Regus - Houston - American General - Allen Parkway

We have been a virtual office tenant since 2018.Yes, there has been staff changes through the years, but we were always notified who we can expect at the Front Desk.We have NOT had a bad experience (knock on wood) from previous Regus staff as other Reviewers has experienced.Currently, Renee and Deja are at the Front Desk. Every compliment review written on Renee and Deja is so TRUE!!!I think every Reviewer has covered what I would write.I do want to add how I love how Renee has that motherly characteristic and watches out for us.I highly recommend this Regus location! It also has FREE parking up to one hour which is plenty of time to enter/exit.Also, love the security upon entering the building!

Ms. Renee Is outstanding she goes over and above. She has an amazing way of making you feel comfortable and she does not hesitate to help if you are needing assistance in anything. This place is a definite come to when you need an Office space.

Great office location, clean space, and unbelievable price for what you get. The staff, Reneé and Deja, are the best office staff at Regus in my unbiased opinion. To say they treat us like family is an understatement and they serve ans incredible extensions of their client’s teams to those who utilize them. Overall, I have had an incredible experience at this Regus location and look forward to working with them for years to come!

I have been leasing my office at Regus in the AIG building for around four years. I am quite pleased with the company. There have been a few changes with Regus staff and everyone for the most part were okay. The current staff Renee and Deja deserve 10 stars not 5. They make the entire office a fantastic place to be. If I had the capacity to have people work with me I would hire them immediately. They are kind, professional, helpful,smart, knowledgeable and they truly love to be here. They booked me to one room for one price and then changed room next day charging twice more. Not happy with customer service

I have operated my Law Office at this location since February 1, 2023. The Community Staff here consistently maintain a courteous and professional environment. On a daily basis, all of my business needs are met for myself and my clients. Based on my past & current positive experiences here, when my lease term expires, I will not hesitate to renew my lease contract here at Regus.

I come to this Regus location all the time for work meetings and it is great! Easily accessible and friendly and helpful staff. Renee and Deja are so great and always around to help us out!

The Regus workspace is a perfect setup. The AIG site is a great location and easily accessible. The admin staff, Renee and Deja, are very attentive and friendly. They professionally greet each guest with a smile while attending to the administrative needs of the tenants. I highly recommend Regus AIG.

Great place for a small business. Lots of camaraderie amongst people in the office and networking opportunities. Friendly staff who greet you daily and work hard to resolve any challenges . I have been here several years and it feels like home to me .

This by far is the worst Regus location in Houston. Avoid this office! Kendra is the rudest agent. The management is horrible. They will steal your credit cards from the mail! I have had so many pieces of mail return to sender because they are lazy and do not look up account information. When I first started with them, they gave personal service. As soon as I got off the elevator they would have your mail ready to hand it to you without even having to ask. Now the unprofessional girls that work there do not care and they all need to be replaced. Getting your mail is important and you will not receive it with the staff they have there now. Again, avoid this Regus office - THEY ARE THE WORST!

Do not get tempted by the seemingly low rates. Weve had a terrible customer experience. What you get promised by their sales department over phone isnt consistent with what you are actually being delivered as a product. They charge additional for everything you can think of. Literally everything is an additional fee.

I am sad to share this review but feel it is important for professionals to know what they get themselves into after signing a promising lease. We have recently submitted our lease-termination notice and since then we have received nothing but poor customer service. While this is a business and understand that there are fees to incur for certain services, I find it highly offensive to be charged $8.00 to open the door if the key has been forgotten, to be charged for a few sheets of paper, to not be able to schedule a community room at 4 pm because it affects the receptionists exit time, not be able to schedule a community or boardroom meeting in advance, etc. when before none of these were an issue. I feel that we are at the mercy of the receptionists, who constantly dissuade from asking for any type of assistance. Their response is always associated with a there is an additional fee. Read your lease agreement clearly.
