Since receiving the email on Saturday saying that the water in my apartment is contaminated with harmful bacteria, I have been unable to attend to my personal hygiene—such as bathing, brushing my teeth, washing my face, or cooking—due to concerns about potential exposure to harmful bacteria in the water. This situation is not sustainable, and I am unable to continue living under these conditions until the 30th.Could you please provide an update on the plans to resolve the water issue for the remainder of my stay? I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution.

UNSAFE RESTROOM EXPERIENCE!I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at your establishment. As a parent, my primary concern is the safety and well-being of my child. It is beyond unacceptable that I was denied the basic right to accompany my 9-year-old daughter to the restroom.To make matters worse, when I sought assistance from a representative on the 6th floor, I was met with an outrageous suggestion: to hand over my child to a complete stranger in order for her to use the restroom. This is not only absurd but also incredibly dangerous. I cannot fathom how anyone could think this is an appropriate solution.As a customer, I expected a certain level of respect, understanding, and empathy from your staff. The fact that my concerns were brushed aside and I was put in a position where my childs safety could have been compromised is utterly distressing. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards of care and customer service at your establishment.I implore you to reevaluate your policies and staff training to ensure that such a distressing incident never occurs again. No parent should be put in a position where their childs safety is jeopardized, and no child should be made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable. My hope is that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to prevent any other family from going through what we experienced.

They have a nice lobby place, when you try to be there, they ask you if you come from Colombia Consulate, if your answer it’s yes… they told move from another place or they call the supervisory.I was with my 10-year-old son and we felt discriminated against.
