Called to David Greenberg to inquire about a property for my client. I was shocked at how rude and condescending he was. He cut me off several times as I was trying to explain my clients needs. I have no idea how someone working in this industry can operate a business without basic levels of respect and courtesy. Now I understand why there are many negative comments.

David Greenberg has been instrumental in guiding our company over the past several years with our corporate office leasing, he was knowledgeable and highly insightful as to what we needed. We began as a small firm of two and have grown exponentially - Having a 5 star corporate office setting for clients and employees has been pivotal in our success. I would (and have) recommended Greenberg & Company to anyone seeking support for their commercial real estate needs - in fact the Greenberg & Company team and us are currently exploring options to purchase - an idea that would not have been a reality if not for Greenberg & Company.

I am going on three years of renting from them. I’m a tenant who has experienced harassment and bullying from this company. Will Warden, in particular. I always pay my rent promptly. However, he has decided to retaliate against me and report that I am a slow-paying tenant on my business credit. Will is upset about my previous review that I posted about him being very aggressive towards me. Because of his retaliation, I must pay lawyers and file litigation with this company. Please beware of this wicked place. Im posting this to inform others to avoid signing a lease with this company. Please, please, please, AVOID!!!

I have to tell everyone don’t have anything business with them they are laying and Will cheat you of your money Amanda Greenberg Davis they are cheatingI “ NO signed contract “ the contract not give me in the hand because they write wrong date and month they take back change it ,I “never signed”and she lied,they no return money back more than “ten thousands dollars “ after I go her office. Her try using her big dog Bite Me , discriminate me . I keep all documents waiting you . Already passed few years but I fell always think about this. Never move, they really not good ••••

Will Warden has been very disrespectful and catty in helping work with issues with getting the AC working properly in my unit. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I have had a horrible experience working with this individual.Shortly after leaving my review. Will called me as he seemed upset and hung up in my face. This only proved my review to be truthful and honest about my experience with him.

I have had nothing but a positive and professional experience with Greenberg & Company. The property I leased was well managed, professional and the lease terms clear. I had good success with my business at one of the properties offered by Greenberg & Company that I am opening my 3rd location.As for the other reviewer I think his choice of words speak volumes about his character, the nature of his business practices and finances. I would highly recommend Greenberg & Co. if you are looking to buy, sell or lease. These are your go to guys!

I have dealt with this company for two decades and they are, without doubt, the most professional and resourceful real estate company I have ever done business with. I have bought and sold buildings and leased commercial properties through them. They are straight forward, fair, honest, and always have my best interests at heart. You wont find a better broker than Greenberg.

Very unprofessional. I didnt even get into a space with them. My broker submitted an LOI. Submitted directly to David Greenberg. David Greenberg contacted ME, directly with his response and continued to do so even after my agent repeatedly told him that all communication was to go through him. David Greenbergs initial response directly to me was borderline bullying. I see why the building I looked it was at about 20% capacity with month to month tenants who dont like to pay their rent and looked so ran down. He is completely unethical and unprofessional.

Greenberg and company helped me not only finding space with our Chinese restaurant but they went above and beyond. They made sure we were well taken care of and when we were struggling during Covid with business, they were more than what we could ask for!

Will was very attentive to all the details of our search and move into our new commercial space. He has been instrumental in some of the choices weve made and even assisted with questions after move-in. I whole-heatedly recommend engaging business with this team. Five star all the way. These guys are dirty!!. They will over charge you for CAM. They also will charge you for stuff that they claim to have fixed when they did no such thing. They get away with it only because they have money and know it cost more for you to take them to court then it would for you to just pay your false charges. Dont ever rent from these filthy animals..

Working with David Greenberg and his team has been and continues to be a pleasure. They have always been very professional and thorough in all their work for me. I recommend them highly.

Horrible service after you rent with them they dont care about anything other than collecting their money on the first day of the month, I do not recommend obtaining a rent through this company at all since for them their clients are nothing more than incoming money , you may need or whatever from them for your business premises that they will never help you.
