I have lived here for almost look my 10 years and I love it!! The staff is super helpful and the location is perfect, in particular, Franklin Vega , a leasing associate for the property has been here since I moved in, in 2016, and he is always super helpful, kind, and considerate, The Skyhouse is right next to 610, with easy access to everything. The gym on the roof was also just remodeled, and as a fitness influencer, you don’t need anything else. Views are also great! And the apartments are spacious. Skyhouse River Oaks is home for me.

This review is not for the property but for the leasing professional Franklin. I’ve been living here for 5 years plus. I decided to move into a bigger unit and Franklin in the leasing office went above and beyond. I have been a great tenant here but he made sure the process was simple, addressed my needs, gave excellent customer service, and did the little things like letting me in to take measurements. Thank you for all your help and great customer service which hard to find these days.Update: I want to also recognize that Cynthia from the valet, is amazing! She’s friendly, professional and always in a great mood. She is very accommodating and goes the extra mile! Thanks Cynthia!

Since the concierge Fatimah followed me at night to my apt. without permission, I will be taking my business elsewhere and seeking residence in a safer building. This unwelcome pursuit of me is very strange and concerning to my safety knowing that the concierge has access to all floors and can follow you to your apartment door without your consent without raising any red flags to the building management. This should be a safe place for all residents, no one should be followed to their doorstep by the concierge for any reason.Update to SkyHouse response below: So it’s acceptable for management to permit the concierge and/or valet follow people to their doorstep…? You may check your video cameras and can see that I immediately brought the cart down and you can also see the concierge following me from the floor back down to the lobby when she was apparently off of her evening shift. SkyHouse’s response to this behavior is unacceptable and a real safety concern.

I didn’t personally rent here but I do have to commend Franklin for being incredibly friendly, accommodating, informative, and professional. Just by touring the building, I can tell he is the glue of the community, knowing many people by name having a good rapport his residents. The units themselves are really attractive and competitively priced to what you will find in the area, they also come with stellar views.

Umm… I hate to break it to you, the last person who left a bad review, but the concierge knows where all of the tenants live😮 we all pray that management allows them to follow us to our unit, especially if they’re carrying something. Oh! If you’re trying to get out of your lease, show someone my review and tell them to let me know bc I love the The building and I love their staff. I’m going to find out the guys name and update this review, but it’s refreshing to have Leasing agents that actually enjoy their jobs and put in the work to accommodate you. My tour guy it was so professional and still accommodating and knew all the ins and outs and answers abour all of the units I was interested in. It almost made me uncomfortable because I’m not used to somebody Having the answers to my questions and saying it was so much conviction. I 100% trust this Property management group and the people that they employ, which is more important than anything else! I will be applying today and I won’t even be able to see the unit until I move in and I’m already so in love with all of it!

I lived at Skyhouse for three years, and while I had heard a lot of negative things about the place, my experience with my unit and the maintenance/leasing staff was actually great. The maintenance staff, in particular, was the best I’ve ever encountered anywhere. They were quick, efficient, and always had a positive attitude. I really can’t emphasize enough how great they were.Lisa and Kur at the concierge desk were fantastic and always helpful and professional. Franklin from the leasing office was also great and very helpful throughout my time there. Unfortunately, the rest of the concierge staff weren’t the best. They were often away from the desk or didn’t have the best attitudes.Outside of my unit, things were much more chaotic. People frequently parked in my reserved spot, my dog was attacked by someone else’s dog, and one time, a person randomly pulled guns out of his pockets in the elevator, almost as if he just wanted to show that he had them for whatever reason. There were also instances of random guys harassing my girlfriend. On top of that, a neighbor on my floor had their apartment broken into, allegedly by another resident.The elevators were another major issue, breaking down nearly every other week. Worse, the staircases were locked, so at times, you were left with no way to get in or out. I was almost hit by a valet guy speeding around a corner while walking my dogs after they changed valet companies.Despite enjoying my unit walking to and from my apartment was always something I didn’t look forward to.

I enjoyed living here for the past few years. I felt safe and comfortable. I’ve never experienced theft, nor had I noticed bugs inside. 24 hour concierge, with packages secured in a locked room. My view was great. They even have fun nights for residents from time to time. My only complaint is when the elevators are out of service. Lisa, Kur, and Franklin: thank you for great customer service.

A Skyhouse River Oaks was one of the best experiences I had living in a luxury building. I now live in California and a luxury building known as the Hwh and it is trash. Their operations is trash not Skyhouse Skyhouse is on it. Skyhouse is quick. Skyhouse is amazing. They have great staff. They have great everything. They deserve 1 million stars

The valet service is horrible!! They are unprofessional and rude! They don’t tell you what they need they just stare at you and expect you to know what to do. Apartments are nice but they need better employees with good customer service!

Just moved in over a month ago & so far no issues! Shout out to Franklin he made the process super simple, easy, & quick. The building is clean, concierge is very helpful, & the maintenance team always onsite to help. So far I feel comfortable and safe living here and look forward to staying here for a while.

DO NOT LEASE HERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE ALL THE FUTURE HEADACHES.Lived here for 2 years. The location and neighbors were great. What really killed it for me was such terrible management. Tiffany Salceda or whatever her name is was extremely RUDE and really made living here unpleasant. If you hate your job so much then do something else, dont take it out on the residents. Franklin and Stephanie were helpful so that was a plus.They constantly tow RESIDENT cars, the elevators are always broken, and the outside reeks of dog piss.DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR. My neighbor got stuff stolen from his car. The valet drives recklessly, especially if you have a sports car. They hit my sideview mirror and the apartment refused to compensate or even do anything about it. They drink and smoke while on the clock and management does nothing about it. These are the people being trusted with your valuables.

The staff is very friendly and the apartments are nice. No issues at all over the last 2 years with the apartment.Big problems with the elevators in both the parking garage and the main building. There are two elevators in the parking garage and at least one is ALWAYS not working. Currently both are not working and in the evening if you dont have a reserved spot on the first 2 levels, youll be walking down stairs from levels 3 to 6.Another big issue is the smell from all the dogs. Especially when its raining. Tenants who have pets bring their dogs outside the door and they mark their spot as soon as they get outside. Theres a small pet area behind the parking garage. The walkway to get to it is the same walkway residents use to get to the Target behind the property. That walkway always has dog excrement on the sidewalk and always smells like urine.The cleaning crew does a great job every morning and the building looks and smells great when you leave. By the afternoon and evening, you can definitely see it go downhill again.Overall its a good place to rent and I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the elevator problem and the irresponsible pet owners that dont clean up after their dogs.

My experience at Sky House has been a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, Mr. Franklyn has been incredibly kind and helpful, as have the valet and reception staff. The cleaning lady is an absolute sweetheart, making the community feel warm and welcoming.However, theres been a significant hiccup with Tiffany, who has been consistently unhelpful and somewhat dismissive. Its disappointing to encounter such an attitude, especially when seeking assistance.Another notable concern is the prolonged issue with the parking garage elevators. Its been over two months, and they are still not functioning properly. This has been quite inconvenient for residents, particularly considering the elderly and visitors who find it challenging to climb multiple flights of stairs. The prolonged inconvenience has somewhat tarnished the overall living experience.Additionally, the cost seems a bit steep considering the ongoing elevator issues. The expectation for a smoother and more efficient living environment hasnt quite matched the reality. Its disheartening, as I had high hopes for a more seamless living experience.Despite these setbacks, the positive interactions with some of the staff members and the appealing design of the building make me hopeful that these issues can be addressed for a more satisfying living experience in the future.

Terrible building with terrible management. Expensive rent and small units.The elevators often are broken in the main building, with one day having to climb 10+ flights of stairs because all 3 elevators were down. Constantly have dog piss on the floor, despite the cleaning crews efforts each morning.The elevators in the parking garage are now fully down and have been for 2 months. They aren’t expected to be fixed for at least another month. Prior to both being down, the left elevator had been down for months. No effort to fix, and no effort to communicate with residents about the issue. Management sent an email gaslighting residents by saying “now is a great time to utilize the valet service!”. Completely inappropriate response and was very offensive.The building also has electrical problems, and have had to shutdown ALL power on the first 13 floors for a whole day to correct. Still flickering lights.There is no security, the gate has been broken for days now and the doors to the stairs in the parking garage always unlocked. Anyone is allowed up to any floor if you just ask. No communication with residents, or verification of visitors.This place is trash, and I cannot wait to move. Do not move here.

I appreciate the lack of efforts of the management team and feel compelled to bring some pressing concerns as a review.Consistently Broken Elevators: The elevators within the building and in the parking garage have been consistently non-operational. This recurring issue is causing significant inconvenience and distress to residents, affecting their ability to access their homes efficiently.Valet Drivers Speeding in Tenant Vehicles:Disturbingly, there have been reports and witnessed in my personal vehicle that has a speed tracker of valet drivers operating tenant vehicles at excessive speeds within the premises. This poses a serious safety risk to both tenants and their property. Immediate attention to this matter is imperative to prevent potential accidents or damage.Absent Concierge Service:The absence of concierge services, as promised in the leasing agreement, is causing dissatisfaction among tenants. The lack of this service impacts the overall living experience and falls short of the expectations set forth in the lease.I am expressing deep dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided in relation to the substantial lease amount paid for residing at SkyHouse River Oaks. Sky house River Oaks is where you want to live. From the first day I walked in the doors to the day I signed they helped me and my co-signer throughout the entire process. Tiffany was extremely helpful and her positivity attitude really made the process exciting. The entire staff is attentive, friendly and their customer service is top tier. I had Franklin help assist in my application process and I can say all the information he shared about the apartment complex was helpful in deciding if there is where I wanted to live. They have great deals and a great team. I look forward to re-signing because this place is THE best. It’s important to always live somewhere with good management and this place has it. Don’t listen to the other reviews people just mad they couldn’t get approved here.

I was visiting a tenant while management and the courtesy officer were screaming at her over her following the lease agreement in regards to first come first serve at the event space. The courtesy officer was definitely misusing her power and attempting to intimidate my friend. Management did not properly take care of the issue either. The courtesy officer made some allegations up that were disproven in front of management. My friend got a lease violation over it. Definitely would not recommend this place, unsafe environment and they try to intimidate residents and management does nothing about it except give lease violations.

I have been living here for a few months and I absolutely love it. I dont know why there are so many negative reviews, at one point I did not want to move here because of the nasty reviews, but I took a chance and very happy I did lol.They keeep the place very clean, which I love.There are always workers cleaning and maintaining the floors neat.The staff members are SO NICE! From the door men, to the people working outside to the office staff.. everyone is so nice. Especially the lady at the concierge.. I forgot her name but she is such a sweetheart! Always postivie, smiling, her energry is astonishing.They fix it anything in your apartment wrong right away, like literally probably the same day.The only thing I can say is the price is a little on the expensive side. Im hoping to stay here for another year if they dont raise the rent.But overall, great experience!!! :)

They told me several lies including the 550$ you first pay the 300$ of it reduced from your first month balance but when I approved they told me it doesn’t reduced from your balance and scam me with application fee…. The whole application process is scam they are looking for minor stuff or anyway to reject you! They hide the apartment with good floor plan or good view and shows you the bad one and lie to you they are not available!Many apartments didn’t finish yet and they don’t have money complete the exterior of building yet after several years being in market?! The building has only one entrance and compare to similar high rises it seems to me a defective incomplete high rise which is rushed to put it on market!

I am quite disappointed by the leasing offices adherence to scheduled appointments, I arrived close to 10 minutes early and waited 15 or more minutes after my scheduled appointment time, not only I was greeted by someone at the front desk who was on his phone and barely made any eye contact but no one even acknowledged that they will be coming to my attendance in the +25 minutes I sat at the front, the leasing agent knew I was there and he yet ignored me till I left and then he called to try to make excuses. I wonder if these qualities are maintained during the period of ones residency at the Skyhouse.Due to the said reason and other scheduled commitments, I had to leave and was not able to tour the building.

Very sad SKYHOUSE RIVER OAKS refuses to refund my deposit or return my calls. Apartment was left in excellent condition. I received a statement informing me of amount due to me, still no check. They are giving me the run around not returning calls, this is so unprofessional. Why leave past residents with such a bad impression. All the work others did to make residents happy goes down the drain. The accounting practices here are very questionable. I had to call several times to correct their information. Think twice before renting here if you hope to see your deposit back.....EVER!

NOT recommended for anyone to live here!!. I made the mistake of signing an 18th lease. I came to realize this wasn’t the place they promised. The building itself is very nice, the people running it is the problem.The overall security in this building is worst of the worst. Camera quality in the garage is so bad that you can’t even read the cars plates when they’re driving through. I had friends whose vehicles were stolen and broken into and after looking at the playbacks, you can see the vehicle but the quality is so bad that you aren’t able to see the plates. For the money that you spend on rent, there’s no reason for people to have these issues. Again “NO SECURITY”.The front desk allows anyone to go up to any floor without questioning if they live there. All they have to say is… Can you let me up to …. floor. No ID is checked neither is the person questioned. Someone might come back on this and reply that they apologize for my concerns but honestly, don’t get lied to, they don’t care. I had to make a note on my portal specifically stating to not let anyone up to my apartment unless they call me first. I even posted a picture of someone trying to come into my apartment while my wife was home alone. After that day I had to be on guard at all time and didn’t feel safe for my wife and I. If you’re a single woman I wouldn’t recommend this place for you. Of course, my gut feeling was right. Not too long ago, they started sending out email letting everyone know not to walk alone in the parking garage at night, to keep your lights on in your apartment while your gone, leave your radio or tv on.. etc. About six months in we started noticing bugs in the restroom. They came to check and spray but they were still popping up. Close to the time we left, we were so ready to leave that we decided to leave a little early and just pay double rent. That’s how desperate we were to leave. Be ready to smell a lot of weed in the building at anytime of the day and make sure you always watch your back. This place is getting worse at time passes. I would rather live in a place where they are strict in order to keep their quality and reputation instead of just allowing anyone to live/work there and run down the building.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It may seem like a luxury apartment home/community. Sky House River Oaks is nowhere near luxury. While visiting a friend for a few days, approximately 4, 2 of which were consecutive, each day I valeted my vehicle, the guys became familiar with me. One even said “you should get a key fob from the office, so you won’t have to valet”. I told him I was not a resident. Yet, two of my high priced valuables were stolen from my vehicle, that were in the trunk, in my bag, with my belongings. One item priced between $800-$900, the other at about $3,500. I’ve talked to people who have had the same experience, without me even mentioning the apartments’ name, they already knew. It’s ridiculous, completely unacceptable, and totally unexpected given the area.

Ive been trying to apply for this apartment complex but the leasing agents are rude and very unprofessional. I was told they will call me back and I have yet to get a call. Ive done 2 follow ups now and nothing. Ive given up and now I am so happy I am not commited to this place.Franklin Vega rejected my application after it has been approved because he says my pay stubs were fake, I then tried calling numerous times to try and resolve it. When i was finally able to reach him I was told to submit my bank statements which I did, was told someone from management will reach out to me, that was 5 days ago Ive finally been contacted. This building is not organized in a way that visitors can come by. I understand they dont want random people just walking in, but there needs to be a system in place to allow family and friends access to the residents living here. Elevators are always down in the parking garage and the actual building. If having people over is important to you, I would not recommend this place.

Lived in this building for 11 months now.They dont repair problems, very bad responses from management. Building manager grosly disrespects tenants with mass or chain emails. Manager is also grosly disrespectful or has been to me.One time it took them 5 months to fix elevators to garage, and instead of dealing with it they hired valet and almost forced us to trust them our keys and vehicles.Pool area always filled with drunkards and nothing is ever done about it.Response to broken air cooling in my apartment took them 9 days in the middle of the summer.Neighbors are noisy and there are no regulations about noise after hours.Elevators always dirty with animal litter or urine.They never have cleaned windows fro the outside, at least not one time in past 11 months.Now construction on the north side of the building creates dust and mud if it rains, the place is hardly ever cleaned after rain.In general Id say worse place (out of six other buildings) Ive leased thus far.Very highly priced which is the worse of all the deal

The management is really unprofessional and rude. I parked in a spot that the concierge told me to park in. After an hour I came back to see that my car has been towed. All other cars are parked in the future resident parking during business hours and after business hours but none were towed. I came today to speak to the management staff but they were very rude and, told me that they can not do anything and it is not their problem in very unprofessional way, although the concierge told me that its okay to park in that spot, they contradicted themselves!Very very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional. No wonder why people are leaving that place after one term.

I was a bit worried before I moved in due to some of the other reviews, but I must say this has to be the best luxury apartment for its price in Houston. The amenities are amazing and the staff is top notch. I have lived in many places and I know I will be here for the foreseeable future. Tiffany is hands down the best, I feel like I am picky and difficult at times, but she has always helped me. If I did have one complaint it would be the lack of recycling, but we all cannot be perfect. 5 stars from me!

My leasing agent Franklin and conceirge was great. Elevators consistently broken. Autodraft got randomly stopped my last month and was charged multiple fees. Also, during COVID my utilities payment was lost in the mail and was sent to collections. Just be very careful with them. Lots of random fees at the end, despite having perfect payments throughout my years there. I was also towed despite having parking pass. And lots of smokers that the vents cannot ventilate properly. Weird hand and footprints in my apartment that were never addressed. Break ins in the garage after they didnt fix the garage gate for months. The actual apartment was nice which is why I gave a 3. Just the amenities were very very lacking.

My friends lives at sky house and I visit her quite frequently to the point where Ive noticed as a guest all the inconveniences and short comings this property has to offer. First thing I noticed was that there is only one way upstairs which was through the main entrance- Lobby (other condos grant their tenants/guests garage access to the main building). It really makes a difference when youre hauling in groceries and lots of belongings. Second thing I noticed was that the walls/floors seemed to be paper thin as you can literally hear the neighbors simply walking and having full on conversations next door. Third, was the fact that the ceilings and some walls in the units looked incomplete, as if the builders hadnt finished their job while constructing the place. Big slabs of concrete are exposed making your home feel like a cold empty warehouse. Fourth, the EXIT gate in the garage needs approval to be open by front desk (Ive literally waited over 5 minutes easily just trying to get them to open the gate so I could leave). Fifth, the one bedroom units are just tiny, be prepared to dwell in a boxed size dorm because these units are very small. Sixth, the view from the building is slowly being blocked by construction of another high rise directly beside skyhouse. There are also two pool areas on the top floor which close at 10 so even if you have a key you cant even go outside to grill food if you wanted.Contrary to the claims above, the location is prime.. right between galleria & river oaks with quick freeway access, which is about the only good thing Ive noticed about this place. Rent wisely my friends.

Have been living here since September 2017...single, social and cautious! I feel safe here, proud to have friends over and never feel intimidated by anyone here! Everyone I have ever met, be it residents or staff are kind, friendly, courteous, helpful and glad to be here themselves!! Double check any negative reviews you read...this place is first class! Walking distance everywhere nearby is great, even at night with my dog I feel so safe!

Vehicle owners beware. Valet caused damage to my vehicle and no one is being accountable.I brought my car in on a Saturday (after picking it up from the shop to change a tire so there clearly wasn’t any damage to it before), did not move it on Sunday, and when I requested it the following Monday, I noticed damage to the front right corner. I spoke to the valet employees and no one know who caused it. The video footage was reviewed and I was told that they could not see how/where I was parked. Management/concierge staff has referred me to the owner of the valet company who is in responsive. I have sent him pictures of the damage but he has been requesting to see the vehicle on in person on his time. He promised to come to the property this past weekend and I never heard from him. I refuse to file a claim on my own insurance because this is not damage I caused but it is not fair to make me chase the owner to handle the repairs. The management, from property manager Leslie Brodin to her supervisor Jon Helmer, have been dismissive, mediocre, and lack all accountability in regards to this matter.Parking is already very cumbersome in that sometimes there is no one at the valet stand and cars can be backed up. It’s uncomfortable to leave your car there but I have previously waited for 10+ minutes to have someone park my vehicle. They are selective in who they speak to as well but there are two who are very polite. The area where you park is next to the dumpster so it can smell very foul sometimes. I am giving 1 stars because the concierge staff is very pleasant.

I left an item in the lobby by mistake on oct 30th and spoke to a lady she said that it was there and it was fine for me to pick it up. couple days later i called again to make sure before i made the drive out there and they said my item was no longer there. pretty sure they stole it. sheronda is rude and said why didnt i go and pick it up the same day i left it. maybe because i was in the hospital . she also has a very bad rude attitude . skyhouse needs better people working concierge . she has absolutely no customer service skills at all. same with the manager stephanie . she is also rude and clearly doesnt know how to manage at all . im pretty sure they stole my item. i wouldnt be surprised. 0 stars.

I did a walkthrough yesterday of the 2bedroom apartments. Overall I think this place is nice. But the problem I have, the rooms are way too small. A king size bed would absolutely be entirely too big. I wouldn’t have any space to move around. The living room can only fit one small sofa. So if you have 2 sofas it may be a tight fit. The apartments are nice besides that

Very shady place to live at. This management makes money off people being evicted for their odd rules. Management is money driven and doesn’t care one bit about hospitality. They can’t keep anyone over a 1 year lease, full of shady people, shady management and their supervisor even has a shady criminal background. This company has a horrible income verification system. It’s like they scam you for the $75 application fee then put you through hell. They have a company that only accept documents from the banks pdf or your job. My job uses WORKDAY which is an app they don’t accept documents from workday. I split my payments because I’m responsible and only my navy federal statements were accepted which only proved half of my income goes to there to savings so I was declined stating I don’t meet income requirements. I even sent an email with my check stubs and other bank statements but they will not accept anything. This company keeps a unit on the market to decline apps and collect $75 applications fees all month from it. Sounds t like they are so used to being scamed with fake docs, they became the scammers

I went to visit this property because I had a great living experience at the Skyhouse located downtown Houston and was considering moving to this location since it is closer to where I work. First, the valet was no where in sight so I parked against the curb. When I was walking in the building the valet then came up to me asking if I live here or if Im visiting someone as if I wasnt supposed to go in the building. Then no one would give me a tour because it was about 15 minutes before the leasing office was closing and the leasing specialist was already busy. The concierge told me that if I could wait the leasing agent could give me information, but no tour. However that was pointless because I already looked online and found a unit that I was pretty sure I wanted, I just needed to see it first. Then he said that I had to have a tour because its my first time at the property. Then told me that if I had been there before I could just have a key to go look at one of the units myself. It was overall a terrible experience.

Its hard to describe in a few words how horrible of a manager Chris is at Skyhouse River Oaks. He is disrespectful consistently to both realtors and tenants, unprofessional in almost every aspect of his job, and even tried to wrongfully evict a tenant based on nothing but a complaint from a single tenant. I know of 3 other tenants that have had equally horrific experiences with this man. I no longer bring clients there to view apartments because of him. Two tenants moved out because of him. I do not recommend living there until he is gone.

I lived in one apartment for a year and another on a higher floor for another year and a half....it was a great place to live and a really cool building. People and staff were great and my neighbors were always nice as well. Id recommend it to anyone in the Houston area for sure.

I was toured by a great guy Eric it was his first day and I would have never knew he gave me and my friend great advice to narrow down our choices. When I first move here; there were a lot of problems. It got better but then it started to have problems again. The valet will not park your guest cars. They will not help you with your groceries either. You would expect this amenities to be included. Amount other things.

I came to view this apt thinking I would move in but then was present during an incident between my friend and the office staff. Let’s just say never stepping foot in that place again. Who yells at a tenant for using a common area? Definitely not a place I’ll be moving into.

I submitted the online maintenance application and the technician came to fix just about 10 minutes later, they fixed the problem amazingly fast. Leasing managers and concierges are super friendly as well, everything has been going great so far.

I stayed on the 13th floor to the left they had drilling, banging and screaming doing my stay I stayed In these apartments for two weeks my best advice is the office go and check on unit. Because it’s very bothering.

Wonderful clean place that I visit from time to time. Very lively and I do feel safe when I am there visiting Front desk staff are a joy and very courteous. Skyhouse River Oaks is in a great location, within walking distance of the River Oaks District, Ipic movie theatre, and just minutes away from the Galleria. Amazing views and amenities on the 25th floor, floor-to-ceiling windows in all apartments, and a great staff! This community is everything you are looking for in luxury high rise living!

I went there to take tour,the manager and her assistants has an attitude, they were arguing with me, because my realtor wast there , my realtor call them, and they identified him, yet they want him just to show up and leave for them to give me the tour, i understand might be the policy, but the way the manager and her assistant was talking and arguing was very rude, all i was looking for just see the place and see the actual unit,however the 2 stars just for the ladies working in the front, they were very nice ,otherwise i wouldnt even give one star

If you are living in Houston, never move to Skyhouse! Worst management ever! Always maintenance, never ending noise! Everyday floor repairing! Even they shut down the all 3 elevators for 9 HOURS! Imagine you living on 24th floor and have an emergency. How could you go down 24 floors with stairs?? It’s insane! And if you try to move out with these reasons, instead of giving an apology, they do everything to get extra money from you! You are NOT A RESIDENT here, you are their moneybag only!

This is the worst place to live. I dont recommend it. They damaged my car and no one guarantees its safety. They also left me an offensive note which I will add below. I still havent received a response about what happened to the person who attacked me in this way. deposit and not only that, they also charge you $400 or $500 extra as if it were not enough just for some holes in the wall, which in fact I asked if I had to cover them and they told me no, the elevators are always broken and take time to fix them, they are not careful or rigorous with the issue of dogs in the apartments, my wife had a dog attack her and she lost her keys, in short everything is a disaster, my personal experience has been largely negative.
