Working with Roxanne Kosh was a very pleasurable experience especially since her services were free of charge. Roxanne was extremely attentive to my requirements and was quick to find many locations that were in my price range. She offered valuable advice since I had not lived in an apartment for over 36 years and provided the names, numbers, and office hours of those apartments she thought I should contact. Roxanne was very quick with her responses using text messages and much patience which suited my busy schedules just fine. Nothing short of outstanding customer service. Will use Texas Apartment Locators again.

Worked with Roxanne Kosh. I called her in a panic as I didn’t know if my current location was going to raise the rent exuberantly and had a few days in which to give a 60 day notice.Roxanne sent me 2 pages of locations within 30 mins and I visited all of them same day. She continually checked on me throughout the week.Needless to say, I’m staying in my location as the increase was less than $30.00, but I will definitely use her, and I highly highly highly recommend her. She was very professional extremely knowledgeable about the entire Houston area and it was just refreshing to just make a phone call to get A1 service.

Dont come here--Complete waste of time. I desperately needed help locating a suitable apartment with time running out, and had the misfortune of dealing with JAN MASTERS. She had an attitude the second I walked through the door, and it just got worse from there.The management at my current residence declined to renew my lease (Ive lived here fourteen years) because I reported them to the city on a matter they refused to resolve. I didnt get a single recommendation or lead on any apartments from Jan, but I did receive a 15 minute lecture complete with bug-eyed facial expressions. Her sympathies are on the side of the landlords and property owners, not YOURS.I used Pathfinder instead (they actually go out of their way to help you, unlike here), and found a great apartment. I suggest you do likewise.

Becky was so great! She helped me and my fiance find a great apartment. She was fast, and gave us a lot of options to look at, and we took our time to make a decision. We just walked in and she got all the information about what we wanted in 15 minutes and emailed us a ton of options a few days later. We will use her if we move again.

Mannn I do not know WHERE to begin!!! I live in Charlotte NC & I inquired about renting an apartment and I was referred to Texas Apartment Locators. I went through the list and found Sara Bosco. Communication was a 10! I work two jobs because I am trying to move and sometimes I could not get back to her in a timely manner but she still did everything she did on her end and always made sure to follow up. Fast forward I told her I would just like to fly out to Texas and look at the apartments myself.. mannn she PICKED ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT.. DROVE ME TO EACH AND EVERY COMMUNITY.. TOOK NOTES.. ASKED QUESTIONS THAT AS A TENANT I WOULD NOT HAVE ASKED.. WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I am just sooooooo happy. I am so thankful for her. Sara thank you. Jan Masters helped me and my son with finding an apartment when he moved to Pasadena Tx He was starting Chiropractic school and had no idea about location. Phyllis was amazing in her speed of finding apartments that fit my budget and location. I tried looking on my own first, but the Houston Metro area really just has too much to offer. She made the whole process much simpler and even worked with me and kept finding me places that worked when my move out date got bumped back a month due to an administrative error at my old apartment. Jan was my apartment locator and let me tell you, she is my hero. I contacted her and with in 3-4 days she had found the perfect place for me! I had a pretty odd request of finding a place that had some type of fenced yard or patio, washer/ dryer connections in unit, and under $1200/ month. She made the process so much easier because of her knowledge of the area! Also since she knows the leasing office workers/ managers she got them to extend their hold date on the apartment and hold the exact townhome I wanted! I would not have been able to get the townhome I wanted with out her! She took time to get to know me and my specific needs and stood up for me when I needed it (being I’m slightly softer spoken, and won’t speak up for myself)! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!! Lydia was my point of contact with Texas Apartment Locators. I found her to be 100% unresponsive to my emails and inquiries as to the services offered. If I could leave 1-star for Lydia, I would. Unfortunately, my review has to impact their office as a whole. Reading some of the other reviews on here it sounds like I was simply dealing with the wrong Agent @ this office as many other Agents seem to have people praising their good work.

I was recently involved in an expansion project and Texas Apartment Locators were able to find short and long-term lodging for my staff that were relocating. I received a text from someone at this company who did not identify themselves but had a lot of opinions on what I was requesting. They were very rude and unprofessional.
