Update: Project delayed an additional 3 weeks. I have not been favored with a response to my emails.Shane Elam and his team at Colliers caused almost a month of delays for a simple office build out. He does not return calls or emails and routinely cancels or forgets to follow up on his commitments. I reached out to his the Houston office president but he has not responded either. I expected better communication or at minimum meeting your commitments but neither has occurred. Almost 2 months after signing the lease they still haven’t started the work. In addition, they seek to drive up cost to landlord and tenant through constant upselling despite having clear plans as to what was required.

Colliers International is definitely the way to go. Last year, we interviewed several commercial real estate services and selected Colliers for the sale of our building, 900 Lovett, Houston, TX 77006. Colliers brought in a team of specialist for all areas, including research and marketing. They worked with both the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies Board of Directors and myself (Executive Director) to prepare the building for the sale at the best price. During the course of the showings, they were very professional and respectful of our work environment. In the end, they achieved success! The sale of our building went smoothly. Colliers helped position the new owners to allow us to lease back our space and stay in the building.
