The Argyle Apartments

Lived here for a year, but unfortunately did not renew my lease and moved to a new area just recently. As others have mentioned, it’s a safe, quiet, clean, and convenient location. Staff is helpful and communicative. Contrary to what others have said, I’ve never had an issue with parking. It may not be right next to your building, but it’s just a couple minutes’ walk away. I was in a second floor unit, and didn’t have any issues with pests.My only cons were that treadmills in the gym stopped working months ago, and were never fixed. It would be nice to be able to use this amenity, especially during the summer months. Also, there were times when many washing/dryer machines in the laundry facility were out of service.Ultimately, it is a solid place to live without the extra bells and whistles.

The community is welcoming, and the property manager is very responsive to maintenance requests, which is a major plus. However, there are a few concerns to keep in mind. If you’re on the first floor, you’ll likely hear A LOT of noise from upstairs neighbors, especially if they have kids. While changing the pest control company has reduced the presence of larger roaches, the infestation issues persist. Additionally, the first-floor units are prone to flooding, so that’s something to consider.

The apartments are very nice and everything, the maintenance is good, it is a well-kept property and the office is friendly. If you have small children who like to run around the apartment, you will have your neighbor banging on the ceiling constantly. I have only been living here for 5 months and the neighbor downstairs has been banging for 5 months. Now I have a newborn and he has not had the decency to stop. Well, it seems that I will continue to hear loud banging from downstairs.

I lived here for 2 years and theres a lot of good to say about these apartments. I felt the staff was friendly, work orders were completed in a timely manner, management communicates issues and announcements well, its a great area, safe, quiet, and a 10 min walk from the Terry Hershey trail. Also, the apartments have a lot of greenery, unlike others in Houston. The apartment itself was great when we first moved in. Downsides to the complex itself is the pool is closed a lot, and the workout machines have remained broken for months.But my biggest complaint (and truly I dont do this much) is over the last 10 months, the roaches started to get absolutely out of control. We had pest control spray regularly throughout our time, tried traps and poison, we rarely left dishes out overnight, frequently swept and cleaned the walls by the garbage and stove, cleaned counter and stove tops. I even pulled out the fridge and stove cleaning under those at one point. We emptied our cabinets, cleaned, and had the pest control come to do a deep spray as well, but they kept getting worse after all of that. They even started showing up in my closet, bedroom, and bathroom towards the end of my time there.Ive lived in extremely low income apartments and areas around Houston, my 10 years there, including a couple in the Chinatown area, and Ive truly never experienced them as badly as this place. I dont know if its like that in every building and apartment, but these apartments are old and the inside end of building 22 has a major infestation in the walls, it wasnt just our problem of cleanliness. It would be deceptive for them to continue to rent out without truly treating the root of the problem. And I dont want others to be stuck in a lease without knowing what they are getting into.

I have been living at the The Argyle for almost a year now and I like it very much! I generally feel safe at these apts because of the location. It is a little hidden and tucked into a nicer neighborhood, as compared to others that are off the side of a busy street. The apt neighborhood is very mixed but I see many families living here with small children which is very assuring. The ducks that live around here call this home as well and my dogs love to see them everyday. They have the lawn maintenance people here very often to keep up with the lawns around the complex, which is great. Also there is someone that maintains the pool every single morning during the weekdays to keep it clean, which is great as well. The maintenance men have handled all of my requests in a timely manner and they are friendly and very respectful 👍I havent had much interaction with the office staff since Ive moved here;but I have made a couple complaints about the road damage near the gates and some debris that came about after Beryl, and they have responded and addressed the issues very quickly! Overall they have been great as well! It seems like a good place to live. 😊

I accidentally deleted my review while editing it. I originally left 4 stars and mentioned that these apartments are great value for the cost.After thinking about it again, Im bumping my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. I find that the management team does exceptionally well for the amount of rent Im charged.

Lights are out around the complex, gates are always broken security anyone can walk in. Not enough doggy poop cans with bags, no curb appeal lawn service Basically blows leaves and debris around. No mulch no flowers the ground are sad....for inside of apartments the bathrooms smell like mildew or mold lots of items in the apartment are just painted over, cracks in the ceiling water spots! Not the best place but also not the worst.

I live on the top floor, and the neighbor downstairs, i barely walk and start hitting the ceiling very hard. We have reported it many times to the office, and the office says that there is nothing they can do. We have a 1-month-old baby, and this guy downstairs scares her every time he hits the ceiling. He keep hitting the ceiling all day long every day.he does not stops.is really a shame

My move in went smooth. Any minor issues I had were resolved quick. It’s quiet out here , I love it. Adrian was awesome..

Went to tour and I loved it!!!I forgot the lady name that walked me through but I might be applying here next month! The area is quiet and she answered all my questions and even sent me a follow up email in case of any questions I had.

My husband and I lived here for a year. We lived in the townhome floor plan facing the street. For the most part it was quiet, and we enjoyed living here. The office has excellent communication. Claudia is the manager and she seems to be on top of things and seems to address things immediately if people are doing stuff they’re not supposed to. Carla helped us lease and complete our move out. She’s friendly, polite and professional. They send out multiple reminders/announcements which I found helpful, ex. If water was going to be off for repairs. Our hot water did get cut off a few times, I believe they replaced the part that was causing this. The water did damage my hair pretty badly, I’d suggest buying a filter if that matters to you. The renovations they did are nice, the kitchen cabinets, however, have a matte finish which made them kind of tedious to clean. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly. The gym is pretty small and it’s awkward if there’s more than 2 people in there. Overall we had a good experience, the reason we moved out is because we purchased a house.

Nice property foreal office staff on pt. ms Carla Diaz was cool and knew her stuff. closets gigantic. I can see myself choosing this apt. aye yall! You aint even got to get rental insurance!!! nice place

This will be my third time living here in the last 10 years. I lived here prior to Harvey after Harvey .... temporarily relocated outside of the neighborhood and now I am back under new management but same previous staff. This is the best complex in the 77077 zip code. That is why I returned. I enjoy the amenities and the price, location and staff. The groundskeeper is amazing there have been times I leave out early and he is already watering the beautiful landscaping, cleaning the pool, and just maintaining the overall appearance of the community. The new renovations are nice and I am enjoying my new home. In the past the maintenance staff and office staff has quickly responded to requests. I have not had any since I moved back but if I did I would surely be satisfied with the completion time and response. If you want a nice neighborhood and right price call them I highly recommend.-happy guy with a pool view.

The pros: The place is quiet. Maintenance comes quickly. Carla is an amazing manager to work with and is highly communicative. The other people who work in the office are also very nice and try to accommodate when possible. The pool area is always being cleaned and litter and trash are usually picked up weekdays in the morning. Lastly, it is in between 3 Krogers each about 2-7 mins away an Heb at most 10 mins away, a Fiesta about 7 mins away, and a Sams Club about 15 mins away. The location is great for just about everyone.Now for the cons: People like to disregard the rules and end up breaking important features such as the car gate to get in and out, the pool doors had been broken recently and the walk-in doors have been broken since I moved in a year ago. There is hardly any parking anymore. Ducks swarm the place lol. Its not terrible but they tend to block the driveways and poop everywhere. They also went about two months not refilling the doggy bags so there was dog poop everywhere.Now for the real cons: The apartments are old!!! So they have many foundation issues, water leaks, and bug problems. They do have free pest control and maintenance is very active but the problems constantly occur. In one year of living there, we had 4 different water leaks that had nothing to do with us. Everything happened from the building being old and some things being outdated. We would never flush toilet paper or wipes but the main drainage would constantly fill up resulting in maintenance outside our door at 3 in the morning trying to get all the tp and wipes out. The last major issue I want to address is that there are so many trees on the property and while yes they look amazing I have seen 2-3 cars smushed by a falling tree.In conclusion, the Arglye is a nice apartment complex situated in a nice location. Unfortunately, I hope there is a shift or reprioritizing of funds because the apartments issues make it hard to justify the price.

These apartments have become exactly the opposite of what you read. I repeat THE OPPOSITE. Water, of course, is never hot. Do you need a spot? Come park here, as a resident, you never have one, especially how some of the residents have their family members park here all day until they get home. I actually have footage of that. Make sure you have extra family members to help out. Random loud music for no reason. Cars will just drive through the complex blasting music. Okay, we get it. You have a system in your car. Overall, I AM so happy my lease is up. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments. People in the office are great. The maintenance crew is good. When they say its not the job, its the people that work there. Well, some of the residents here just dont care. Beware.

I lived here for 3.5 years and have recently moved out. I absolutely loved my time at these apartments. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Maintenance requests are attended very fast. The location is great. I never had any major issues while living here. Highly recommend!

PICTURES ARE BELOW OF THE SO CALL REPAIRS THEY DID...I lived here back in 2013 & my experience was great but this time not so much. I have had 2 leaks in my ceiling since 11/2017 & they literally came out & cut a piece of cardboard out and put it over the leaks. The AC continuously goes out, there were squirrels in the roof in the walls pulling at my cords in the wall. Maintenance & the manager Claudia was made aware of this months ago but nothing was done. I then decided to contact upper management because Claudia basically told me she cannot help me, I emailed corporate and spoke with the Regional manager Debbie & she also was no help and did not care that they were not fixing any issues. I also emailed Beth Van Winkle but of course there was no response. I asked if my last month could be half off or at least let me pay until the time that I am there (which was only fair) and Her response was She cannot help me & to pay the full rent for the month. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THE MONEY & DOES NOT FIX THINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER. Before this location was great, cannot say the same now. I pay over $1000 in rent & did my part as a resident here, i pay my rent on time every month, i do not cause any problems but they dont care about that what so ever!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to move & You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and I will be sure to report you guys!!!

I have been living here for almost two months now and I am glad with my decision to move here. The maintenance services are very fast an efficient. The parking is a bit of an annoyance some times if you get home after 8pm but even with it being full of residents it is surprisingly super quiet and you never hear noise from other neighbors. You could never tell someone was listening to load music till they open their front door. Also the leasing office keeps everyone updated on what is happening on the property in a very timely manner. So far I can see myself renewing my lease when they time comes

10/20/23From a tenant of almost 6yearsWord of advice disregard the new reviews and pay attention to the people that have been here.Cons:Management has recently retaliated against me by breaching our contract.I’ve asked Edgar Dawn (corporate) and Claudia where their actions are in my contract. They stopped responding to my messages. I assume because their actions are not in our leasing contract at all. I’ve had to engage outside resources.Resolution is pendingThe hot water is just coming back on after being off since last weekend. They only updated the community after being called out because they were purposely turning the hot water on during their office hours and turning it off when they left.Something is wrong with the water everyManagement is nice and professional during the leasing process. After that they will get upset with you for asking them to do their job. I’ve literally had to send Claudia her responsibilities as a manager.Gaslighting is very common with management as I’ve spoken to Dawn about the water problems and she minimized my concerns by literally asking “please explain to me why boiling water for baths is difficult”. lolThey don’t like when you complain about stuff you’re paying for and may pay closer attention becauseI’ve tried to give management grace as I understand everyone has their days but I’m now over it.They went up 200+ on rent 2 years ago and on the last renewal they added a cad fee which is just another way to increase the rent but through a fee. You’re charged that flat fee but you will not get back what you don’t use like water usage.My apt is not upgraded.The amenities are not so great.You’ll have to spend your own money to make it work like your own pest control cause theirs is terrible and security because they have none and the has been issues with some peoples cars being broken into or left sitting on bricks.The gym is nice but the equipment hardly works.Pros:The price is no longer a pro as it comes with a lot of buffoonery, pettiness, terrible customer service and overall lack of professionalism.The location is great.My neighbors are cool.The maintenance guys are cool.The property keeper works hard to keep the property clean. He’s cool too.

As I have pointed out before the maintenance staff and the office staff of this complex is definitely above expectations. But, I would like to take this opportunity to let the executive offices look at The outside of the gardens be looked at. There is so much mud around when it rains because we don’t have enough grass and Borders borders to prevent all of this. The entrance to my door needs mulch and some grass put around it. Some bushes need to be looked at and maybe redone. Thank you for looking into this. as I have pointed out, my disappointment is on the grounds around the apartments. There are halfway dried up bushes, and in many places, none Whatsoever I would appreciate it So much importance would be giving to this as soon as possible. Thank you.

(Date: 04/04/2023) I had a great experience touring this property with Carla. She is amazing. Im super excited to start my lease in two weeks. I like that the complex seems to be very quite and that the team and the office is friendly.Ill do a follow up review after the six month mark.Update (10/19/2023)Its been six months, so here is my update:PROS1.- The team is great, they are nice and attentive. The maintenance team does what they can and are also very responsive.2.- I love that is very quite and peaceful. No problems with loud noises or people throwing parties all the time.CONS3.- The property is really old, Ive had multiple maintenance requests, including leaks that come from the wall or the ceiling. They have big foundation issues, cracks everywhere, doors that dont close properly and other problems related to an old complex. The area is prompt to flooding.4.- Its been a few months since the gym was stocked with wipes or hand sanitizer. The machines are broken all the time, right now one of the two treadmills is down, and it has been like that for the past month and a half..——Update (05/15/2024)If you are looking for a reasonable priced apartment that is quiet and has basic amenities. This is a great option for you. The team is really nice , I appreciate Carla and the maintenance team that lives in the complex.I moved out to a different area, but I’d had renew otherwise, because the complex is in an accesible location that feels safe.

Nice and quiet, nice to have a security guard patrolling at night. Although would be nicer if they did more frequently. Ladies at the front desk are always super helpful. I know some people don’t like the color scheme, id say it’s actually quite fitting. They always come out fast and do repairs if needed and the men that do that are always great. One even came at 6 and worked till 8 to get our water working in our kitchen. Overall a great place, here’s to hoping the rent doesn’t skyrocket here soon however.

This place is horrible. I have been here since 2016, and have been treated horribly. I was given a new apartment in 2018 after the hurricane in 2017, and it was broke down. Claudia, the manager PROMISED to fix things, but HAVENT until his day in 2023. She is racist and always have an attitude with myself and my ex-husband. During the pandemic my rent went up 240 dollars. This year my lease is up and my rent is going up another 110 for a 1979 apartment. I am given trouble when I request to move to a NEW apartment. Please, Please be AWARE of these people. I called corporate, NO RESPONSE. I am leaving and buying my OWN house. Good luck if you MOVE here!! The best part of this property is the ducks and the pool because it is cleaned daily.

Great, flawless process from beginning to end! The front office staff are very friendly and my best compliment is that they answered the phone each time I called or either returned the call. That is a rarity these days. My apartment was clean and absolutely ready for move in. I have to get use to parking because after 10, I had to park a lot further than anticipated. Still, Im loving it here so far.

To be clear, this doesnt let you give negative stars. If this did, this complex would get a negative 10!Tried calling 2 times.No answer.Came by to check out apartments with my husband and the young lady didnt even try to be nice, professional or even pleasant!!!.That was after she caught a tone with us when we rang the gate when we let her know we were here to see an apartment. She asked if we had an appointment. We would have been glad to get one if youd answered your phone!!. You clearly are there in front of the phone!.We let her know our move in date and she said they they had none at that time. No let me get your information, no what kind of apartment your looking for. If I was able to call her a harsh name I would!... I know the complex is mixed of different cultures but doesnt change my feelings of feeling like an interracial couple was not welcomed there.Her attitude made me so uncomfortable, I couldnt wait to leave! My husband was upset because I was upset and because he was looking forward to seeing it as it looks decent from the outside and based on how I raved about it when I used to live there when it was called SILVERADO.I lived there before Harvey, and told my husband it was a cute place to be in. I was wrong! Based on the office experience, STAY AWAY!!. I cannot see myself dealing with her attitude for the duration of a lease.This area has plenty of apartments that are bigger & affordable and not with this staff!.Save your self trouble and find another complex that knows how to be pleasant as a basic professional skill!Completely rubbed me the wrong way on 1st interaction!

Property itself is amazing, to the point I considered a 12 month buy out.HOWEVER, if your staff is unwilling to stop talking over me and let me ask questions openly and honestly, albeit maybe a bit more emotionally than required but not aggressive or disrespectful Im not writing that check.I do hope your big bosses are impressed with your inability to get cash in hand in lieu of risk of a lease.I wish you all the best and hope you maybe consider your customer service skills.

I have absolutely loved living at this complex for the past 2+ years. I recently received a new job offer outside of Houston, so I will be moving soon. The complex is really clean and the Amazon Hub lockers are a HUGE plus if you order online often. The office staff are always friendly and professional. Maintenance staff are efficient and requests are fulfilled within a day. The only concern I have for anyone thinking of moving here is that the parking is a bit limited so just be mindful of that. Other than parking, this complex is amazing!

So far so good I have only been living here for about a month but honestly it’s very quiet. U kinda get a taste of a little luxury but u pay for quality of quantity. Only had one maintenance request so far but they respond very quickly . The community is very clean quiet the neighbors are courteous . There’s even kids here but they are so well behaved I never even see or hear them half the time great community!

Apt 905It breaks my heart to utter anything because Jesus and God will always stand in the gap for me and protect me so I can choose to be silent but I always want to look out for others. I know everyones experience is not the same, but I reassure you these statements are factual and may even be lightened due to me having the peace and joy from God that no one can take away!I didnt come to the Argyle apartments with bed bugs, roaches, or any sign of bugs! I actually wouldnt move in any apartment knowing that I have them prior. I moved in April 2023 and two weeks later, I noticed my apartment was not okay. Various calls and emails were sent, and at one point they stopped answering my calls and since then have only talked to me via email and responded quite late. I was a little weary to know my home was not liveable after only two weeks of being there and there was no chance of being comfortable. Only two weeks after moving in and finding out you made one of the worse decisions in choosing apartments, and that no one in the office displayed empathy, urgency or prioritize your home and well-being. I asked God to sustain me and help me stick it out through what I thought would be resolved. 4 months in and no change, still bugs. I immediately put my early termination of the lease in.I moved into what was said by the property managers assistant that it was a newly renovated apartment and I was the first to occupy the space. All before I noticed the bugs (two weeks after the move in, but prior to the actually visible of bugs there were roach legs all over the stove and in the refrigerator ) I moved in and there was MOLD everywhere, and the dishwasher did not work at all ( it was recently replaced in the 2nd week of July but the maintenance man stated he has 30 years of experience), outlets did not work and still do not work, my microwave was not placed in properly and was titled like it was about to fall for weeks (recently fixed in the 1st week of July or around that time but they were informed days after I first moved in of the issues as you write them on the move in the checklist)There is so much else that could be said and so many more photos uploaded but its not worth it, God will provide. I am physically exhausted from not sleeping, I cant even live in my home for the last month because it is so uncomfortable.The best thing about this is God is always going to protect me and provide for me. May God bless you to find any apartment other them this one if you have other options.

I lived here once prior to Harvey and NEVER had an issue. In 2020, I decided to move back. WORST MISTAKE EVER! My apartment is and has been so hot every summer. They make excuse after excuse after excuse. This is absolutely my last year year and counting down to be released from this hell, which is exactly how it feels in my apt. LITERALLY. This is not just because it’s hot outside. It should not be feeling like 110 in my Apt when it’s 85 degrees outside. The apartments down stairs are so cold, that their windows are fogged with cold air and you can feel it outside the door. My neighbors upstairs have cold , iced apartments. So it’s clearly this unit. My apt is so hot , I can’t even have flowers or plants bc they die in a couple of days. The staff consistently make excuses. Tim, is great and really strive for excellence but it’s clear that the management team won’t invest in the proper equipment for him to excel. Pathetic. They want to wait until you move out and upgrade all at once but how fair is that to residents currently residing here ? Why do we have to suffer when we pay rent every month with no issues? If you know it’s a known problem, why not provide ac units? Why do we have to sweat in an apt we pay for especially after going up $250, then $150. I DO NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE ANYMORE. RUN. Don’t walk. The water is cold or off every other week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. It’s ridiculous. They never answer the phone. They literally show you more and more how much they don’t care. Meanwhile, it’s ice cold and comfortable in the office where they sit and ignore the phone and real issues and requests of residents. I’m so over this apartment and my intentions are not to be a bitter resident but it’s really sad that we have to sit and blow ac in the car or go elsewhere when we pay $1200 in rent in a 1 bedroom, basic, hot box. Do your homework before coming here. I wish I knew what I know now before moving back here. The attitudes in the office improved a bit, that’s the only plus. Very disappointed and this is not right. Smh. I hope their corporate office do something or at least get us a ac unit bc I’m 2 steps away from calling the news station bc this can’t be legal.

My AC unit was making this horrible sound which also impacted the cooling in my home . The maintenance dude show up fixed it and was out quickly. He always takes care of the property and is a GREAT REPRESENTATION for the complex.

My experience with The Argyle Apartments has been conflicting. This is a great neighborhood never had problems with crime or any life threatening issues. When I first moved in there was a bug problem, but it went away once I used a certain product. My biggest issue is the walls are SUPER THIN!!! It’s not fair that I have to wake up from my neighbor stomping and slamming things from upstairs. I’ve been complaining since November. I provided proof as well and they still haven’t done anything. It’s very disrespectful and inconsiderate that the neighbor isn’t being courteous. However, that’s why I wouldn’t renew due to the thin walls and notice complaints that hasn’t been addressed. Lesson learned never stay on the first floor apparently.

Not good at all. I put in the request and 5 minutes later it told me my request has been completed yet no one has came to complete my request.

I love the property and Carla was very nice and helpful. Only problem I had was paying my deposit online. It was a technical problem on the property website side. I will contact the property on Monday .

I have been here 6 years and I am so happy and at peace. The office staff are awesome and maintenance has always been professional and friendly. The property is always maintained and I have never experienced any alarming situations here. It’s a great place for a retiree like me.

I posted a review on these apartments about a month or so ago I have been living here for about a year and a half has been a good place until now. Apartment complex is great. Here recently I had my catalytic converter stolen from my truck unfortunately there ain’t much the property can do about it I think we just need more security on the premises i’m not sure about any other activity going on the property. The apartment complex probably doesn’t report it not too sure thought I let people know that way they can be a little bit more careful with their vehicles.

The reason Im giving 1 star because I didnot find less than 1 star. Very horrible who are present in community office. They donot respond or they donot even care for their residents. They dont have enough parkings and even their cameras doesnt work. They would fake being kind while signing the contract. Overall, No proper security, Not good Management, very bad community. I would definitely donot suggest this to anyone. These people are ruthless and cruel.

I lived here for 3 years and had a good experience, Its quiet and safe. Maintenance was good and responsive, didnt really ever have many problems here that maintenance or the office couldnt fix. the location is perfect, close to I10 with lots of restaurants & shops near by. Also, living close to Terry Hersey park is a definite perk.

Get a renovated unit! I have had a couple of outlets go out in less than 1 month. Currently, the outlet for the dryer is out. I have been having issues with the a drawer staying on the track and just functioning properly since I moved in November. Maintenance have been working on instead of just replacing the entire drawer and railing. When I moved in I reported that the sliding blinds for the patio was broken, and nothing got fixed until I requested for new blinds as there were a few that would no longer clamp back on the track. Maintenance would state they would replace, but they were out and was waiting on a shipment. The shipment took about 2 weeks, or at least it took two weeks before someone notified me. Then the office called stated that I had to pay $35 for the blinds to have them fixed. Although, that was resolved without me having to pay. This is too much trouble for renters to deal with. Units should be updated or at least checkout everything before having someone move in.

I lived at Silverado for one year. The staff was always nice for the most part. I did have some things break or needed to be fixed but they were always were pretty expeditious about sending someone out. When I first moved my tub was clogged with hair so it wouldnt drain properly but I cleaned it myself. (which I wish I had not done because pulling some random persons hair out was so disgusting). I normally do not write review s but I have never had to deal with a pest problem before so I do feel its important for people to know. I had to call for a pest spray at least 3-4 times. They would not go away and I am a clean person so it was not a issue of my home being nasty. From very small roach like pest to medium/big brown ones they were there!! So please be cautious. Besides that I loved the area and staff was friendly. I thank God for my boyfriend I was only at my home 50% of my lease. I probably would have broke it or had a bigger situation if I didnt have somewhere to go for the pest problem.

At this point Im really upset that my apartment is always Hot !!!I was told that all the apartments are hot because of summer an its nothing they can do... but they sitting in the office in good cold air . Meanwhilemy apartment is 90degrees 7 days a week.....I should not get off work at 11pm jus to sit in my car 2 hours cause its so hot inside!!! I pay 1200 in rent faithfully only to come home an be hot for hours which is not acceptable at this point

This was by far the best experience Ive had with an office staff during my apartment hunt. From the 1st day I called and inquired until i moved in yesterday these 2 ladies, Claudia and Carla have been great. I told them what i was looking for and i got exactly that, plus they text me daily during my application process and made sure everything was great. Id looked at other complexes and the office staffs were rude and acted like you were bothering them and didnt have time to return your call. Ive only been here a couple of days but i cant say enough nice things about this place and the staff.

Nadia was a great leasing consultant, she got all of my paperwork in all in one following day. I submitted my application on a Friday and was able to move in that following Tuesday, when I had a problem with my AC unit, maintenance came to my apartment within 20 minutes. The grounds are well kept and there are hardly any alley cats. The apartment community overall is great, no noisy kids screaming, cussing, or running outside my unit.

Came in for a apartment tour, and it was he first time I did a tour solo. Which made the experience different. I liked touring the apartments solo, the grounds are very well kept together, and the ladies in the office were really nice. I did like how they had Amazon lockers in the property and that the office is inside the gates. Most properties that I have toured the office is outside the gates. I just wished the unit I really liked had more than one closet, that was the only negative.

Nice apartments tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Moderately priced compared to other apartments in the area. Terry-Hershey park is just a stroll down the road. Staff is nice and landscaping looks great. Maintenance is pretty fast. Parking can be a problem some days, although most of that may have been because of the holidays. There were quite a few water shut-offs in the last couple of months, but they were working on putting in new piping and raising the foundation of some of the apartments. I believe thats all done now. I think its a great place to live and very family friendly.

My husband and I have been living here for about 4mo now. Everyone in the leasing office has been very pleasant. Maintenance have fix all problems in a timely matter. Im also excited to share that I have received every package that has been delivered, and absolutely no bug issues. I highly recommend these apartments.

This is by far one of the best communities in the area. The quiet location is perfect. We love that its off the main roads and nestled in a nice residential areal. Overall value for location is 5 stars, no doubt. The management and leasing team are friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate. The units are beautiful inside. Maintenance is always on time and do everything to resolve the issue. They really do go above and beyond. The only downside would be the additional charges for upgrades and washer/dryer and no additional/outside storage on patios.

Such a beautiful property…and with ducks! Check out the ducks. Carla is a joy to work with. Sorry I didn’t include pictures of aforementioned ducks but know they’re there! Oh yes and very quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the big city 🏙️

Only thing this place is missing honestly could be a dog park or a kids area, dont get me wrong they have areas where its like an open field. But other than that is Perfect for first time renters like myself. Now the previous comments . My best friend refereed me to this place as a fresh start due to a domestic violence situation i was in These apartments are VERY VERY STRICT. and i mean that in a good way. They dont allow any BS in here. Unless your a resident or associated with a resident you do not have access here and i love it!!!. I worked with Christian i would highly recommend going to him. As far as the reviews i seen in regards to Claudia and Carla . to me personally those are false. Carla is the head manager and she has zero tolerance when it comes to the residents. Ive never been treated rudely by them or anything like that. they are very pleasant and made me feel beyond welcome. You legit get what you paid for here. Compared to all the apartments near eldrige when you walk in and you get snooty leasing agents you do not get that here.

Ive lived at the Argyle for 5 years. Be advised, there is zero security at Argyle apartments. Recently the catalytic converter was stolen off of my vehicle, while parked inside the property. This is not the first time its happened either. Others have reported the same problem. The gate is commonly left open, allowing easier access for thieves to enter. Park at your own risk when living at, or moving to the Argyle Apartments.

Overall experience was good. The maintenance man was very thorough and polite. I love my apartment and hope everything continues to go good. The office staff was very helpful and good at what they do. Shout out to Idilia and Carla.

The staff at Silverado is the best. Super attentive folks and are always hosting events for us. They have the best pool in the Energy Corridor to use in the summer. The gym is nice size and clean with free weights. I live in a two bedroom second floor with an awesome balcony. My apartment is great and has some serious closet space, full size washer and dryer connections and fireplace- my favorite:-). I highly recommend living here specially because the price is right!

Sad to see that the most recent reviews are related to ours! Save your time and money and go elsewhere! I’m so happy to leave this place soon! I literally gave up on reporting all the issues with this apartment.We have been here for a couple of months and let me say it has been horrible! We got a 2 bedroom and are paying over 1,000 a month, but ever since we moved something is always wrong! At first our a/c would break down every single week, it wasn’t until I contacted corporate that maintenance decided to do something, but we literally went 2 months with the a/c breaking down every other day. Now about a month ago we discovered a huge hole in my sons room, since he doesn’t sleep there we had not noticed we contacted the office immediately since we also saw rat droppings!!! They keep doing the run around. They just came and covered the hole but the rat, yes RAT is still around and they don’t want to do anything! This is plain negligence. Our apartment is clean so there is definitely no reason for us to have a rat in here other than a hole that was never fixed and that this unfit apartment had. Please avoid renting here! If you need proofs I am more than glad to send you pictures and emails that I have.

Its been good from the very first day I moved in . And all my friends like this apartment alot. My neighbors are nice, I never had any problem with my packages being delivered to my door. Everywhere is nice and clean .

OK, I will give a detailed review. Because if you are like me when searching for a place to live, the reviews do help in decision making.I have been living here for 10 months. Overall I am pleased. If you are looking for nice, well kept and reasonably priced apartments this is a good complex. It is a gated property with only 1 entrance and 1 exit which is card operated.I have had a good experience thus far. The grounds are well kept. Maintainence takes care of requests within timely manner. Everything is done online through your resident portal or account. I have only had to call once or twice to check on a maintainence order that had not been completed yet, otherwise they are great.The only real issue I have ever had was actually with a resident underneath me... I had to call the cops at 5:00 AM due to this woman and her boyfriend whom were screaming, cussing and yelling VULGAR things and fighting in early hours of the morning outside on her patio which is right outside my window. It woke me up out of dead sleep and went on for an hour. But, you can have this problem anywhere. And the only option at the time was to call the cops.CON: The laundry card machine is located inside the office, which can be very inconvenient if you are trying to do laundry after 6:00 when the office is closed.Only other complaint I have is the water pressure is really low. It has been since I loved in. Overall this is a great complex and great place to live. They even had free breakfast one morning where they handed out breakfast at the exit gate!! They are very community oriented and always have events listed on the bulletin board.Ive never had an issue with any of the office staff. They have been nice and professional. Im not sure how the other reviews have stated they have been so rude or stupid seems to me it is all about how you approach and handle the situation. They have always been nice to me.Overall good pick for a place to live!

When I lived there prior to hurricane Harvey the place was over run with rats and roaches. When I lived there is past tense I no longer live there so I have no need to reach out to the New Management company has made great strides for improvement. Problems I had were with the previous owners I no longer live in the Houston Metro area.

Claudia and Clara is the most rudest employees ever. They do not talk you before giving violations and their communication is horrible. They do not give great customer service. Do not move here because if you get one violation you will not be able to do a transfer. The maintenance guys do not fix anything they take their own time.. Be careful sometimes lizards will get into your home if you are on the first floor.

Great place to live. Its really nice, quiet, with good neighbors and the staff is friendly and professional. Shout out to Mercy, shes always helping me out whenever I go to the office with a question and we even chat like friends whenever theres time. Gravitated towards this place from the beginning and Im glad i chose it as my home.

The apartments are ok. Very cheap quiet and no bugs at all. My only issue is that my tub was stopped up with hair that belonged to someone else, that I had to clean myself 🤢. For the most part it is good apartments.

If you are anxious to be treated rudely and like you are an imposition, by all means visit here. The young girl at reception was completely lacking in manners, courtesy, and friendliness. She has zero people skills and should never be in the position of being the first person with whom you come in contact. If she isnt the granddaughter of the owner, I cannot imagine why she was hired. Needless to say, I will not rent there and would not recommend the Silverado based on interacting with her.

Nice apartment, they fix your stuff asap , the swimming pool is cleaned ever day, secured environment, the staffs are polite and always ready to assist. My thanks to Claudia, the best kind of manager, Beverly ana Carla. They all the best

I have been in the same apartment for 4 years with appliances that looks like over 40 years old. Requested for updated appliances every year. Only to receive higher rent for the same tired old apartment with out dated appliances.

The young lady at the front desk with the glasses was very unprofessional, aggressive, and had very bad energy. Lost me with the bad customer service , she should find a job that she actually enjoys…. Kinda feel bad for her.

I was recommended to view this apartment complex. I had a unpleasant experience as I got the vibes that my enquiries were not welcome. Not a friendly encounter. I understand that they are 100 percent full but I would appreciate if she made an effort to make me feel that my business is welcome.

UPDATE 2 - Exteriors are freshly painted and Harvey rehab is finally complete. The staff/management seem to be trying. The complex is generally quiet and I feel safe here. Its an older complex, but well maintained, with lots of big oak trees. Very pretty.Be forewarned, the side of the complex closest to Buffalo Bayou did flood after Harvey during the controlled release from the Addicks Reservoir and we couldnt get in or out of the parking lot for about a week. Hopefully that wont happen again.

Yeah ive been living here for 11 months now and ive never felt ao disrespected in my life. Your front office lady Beverly was laughing on the phone with Jason the maintenance manager about our situation (no a/c and 84 degrees in my apartment currently) this same lady rolls her eyes when we talk to us and tries to make it seem like its our fault. This same Jason came and checked out a broken window i had reported 10 months ago and NEVER fixed it, so i dont think the problem is going to be fixed at all. Owners need to get a new front office staff and management team. So disrespectful.

Avoid leasing an apartment from this property if you can! Id give them 0 stars if I could! My family was displaced due to Harvey and we were looking for a 3 month lease, while our house is repaired. We opted for this property because our home is close by. We met with someone from the leasing office at which point we were given a unit# and monthly rent of $991.00 for a two bedroom apartment on the second floor. Normally the rent was $826.00 but we were leasing for a short term so the rent would be $991.00. We received this information verbally. We did not get it in writing because we were informed they had no printed floor plans to share or provide the quote in. Their leasing office had also flooded during Harvey. Anyway, We liked the price point and proceeded to apply. Once we were confirmed, we were informed the monthly rent was $1195! Not the price agreed! We called the leasing office and received a lot of excuses and rude remarks from the propertys leasing office (Natasha) as to why the price had changed, including a denial that such a price ($991.00) was ever provided to us. During our call with the leasing office it was agreed we would withdraw our application. Im old school and believe in the phrase my word is my bond. This kind of treatment from property managers is unacceptable! I write this review as a warning for all the good people out there currently looking for a temporary place to stay: Watch out for bait and switch strategies. Ask for everything in writing!

When i say this is the best apartments EVER im so serious. Ive Been here 7 months and its the best place ever. When i say it is quite YOU CAN LITERALLY hear a pin drop. Its beyond peaceful as well. . I came here desperate for a place to stay and Christian listen and helped me with everything it literally took me 48 hours to get approved and i was able to move in THAT SAME WEEK. i cant really say much about maintenance since i havent had any problems at all. but everyone is nice and stays to themselves. kids are well mannered . Oh and you get to see ducks lol

Old apartments, stuff goes out easily. I think I see a maintenance man three times a month and still have issues.Lawn guys wake you up EVERY morning.Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and everything can hear you.If you get paid on the third but rents due the first theyll still charge you a late fee.I try to give it the benefit of the doubt but I’ll never sign to this place again.

I love my new apartment. The complex is really clean and I love the Amazon Hub lockers. The office staff are always friendly and professional. Maintenance staff are efficient and very knowledgeable.

Our choice of Silverado was a wise one! We were downsizing and feared moving from 2400 sqft to 1000 sqft would be difficult to manage.The more than spacious walk in closets with more than adequate shelving provided the ultimate relief to our concern. Everything has its place with living space we are used to...not cramped, just right :)You will find the Argyle Apartments a perfect match to your downsizing needs. I literally have my covered parking less than thirty feet from my front door :)Moving into The Argyle is your wisest move...E.C.

This apartment is an economic choice. The community is relatively safe and quiet, but we have an animal issue. It’s freaking duck dynasty and every time I look up the duck population is growing. They’re near the apartments, in the pool, everywhere. You can’t comfortably walk around the community without seeing many ducks. I’ve spoke with the leasing office about this months ago but nothing has changed. If you enjoy ducks this is the place to be. If not, I’d keep looking.

My water doesnt work at least once a week. They charge you outrageously for rent if you decide to renew your lease. When it rains, all the sidewalks flood and get covered in mud because they cant keep any grass. They put in an area of sod like 3 months ago and never watered it so it all died and now looks super trashy. So many nicer options in the area for around the same price. Im not usually one to complain but the water issue has happened one too many times for me. They never fix the problem they just continue to turn the water off once a week and say theyre fixing something else this time. For a while they were at least sending emails notifying you when the water would be off. They have stopped doing that and when you call to find out they dont answer. Absolutely unacceptable.

There are wonderful people that live here. Neighbors look out for each other. Its middle class families and individuals that are using the desirable location as a stepping stone to something nicer.Do not trust anything from the Managers or Staff. Their current Managers and Staff only enforce policies that will fill their accounts with fee revenue.Milestone, you could have all the money you ever wanted with a waiting list for vacancy, if you spend some time and money on quality people to work with you.

Management please fix parking. You guys have been made aware of this issue many times and have yet to implement a system that would alleviate the issue. The issue is not due to more apts being leased. Space is being taken up by unlisted roommates (not on lease), residents with more than 1 vehicle (work vehicles ect), and people that do not live here are using our parking lot as free bar parking (parking here and then leaving I’ve personally witnessed). Not to mention the wonderful folks that are double parking to save spots for their friends! No hard working, rent paying leasee should have to inconvenience themselves by walking across the property or parking outside of the gate at night because others are taking advantage of limited space. Especially mothers toting little children, the disabled, or the elderly. It doesn’t make us feel safe especially with the properties prior crime history. It’s also creating a culture where as residents will not leave after a certain time because theyre scared they’ll lose accessible parking and be forced to park outside the gate. If management accepted responsibility and implemented a system, there would be no environment for parking abusers to thrive. That doesn’t mean forcing tenants to buy covered parking, that should be saved for the parking abusers. The fact that management isnt fixing the KNOWN issue but is recommending that residents to pay more a month for something that should be included; reflects greed. By giving 1 parking sticker per listed adult tenant and marking designated visitor parking; this small change would make a huge impact. It would also show that management actually cares about their tenants and isn’t just trying to save face online. 😄(I will update review once issue addressed is fixed)******Update: 6/15/20Parking system not implemented. Still terrible.Up

During my one year I enjoyed every moment of my stay and the management at the residence were always helpful and respectful. I am actually surprised by the lower ratings for the apartment complex.They provided great service for the value price for the apartment complex.

Fantastic!!! Have been here over 10 years, It kind of speaks for itself. Staff are wonderful, anytime I need assistance they are there right away. I plan to live here for many years to come. Some of the reviews that are stating roaches. I have only see 3 tree roaches since I have been here so feel it is the tenants problem not Silverados

Been on the property for 17yrs this month luv the location ..in my 3rd apt this one my fave.. my concern is as to why we cannot have some plants in the areas away from the front?? total areas are nothing but soil with mudd running down on the sidewalks after rain..,,and look very barren.... any chance of fixing it?? also broken pavement/ tipped sidewalks prevail.. and some tenants are still trashing porches one even hangs laundry..!! just sayin...

Natasha is the rudest person ever, where do I begin. For one she will add and makeup outrageous fees that she wont tell you about until last min when rent is due and wont let you make partial payments and will deny money orders when you do try. Secondly she will wrongly evict you which is what I am dealing with right now, you will have cops kicking your door down early in the morning with guns and flashlight pointed in your face and thats what i was woken up to this morning. I have lost all my furniture that the maintenance staff threw in the garbage and other people stole including all of my clothes and personal belongings. I was forced to give up my pets that i have had for 6 years because I moved here alone and had no one that they could go to. Natasha apparently is F***** the constable over precinct 5 because he bows to her every command, she has no kind of remorse or any sort of conscience. She favors only people she likes and if your a snitch she will give you so much off your rent for getting in peoples business.

Maintenance is wonderful, grounds are always kept clean. Living here has been great, safe and quiet. Only bad review is they are pretty pricy, not worth the price and the grace period for rent to be paid is only till the 2nd of the month. Which is ridiculous. All apartments in the area are by the 4th.

Looked nice but the office lady had no idea how to multitask. She was taking so LOUD to the applicants i knew allllll their business. She lets us sit the almost 20 minutes without even asking what i needed. So i left, sad cause its right by my job

Everyone was friendly and understanding, Christian helped me with everything and was very patient with me lol . i was in a rush to move and he kept in contact with me via email and by phone. everything about my unit was on point. the vibe here is great as well. great start for 2020

Omg where do I start. I regret coming to this place, my car got broken into. They stoled everything from my car !!! My purse, computer everything because the gate was broken (for 5 month!!!). I couldnt pay rent on time because I didnt have my credit card or an ID to go to the bank because everything was stolen. I went to the office and explained the situation guess what they didnt care !!!!! All they wanted was their money. The sad part I was a good tenant never complain only went to the office to pay rent and this how they treat me me, worst than a dog. I got evection because after a week I tried to pay them and they had the nerve to charge me fees !!! Now I dont have no where to go because Im new to the state. So please do nottttt come to this place.

Great rent and service. Maintenance is prompt and on point. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Only down side is the rising rent and it being an old apartment with awkward floor plans. A lot of small things started to break down.

I currently live at Silverado Apartments. I hate paying my hard earned money to this place because I dont enjoy living here at all.1. My water is ALWAYS disconnected.2. Im not from Texas and I have a long distance number so I cant set up a gate code because of it, theres always an issue with my guest getting into the complex, and if I happen to leave my gate card inside the gate I have to wait for someone to go in to get in.3. Maintenance is slow4. The office staff are a bit rude and unprofessionalIm so frustrated with this place. I want out of the lease. I hate living here, and I definitely wont be renewing my lease. Id say if you can find something better, Do.

Overcharges unsuspecting residents. Glad I have been paying a fraction of the amount for the same services in other places since I left. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge. Stay here if you want to always be on guard about being charged for more than an honest amount and never receive a response or an explanation for it.

Do you have any enemies looking for a place to live? If so - I highly recommend this place!!!Be at peace knowing that the ones in life you despise would be living in roach infested discomfort. Only the worst for the ones we truly do not care for! :D Each and every day they can come home to gems like: A) german roach infestation B) an ice maker that makes ice which smells like a small mammals corpse is decomposing within each and every cube C) Carpet that sheds and looks like it has been chewed around the edges by puppies D) Old and outdated air conditioners that are inefficient and cost more money to run each month E) Uneven stairs going up to the apartment F) Diswashers that do not clean dishes wellBUT WAIT - theres more!!!! Should your enemy decide to complain to staff or seek repair to any of the matters mentioned - take warm, snuggly comfort in knowing that the office staff will either ignore their requests, or attempt to fix the issue in the absolute cheapest way possible (which will only make the problem marginally better, if at all). Does the dishwasher not work well?? Dont worry - they will happily replace it for you with one that ALSO does not work well. Is your enemy squeamish of bugs?? Great!! Small german roaches literally fall from the cabinets! Spray pesticide between the crevices where the cabinet meets the wall and watch the massive pile of roaches fall from within. It is truly, TRULY disgusting. Sure, your enemy can tell management - even yell at them....but all they receive are empty promises. :) Sweet, sweet empty promises. Oh, and do be sure they grab a spot on the upper floor too. Squirrels like to nest there and make chewing and gnawing sounds all throughout the day and night. Tell management?? Lol - they will claim to send someone - and that someone will simply say that there is no way creatures can get in there because there are no openings to do so. And yet, every day and night....the magical beasts who evidently obtain entry by osmosis will delight your enemy with their sweet sounds of nesting, gnawing and chewing. Make sure they sign up for a year lease.....it will be the worst year of their adult lives.

Dont move here. There is ALWAYS something broken and ALWAYS something being worked on. Expect to wake up to a water outage. Expect to not have water for up to 12 hours. Expect to have to go to a friends house or the gym just to shower or be able to flush the toilet. Expect random power outages. Expect to not be able to maneuver the parking lot bc of construction work being done. They are always working on something and its always interfering with your daily life.

The front gate issue really needs to be addressed already. At least one of the gates is broken and wide open at least once a week. Currently, the guest entrance is the only gate working, which is causing major traffic jams at the front because people that dont live here cant get in without access and apparently the access codes we are supposed to get for guests dont work either. Mine still isnt programmed. Now people that PAY to live here have to get out of their cars and swipe their keycards to let people they dont even know in the complex, just so they can enter themselves. This is a daily occurrence and an inconvenience . As residents, we pay to have access to the Resident entry side of the gate, its been about 3 months and it still hasnt been fixed. Please do something about this.

Dont lease here I moved in August.11 2017 and on move in date when I went to go check out my apartment that was supposed to be ready it was filthy all over inside dirty hand prints on the walls broken outlets roaches and old food in the fridge soo I took pictures or everything and showed them to manager and I had to wait another day to move in!The apartment got cleaned but mantunce never fixed anything .And only lived here for a week before harvey happend and my car got flooded out and we had to leave in boats!Only the one side that I was staying on had been flooded! Also the apartment I was staying in was not like the model shown to me at all! I lost alot of things by living here and didnt even get to enjoy anything before harvey happend and the manager are not understanding! DONT MOVE HERETHEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE 0

I love it here, i just went in to do a transfer from a 1 bedroom to a two bedroom. i have lived here for over two years and never had a problem. the staff is great and i have only great things to say.

These apartments are in a great area and look very well kept both inside and out I want to give a special thanks to Beverly for being such an amazing leasing agent who went above and beyond if it wasn’t for my pup this would have definitely been my #1 choice

Worst apartments to move into. Never have anything on time when they say they are. Worst customer service. Horrible parking. You do not want to move here. We have been living here almost a year and I cant move out because of contract dont regret your decision by moving here! Im saving you the trouble ....they delete all bad comments... Nice hidden apartments. Its not loud at night with people hanging outside. Depending where you apt is parking may be a issue. I would recommend this place. Just dont tell you ignorant friends to move over here.

Do not move here! They charge you for the cleaning of the apartment that they must do !! there are cockroaches when I just moved in, the airs are very old more than $ 200 in electricity, and it is unsafe for your car the wheels are stolen. I moved a month earlier out of fear!

Apartments are okay. They are like any other community out there. The staff on the other hand are not great. Gate doesnt work a lot of the time and remains open for extensive periods of time, making the place unsafe especially at night time.

There are frequently problems with the hot water , thats a shame because the place is nice, the staff is very friendly and the maintenance guys are very efficient.

Came to visit family. It is a hard place to find but very quiet. Only defect, their exit gate refused to assist me when exiting, common sense to drive up to it and wait for it to open, no not this time. I waited about 2 minutes just for it to open

I loved the townhomes very spacious and storage. Mrs Idalia was answered all my questions and told me she would update me any openings.

Nice area, I love my unit, they just need to fix the parking here, if you come home on a Friday or Saturday night, you can barely find anywhere to park but overall its good apartments

The people in office are very unprofessional. Sit in office with door locked in the middle of day. I feel like the they need a new office manager.

I have live here 2 yrs and the property has become better with time. The property is being renovated and is looking way better. The area is really calm and Management is good.

Worst apartment I have ever live in. Roaches flies and other insects are out of control, management is not helping at all. If you are considering in living here I recommend looking somewhere else.

Management staff is extremely rude and dont care about their customers. In recent times their behaviour has gone from bad to worse. I would rather suggest paying a little more and considering another place. I think her names Diana, Do your due deligence

Wished the apartment had a mesh screen on the door leading to the balcony area. Ive had wasp in my apartment going through the openings at the top of the door because theres no mesh screen

Ive lived here before Harvey and it is still a quiet and safe place to live. Office workers are nice and helpful with issues.

Maintenance is on point each time Ive had to call. The problem has been taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance in general is very well taken care of a this complex.

I love it here. Its so quiet. The other residents are friendly. Whenever I have had a maintainace request it has been answered within a day.

Carla was very nice and shown me the unit that I was interested in.

Mr.Adrian was very helpful and I really appreciated the time that I had with him in viewing the property.

Simple Place, Pay rent, Stay to yourself, and everything is fine. Great place to live , Very QUITE area. You literally get what you pay for AMENITIES and AREA is a PLUS .

This apartment complex Is very quite and the neighbors are very friendly. Only concern I have is the management is not very customer friendly and needs customer service training. Roaches we a serious issue we bombed 20 times.

Spacious open kitchen new appliances plus USB on livingroom outlets staff is very helpful especially Beverly she gets things done she very helpful very happy so far very quietly good location.

These apts popped up on my Facebook feeds. I decided to take a look. They seem like they could be pretty cool due to (some of the reviews) but the area getting flooded is a problem for me. ☹

Management is incredibly rude. If I have issues dealing with the apartment I am told to call corporate instead. By far the worst management I have ever dealt with.

The only cordial and sincere smile found comes from Beverly. Others there need some major work in politeness and sincerety
