest. Whereas other complexes where my family/friends reside ppl have pool parties with a lot of guests without any issues. If they are encountering issues here, they need a better filtering process for who they approve to live here.In addition to that you can hear ppl above you but not always, it just depends on how crazy & inconsiderate people live above you. But thankfully the complex claims that after 2-3 noise complains they will evict the resident.Apart from those things, our experience has been great. The units are beautiful and affordable. Maintenance requests are usually attended to pretty quickly. Never had any parking issues. Overall living here as been pretty pleasant if you don’t care about the pool or the office staff/management.
Beautiful apartments with a great location. We have lived at Hue on Greenhouse Apartments for about 1.5 years and absolutely love it. The management takes care to maintain the building and does regular checks on fire alarms and safety assessments. New property manager has been helpful and has addressed any issue that weve brought to her, but respects the privacy of the tenants, which is something that came as a great relief in comparison to previous building managers at different complexes. They make our building feel like a community/family by hosting resident activities. The apartments themselves are stunning and upgraded. The amenities are really nice. Our community is very quiet which is how we like it. Lastly, Hue on Greenhouse has a stellar location, perfect distance to drive to Katy for restaurants, drinks, shopping etc. Hue on Greenhouse is home for us; we hope it will be your home too!

I was invited to come to Hue Apartment Complex for Loteria Night by Sonia. She has a beautiful and cozy apartment. I felt safe in the complex. The complex is also quiet at night time. I totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a new place to call home.
Luxury community where people let their dogs poop on your front door. Disgusting humans live here and you can tell by how the hallways and tash chute look. Embarrassing
Rude management team. Well not the property manager but the book keeper is hellla rude. Rushes questions and answer with wrong answer 10/10 times. All grass areas are dog poop infested and even after work order requests for grounds keeping nothing happens. Parking is terrible. They just started that a couple months ago so if you have visitors they wont have any where to park unless it’s beneficial for management to not have tow trucks come thru which they dont come thru when someone from management who lives on property has a party. They change rules to benefit the BH employees who live on property. They violate their authority to benefit themselves. Before October they used resident funds to only throw events and activities for hispanic holidays. They have never celebrated any other holiday that wasnt a hispanic one. Before I made a complaint via an email that was never responded to they presented a prejudice against non hispanics. They dont even use the resident activity funds to celebrate holidays such as memorial day, juneteenth, yom kippur, or fourth of july only ones that cater to hispanic residents when there are a diverse group of residents on property. The amenities are closed when the office is closed and thats Sunday and after 5pm every other day. With exception of the gym and the pool sometimes, which is no longer salt water. The gym equipment is always out and when the gym is busy you cant use 2/4 working treadmills, 2/4 working stairsetppers, 1/2 sit down bikes, 1/3 cyclers, and the leg press and pull up machines are down often with long waits until fixed. The gym water fountain has been outta service since 2/2023 even after several work order requests. Since BH management took over this property it has gone down drastically! Ive lived in multiple states and multiple properties this is NOT luxury living.
Apartments are good but cleaning level very low all times lobbies and stairs and trash areas remain dirty there are many cobwebs on roof and side walls have requested many times but management doesn’t care
Connie has been so amazing and helpful to me. This place is amazing because of staff like her. She cares about us, the customers! Yesterday I was having such a bad day and she gave me a rose at their Valentine’s Day event, it turned my whole day around!

Hue on greenhouse is 10/10 I’ve lived here since the apartments were built and a couple months ago the staff / management changed and they they are super attentive and always there if you have any troubles! The complex is beautiful the pool is gorgeous and i love the gym also they have theater room and gaming room! they had a whole festival vibe going for cinco de mayo they brought mariachis food trucks and you can tell they really care about the community and our safety 10/10 recommend!

I wanted to wait for my review when I officially moved out and received my refund for the security deposit.When I first moved in, it was amazing and the leasing staff was great. I was facing the busy street (which was horrible in itself), but that’s not really their fault besides the poor planning of the infrastructure lol.Then new management or staff came in and it went downhill.I lived on the 3rd floor and the neighbor above me was like living in HELL. All day and night: she was walking, stomping, fighting and moving furniture at all hours of the night. I couldn’t get any sleep. I put in multiple noise complaints - they stated that they said something by email, but what am I supposed to do with that? I made multiple police reports and she was still not reprimanded.As far as the conditions inside of my apartment - it wasn’t too bad. I had a few bug issues, but it was fixed within the first couple of weeks.MAINTENANCE STAFF WAS AMAZING - at least for my experience (the 2 stars are for them)When I moved in, there were also paint spots and chips everywhere, streaks on the floor that I was able to remove by getting on my hands and knees with dawn soap, because it seems they just do a basic clean and shotty paint job for someone else to move in.But when when it’s time for you to move out … they will tell you they don’t care whether you clean it, because there will be a cleaning crew - yet, the move out inspection - will dock you on cleanlinessIn my opinion, the new staff in the leasing office is lowkey shady and I had to start sending emails and writing down conversations, because they’ll try to play you. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.There was dog poop by the elevator and I asked for them to get it removed, because why are they letting someone’s pet just poop by someone’s apartment doors? GrossPee bottles left around the stairs, blood stains, trash everywhere, people’s packages being stolen, gates always open/broken, parties at the pool with the occasional gunfire and cars broken into smh. & they take their sweet time to rectify it or won’t unless you come in to “bother” them time and time again.The amenities are nice though. But, for the price you pay to live there … it’s not a luxury experience whatsoever. I wouldn’t choose to live there again, but that’s just me.There’s a lot more, but I’d be writing all day and hopefully, this little bit of a review … you’ll get the gist.

We received excellent customer service from Diva and Karina. The property itself is wonderful and we’re very happy. We had some issues with an unfriendly leasing agent on our first tour here but the managers seemed to take the issue very seriously. Other than that everything has been great & we hope it stays that way.
UPDATE)I understand playing music but the selection of songs is soooo BAD, and it is too noisy and not excited.Especially on the 08/05 and 08/06.(If you wanna play it loud, play some good songs PLZ)More and more, playing late at the pool, yelling, and lacking basic etiquetteHere is getting weird.---------You cant get any reply from office even when you sent email to manager.They are friendly when you visit them, but thats it. Friendly doesnt solve problems.Maintains service is good but you should pray to meet good neighbors.My packages are often lost, you must install the camera unconditionally.Some ppl let the dog go for a walk without a leash (If you have children or small dogs Be careful), didnt clean up dog droppings, Excessive noise is heard in the house even after 10pm.****Gunshots are often heard, and once there was a shooting in the apartment.There is no apartment without problems, but I think the offices response is important.I hope you find a place where sincere staff work.

This property has amazing interior design features which is huge upside potential for urban living. The staff, amenities, and parking are equally ideal to “New Houston,” and the price is very competitive for market rate value. I would 10/10 recommended this property to anyone looking for a new start or a lifestyle change in the City of Houston
Was a potential new resident… Great amenities and apartments are brand new. However, the tour turned us off completely. The guide that gave us the tour couldn’t wait for it to be over and gave no genuine interest in us staying there. She crunched numbers and essentially told us she wouldn’t be able to accommodate and doesn’t know their availability.
This is an awesome place to live. I recently moved back to the area and everything from signing the lease to move in to day to day living has been so easy and wonderful. The girls at the office are always so accommodating and seem very knowledgeable. They are very pet friendly which is essential for me and my pup.
I went to Hue apartments to enquire information about their property and availability, but was never welcomed in.After 10 minutes, the Hispanic lady ask if we were there to inquire info. Me, “Yes.”She then goes off, comes back, takes some people for a tour, comes back; doesn’t let us know nothing.After 45m we asked if there was anyone else who could help us, to witch she replied “no” and goes on again like if she truly cared less.We waited for the entire hour… nothing changed, so we left.That tells me that the property management will not care to accommodate the new residents, nor will be willing to respond to resident needs once in the property.
It’s been over a month since we moved to this apartment. We have been having issues since day one. There was no hot water coming in the bathroom. After complaining for over a month it just recently got resolved. Still the bathroom wall is left unpatched. The water is been running in the furnace room and only the maintenance has access to it. We tried reaching out to the office still no actions taken. We also complained about the ants problem and they said they will be sending pest control to solve the problem, it’s been over a month now noone came and we had to buy the supplies ourself. So whoever’s moving in make sure to check your unit and get everything fixed before hand.

Crazy people are yelling and playing the music till 2 a.m. at the pool. You wont sleep well if you move here. Ive contacted the property manager, but they always ignore and never take action. Even I called 911 at 1 a.m. because of loud music at the pool, but Houston police didnt come here. What a fun situation!
Very nice apartments with lots of amenities. Richard gave me a great tour and was able to answer any questions I had.
Very very rude neighbors. Although the pool policy states it closes at 10 PM, it has never been enforced all summer. Some very uncivil and discourteous people play loud music until 1 AM. I want to sleep. I dont want to listen to music at 1 AM. Its unbelievable that they dont realize their thoughtless actions harm other neighbors. Other apartments have security guards patrolling every nights at 10 PM, but this apartment doesnt. Ive sent several warnings to property manager, but it has had no effect at all.

Fantastic apartment, amazing view and the best location in town. Perfect place for everything. Great apartment for a family of 4 with a really nice bedroom and livingroom with sleeping coach. Cool style, and very light apartment. The balcony was a great plus, for morning coffee, evening drink and with the stunning view.
These apartments have great amenities, some of the staff like Karina have been super helpful with most of the problems that i had. Besides those things, the apartments walls and ceilings are super duper thin, you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking normal, doors closing, toilets flushing and even when they are taking a shower :/ you can also hear people full conversations from the stairs and hallways. If you get apartment here, i recommend a top floor to avoid some of these problems.
The property and offices were clean and organized. The staff’s energy was amazing and I can tell that this will be a comfortable place to be. After doing a tour with Diva, I’m confident that this is the place for me. She answered all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and she was professional. Thank you Diva for being patient with me as I’m such an indecisive person, but you made this easier for me!
Application process was easy. But experience has been far from good.Cons:1. There are people at the pool past amenity hours playing music super loud almost every day and it’s not a few minutes past hours at times I find myself waking up at 2 am with people blasting music at the pool.Update: For the past 2 years this never got addressed.2. Walls and windows are super thin can hear neighbors at all times. Can even hear normal walking from upstairs neighbor. Can hear the pool at all times as well even when no one is using it.3. Our move in process was terrible we initially signed for a top floor apartment. Construction got delayed and was informed 2 days before move in. They provided a better floor plan for us only after realizing we were not able to move dates due to their extremely short notice.4. Amenities already broken mind you these are “brand new” apartments. Gym has no AC. Closest elevator has no lights it’s pitch black inside if you use it and takes eternity to go up 1 floor definitely about to break any second.Update: Elevator always broken.5. Customer service is the worst. Office never answers. When providing complaints they never call back and if you manage to get someone on the line they just tell you they’ll inform their manager and get back to you. They never get back to you…. This has happened more than 4 times.Update: After moving out of this horrendous apartment they will then proceed to charge you for all maintenance to prepare it for the next resident. Even if you left the apartment spotless and with no damage. Cleaning fee, painting fee, etc.6. Have had to make multiple service orders already due to items in the apartment being broken upon move in. I.e. ceiling fan and bubbling roof. Definitely not a “new apartment” experience..Update: Bubbling roof never got fixed. They just painted over it multiple times and it got worse over the two years I lived there.7. During the 2 years I was there. There were 3-4 shootings. I found multiple used bullets in the parking lot and the apartment never felt safe. Even other residents had signage on their door warning delivery drivers to never leave their packages at the door or it would get stolen.8. Most of these issues could be resolved if the management were proactive and had a sense of how people could abuse the amenities and rules.9. Saw multiple cars get robbed of their wheels. Left on cinderblocks. Stay as far away as possible from this place. unless you like thin walls, no management, no sense of responsibility, and no security.Pros:1. Absolutely none
Raye Coffman is a true professional. He provided leasing information and apartment tour without any hassle or pressure. These apartments are very nice, clean and lots of wonderful community and apartment amenities. I will be very happy to move in the Hue.
This property can NOT get it together. They change things in the blink of an eye. Never given a notice or anything. But yet somehow they cannot give you answers unless you ask to contact corporate. Then ooo they all want to jump on the phone. I had to reach out to them 4 times before they even gave me answers. Then you let them know that is not correct they want to read the lease to you. But when you phony out the facts that the property Id not up to standards they have all the excuses in the world. Dirty, gates dont ever work, gym machines are broken, never pressure wash. Someone throw up . Reported twice, now its growing MOLD. If youre are charge maintaine the property.

I was looking for an apartment for my daughters and we toured with Diva! It was great experience, the apartment had intrusion alarms which was important for us. The property was beautiful and we loved the pool!! Can’t wait for my daughters to move in.

Honestly have been living here for 2 years and lately these apartments go from bad to worse. With the constant people coming in and throwing unauthorized parties, with the guns going off, having our cars broken into, trash thrown everywhere but the trash shoot and now on top of it all there’s rats and your told that they can’t send anyone is ridiculous, so in the meantime you need to sit there with a rat just in your apartment until they decide to send someone. Just unacceptable.
I absolutely love my apartment! Julie was super helpful throughout my application and move in process! I only had a couple maintenance requests at move in but they were all completed so quickly!
We just went through the application process, and it was super straightforward and the staff was very helpful—especially Devina. She was super nice and helped answer all the questions that had come up along the way. We move in September and are so excited! It’s a very beautiful apartment complex.

At first, I was relatively skeptical with regards to the overall general nature of any sales staff. I came, into the leasing office, with the specific mentality of going in and out as quickly as possible (maneuvering through all the sales fuss and mundane jargon that they force down your throat). I got to say that this was, surprisingly, the opposite experience I had while being helped by Diva (a staff member). She was quite helpful and fully cognizant of the importance of my time, deliberately placing the main focus on my particular desires and what would be best for me throughout the entire process. So, Im just here to say thank you.
The assistant manager Sonia answered all the questions I had for my future apartment. Made it easy to understand the processes. I look forward to making Hue my new home :)

This place is the Ghetto!!!!!!! I’ve been here since last year. Within this 2022 year this place is ghetto!!!!! The pool area is always overflowed with guest not residents. The trash rooms are always piled up and trash isn’t in the disposal. Men drive their power bikes thur the parking lot as if it’s a highway. The walls are paper thin, you hear all the neighbors conversations. And we have had break-ins!!!! Our front gate is always open. It’s not locked. It’s been open for 3 weeks and counting . Too expensive for this ghetto atmosphere !
I have reported to the office multiple times about noise level around my apartment, riding on the 4 wheeler through the property and the pool noise after hours and music noise during the day. The pool is never shut down on time and it’s a major problem with groups. This is not a family environment for kids. It’s like freak nic! There are no monthly activities. The only reason the reviews are high is bc they give gifts away for reviews in a drawing. I’m beyond tired of reaching out to the office and corporate. You pay money with no results.
I have lived in quite a few apartments and I have to say, I have never been so impressed. Everything has been wonderful. The leasing staff, the property, and I love my actual unit. Its everything ive ever wanted! Julie in the leasing office toured me and was beyond professional. I couldnt recommend Hue more! If youre looking for an amazing home to call your own, its here!
Me and my husband rented out the conference room on 1/7 just for the staff to tell us we have to clean it ourselves THE DAY OF. absolutely ridiculous!!!! we PAYED to rent out the room, YALL SHOULD’VE CLEANED IT!!!!! the management team here is a joke, can’t wait until our lease is over. not a happy resident at all
I just came out from a tour at this place! There is that guy at the leasing office, his name is RAY , he has the worst customer service I ever seen in my life! We went to visit the 2 bedrooms,gave me no information and was only on his phone! They should select better people to attract people to lease over there,that dure should be fired!!!!

Ive lived in many different apartments and this one is definitely my favorite. The staff is welcoming and are always willing to help. The property is well maintained, and the amenities are the best in the area. They even have a theater room!
I am ending my current lease in May and Mrs. Connie Montano kindly greeted me and my husband upon arrival to this complex and took her time showing us our best options. She really set the tone and we are excited to make the move here in May. Thank you Connie!
Went on a tour today and the customer service was by far the worst on the entire block. No greeting and they were arguing over who would take us on the tour as if neither of them did. The woman then just handed us a map and we were confused. She said I mean I can take you. I was going to address it but what would be the point? Overall 0/10
I cant tell you how much I love my new apartment! I randomly came for a tour based on a friends suggestion and boy was I surprised. I came into the leasing office and a wonderful young lady named Julie (Fultz I think) showed me around the property. I saw a couple of layouts that I loved, and then when I saw the amenities and the rest of the property I was hooked! I ended up signing the lease right then and there much to my surprise. I have lived here for 3 months now and couldnt be happier. Julie continues to help me and answer my stupid questions almost daily. I. feel very blessed to have found this place and wont be leaving any time soon! THANKS JULIE!!!!

I went to rent an apartment and the girl in the leasing office just refused help me. I waited for the two people ahead of me, then when it was my turn, she waived me over to her desk. I walked over, sat down and she promptly begin helping the woman waiting BEHIND ME. When I objected she begrudgingly asked for my name and number but by that time I had completely lost interest so I got up and walked out. Its obvious from her attitude what living there would be, and there was clearly a bias towards people who spoke her native togue.Theres something about the leasing profession that attracts the worst people. They seem think sitting behind a desk makes them an authority figure and dont realize YOURE the one spending money. Weird.I would have ended up spending almost $30k a year with them so, their loss. Stop being rude to people (and potentially racist). Its bad for business.
Amazing community! Always fix any issue we have promptly. They are very involved & always host different events for the residents! They always have the kids in mind!
I highly recommend living here! It’s been such a great home! The entire maintenance team has been super responsive & all the girls in the front have been wonderful! Especially the girl, I think her name is Darby.
Julie gives amazing customer service! Actually, the whole team does, but Julie really goes above and beyond. I was recently touring here and visited during my lunch, and everyone was busy helping someone else. She was definitely busy on her computer but immediately offered to assist me. I cant tell you how much it means to just be acknowledged when entering an apartment lobby, but to also be offered assistance is just the cherry on top.
Andres came to fix an emergency repair for our AC system and got us back to having AC again within minutes of coming in. Very charismatic and helpful 10/10 service.
Looking at luxury apartments in Houston & Connie Montano was the most gracious. She showed me all of the property & made me feel at home. Could not ask for a better experience & look forward to moving to this luxury property.

Ive toured many communities in this area, but this one was by far my favorite! On top of having some of the best amenities that Ive seen, the staff was also so kind and helpful. Diva gave me a tour and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Definitely recommend!

Great area around a really nice neighborhood, warm environment with friendly people.The apartments are very nice, clean and feel like home and the management crew is very nice and helpful.
Amenities are beautiful as the apartments but cheap made, closet fall 3 times, the floor is so hard to clean it gets stains just by a drop of coffee, the trash room is horrible and smells, they don’t clean it often, maybe because they are short of staff, at the office they never answer the phone, they dont have control of things here, pool is a disaster full of people that don’t leave here with high volume music until 2-3 am, there is no courtesy officer, they take ages to fix things, like the gate or the elevatorElevator does not work for monthsThey charge you a monthly fee to receive packages, and someone stole my package and they couldn’t do anything, they told me to contact the company where I bought it si they can send another one, and I say why would I do that, the package was deliver and they should be responsable, well all the 3 girls are the office, say they were no going to do anything and if I wish I could go to the policeSecond package stolen and they dont even answer the phones. I will be posting on what is going on.

Please Avoid Apartment. This apartment lacks security. There have been several gun shootings in the apartment complex the times I occupied a unit in the apartment.The apartment looks really nice on the outside until you move in. Bad customer service from the leasing office.

They have the worst customer service in the world. They never answer the phone and Ive been calling all week! I applied on Jan 12th and today is the 17th and I havent had any follow up whatsoever which is unusual for an apartment community. This is insane.
That Hispanic lady with a glasses that works. There is really rude, discourteous and laughs in customers. Faces for no reason thats not smile. Has a really bad cry face the Hispanic girl with the glasses.

The apartment is decent. The walls are thin, neighbors are constantly slamming doors, beating on the walls, and stomping on the floor all hours of the night. My personal experience hasn’t been good so far.
Excellent staff and amenities! Grounds are clean and smoke free! The office and theatre have the latest tech and they have food trucks! Would recommend.
I went by to get a tour of the place and was pleasantly surprised out how nice they are! Yessi was super nice and patient! I will hopefully be moving in soon!

Miss Sonya the manager of the leasing office was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful towards me for using the restroom but mr raye was very helpful towards the situation and apologized for her actions .

Omg my worst regret is to live here in this apartment 😰😰 The noises from the neighbor upstairs are giving me sleepless night, The walls are too thin You can hear everything from the neighbors Even when theyre having sex you can still hear them,very bad experience I cant just wait to move out, I went to the office to make complaints no one is trying to help,the neighbors have a kid that stays up all night and day, the child kept on running from 7;30am to 1am midnight,I have 2 boys and I will never let them make so much noise as my neighbors kid,I can hear the parents kept walking from my bedroom,the management team are not helpful,the apartment is new and you can not fine a packing space 😉

Worst customer service and no regards for residents ,they intentionally keep the office close yesterday so residents won’t be able to pay the rent so they can charge late fee which is 10%of the rent ,which in my case is $180, not to mentioned they have high rentI wish property was managed by some decent people
Absolute worst customer service. Did not care to answer questions to potential renters. Entirely new staff with zero training or manners.
