Jacquelyn Place Apartments

I lived here for over 4 years and it was a great place to live. One of the reasons was that the property manager and his team are top notch and very professional, trustworthy AND responsive! They take care of things immediately which was always such a relief to not have to worry about. They are also really good about keeping up the maintenance on the property in general, whether that is the outside, the lights, the filters, the fire safety equipment and pest control. Everything was on a regular maintenance schedule. It was really great to have a property manager who cared not only about the property, but the tenants as well.

I absolutely love these apartments, Ramon and Roxanna were just the icing on the cake. We lived here for 13 months in a 2 bed 2 bath and it was very spacious and beautiful. For the price of what you get, these apartments are unbeatable. Anytime we had an issue Ramon was always available to help us even when the office was closed he was always on call. We never had any major issues and nothing ever broke down in our apartment. I always went to pay my rent to the office so that I could see Ramon and Roxanna because theyre just such a joy to be around. I love this place and will always remember my great time living here.

The best apartment management i ever had. Great location quiet neighborhood. Great apartments very solid building, floors dont feel like you going to fall through the next floor. Very clean and i feel safe for me and my family. Im thankful for Ramon he helped us when we was down on our luck

Such a great place! Before moving to my new apartment complex I lived here for 4yrs. I had to move because of my job and I already miss this place!

Been living here for 3 years already and this community just provides safety and comfort. Never have had an issue and they attend me with efficience and kindness

Beg management fo fix things in the new cheap overpaid apartment.. Pipes are bad. I dont even have hair but the dang water takes 30 mins to get out the tub and they still havent fixed the dishwasher I called several times about both about 3 months ago. Across the street from a REHAB center. Point DRUG DEALERS AND PROSTITUTES ROAMING ALL NIGHT. PARKING IS BAD AND OFFICE MAKE YOU PAY FOR PARKING BUT DONT TOW ENFORCE... MOVING ASAP!!!RESPONSE TO THE RIGHT APARTMENT MANAGER:ARE YOUR APARTMENTS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ONLY REHAB CENTER ON AMELIA RD? YES IT ISIf u wanna say PARKING is included in the rent whatever Whats the stickers for if you made me put it on my car but dont tow ENFORCE so I have WALK home passing by cars in the lot parked by MY DOOR WITH NO STICKER. or REHAB CENTER..

My wife and I love it here. Very peaceful, calm, and relaxing place! 🤠

Overall a great experience. I wouldnt definitely recommend this complex. Great location and the staff was responsive and ready to jump in whenever we needed them.

The residents are the worst thing about this complex. People are nosey and do not know how to mind their business. Residents tell the leasing office everything like children.

Enjoyed living here. Management was always responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend

Think twice!!! Think twice before moving here...At first everything was fine because the apartment upstairs was empty and we thought it was a very good option to live there, then they rented it to a family with children who couldnt stop jumping, run all day and night!!! You want to get home after a day of work and rest but with those noises you cant even watch TV... the office was notified, they said we would call security but apparently the intruders upstairs dont care That those in the office... I would like them to experience where I am and to know what it is like to not have a little peace; To this day I have to use earplugs to sleep because the people in the office dont do anything about it... and thats just a problem for other people... (jacquelyn apartments) and if the manager looks at this review he knows exactly what Im talking about.
