Since, I have known Residential Leasing & Management, I believe they are one of the most professional groups I have worked with. I have assisted many tenants with leasing homes that the company manages and have always found the experience exceptional. The owners and the entire staff are always available to answer questions and to make sure that all applications and any issues are processed quickly and to the tenant’s satisfaction. Brad, Vickie, and Hayley, really go the extra mile to make sure that the homes are well maintained and clean for the enjoyment of tenants and for peace of mind to the owners. I would recommend working with RL&M for all your leasing and property management needs.

The leasing process was easy and fast! Anytime I have had an issue they do their best to get it done quickly.

Ive known the CEO for about 30 years and he is honest, fair, knowledgeable and works hard to please all concerned parties in any transaction.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS MANAGEMENT GROUP. They will steal your money and deflect responsibility until you give up. They claim to not be the landlord, and that you need to get in contact with the landlord, but will refuse to give you contact information for said landlord. This is a scummy company who steals peoples money for the landlord for a cut of the Profit. Taking money directly off the back of working people is wrong and this management company doesnt seem to understand that. One day Karma will catch up to all of them and I hope I am there to watch the downfall. Godspeed you crooks.

The company refused to return my deposit despite the fact the house was cleaned thoroughly prior to move out. We were charged our entire $3025.00 deposit and provided with no proof or invoice of any work done. Also other charges they made against the deposit were fraudulent. Terrible experience and also slow to finish service requests throughout the lease. When we moved in the house was also not cleaned. We inquired about this and were given a $100 deep cleaning credit on the next months rent. When we moved out we were then charged $500 in cleaning fees despite the fact that we went through the entire house and cleaned for hours.

They are amazing highly, the service is great and friendly 10/10 recommend!

I don’t want to feel like just a number to the company I am trying to do business with. It cost nothing to be kind!

As a vendor, I find Residential Leasing to be very attentive to their clients needs. They are great with follow up, have great procedures in place to make sure their clients are getting the best services. They passionately work to ensure their clients are a top priority. These individuals are full of it dont go with them at all I will keep blowing this up cause literally when I say they have taken money and have not returned phone calls, email, text messages nothing. They will scam you out of your money and give you a good pitch to tell you they will help you but nothing!! Also if you have tax work with these people its all laying on the floor in the office! Like all I wanted was a home for my family but yet you scammers are definitely out here living off the people who are just trying to live!!! YALL ARE SICK INDIVIDUALS AND IT DOESNT MAKE ANY SINCE!!

This company is team tenant and not team landlord. You will be charged outrageoys charges for repairs without giving you ample time to maje the repairs. I will not be renewing my contract with them.

I worked with this company for 2 years they handled my property which was rented to tenantsThey are professional yet friendly and extremely helpful . They go the extra mile for their clientsI have no reservation to highly recommend them for anyone intrested having some one great manage their property
