SIERRA ASSETS GROUP

This management company purchased our building and has taken it on a turn for the worst. Ive seen cleaner bathrooms in gas stations. The a.c. is always on the fritz, either freezing or nothing at all. I have left a mark on the sink just to see if someone was cleaning it, 6 months has passed, disgusting. German roaches in the offices. The neglect is never ending. Do not move your company here.

The building managers are the worst I have ever seen. I would never lease space in any building tied to Sierra Assets Group. The building is freezing...nothing gets fixed. Soap in the bathrooms is hard come by. We have asked SO many times about fixing things and they never do anything. Stay away! If you like freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer....get some space here!

The quality of the facilities and the multitude of amenities offered at this place makes it an optimal place to work. Sanitary requirements are always met and there is also a lot of tasty food offered in the building.

The best office space available in the market now with reasonable price and well managed. Space is very clean.
