Brian is the best in the biz. He helped me find a safe beautiful place for my daughter and I. After everyone else slammed doors, over charged for deposits just to be denied, and endless application fees I gave Brian a call and he had the perfect place for me ready to move into the same day. I cant thank you enough Brian. My daughter loves the stairs and playground.

Pete is a great guy. There have been multiple negaive things that have befallen my family recently, and Pete was able to provide a positive end. Although things did not end up as we both hoped, he did his best to help me and my family and I am forever grateful. He was very understanding, and available. Should I need to, I will return. I do recommend his services if you should need this type of help.

Here to help Realty has really made my moving transition one of the easiest things. They were very nice, professional and made everything about my wants. Excellent service!! I worked with a locator named Pete. He was pleasant and worked very quickly to find me the best Apartment. From his first text in an hour and a half I found an apartment I liked and got approved. I will definetely refer people to Pete!

I contacted them as I needed an apartment. However the apartment they had recommended started seeming less desirable after it wasnt ready to move-in over a week after the day the leasing agent had said I could move in. The leasing office was also closed most part of the day and it was almost impossible to get a hold of the leasing agent. I communicated this with the Here To Help realty agent so that we could work together in finding some other places as I was now living in a hotel due to the incompetence of the other apartments office manager/leasing agent. However, they seemed unwilling to work with me as they kept insisting that I wait for that apartment to finish the repairs which they hadnt started a week after my supposed move-in date. I felt very frustrated with this company because they wasted my time, I they need to listen more to the client. I easily and quickly was able to get an apartment on my own soon after. I wish I had done that to begin with. It would have saved me time and money.

I would definitely recommend this place to others the staff is awesome and everything was done in a very professional well mannered way. The communication was above and beyond from them and was very well explained from the first call my mother and I are very pleased with our services and thanks to done deal we are in our new apartment rebuilding our rental history.

He was really helpful through out the process by calling the property and making sure they follow up on the rental process. HTH is the place to go if you have a bad rental history, i am a witness.

Marcus is awesome Great service I couldn’t find a place and they helped me my rental back ground wasn’t squeaky clean either so they were a great help I’d suggest them to anyone if you’re looking for a place come here they also give you a few once you sign your lease 👍
