Went to look for prices. The leasing agent did not even allow us to sit down. She spoke to us while standing up rushing us out. Told us she had nothing available, didn’t even bother to give prices. She contradicted herself and told me to come back Wednesday. Very unprofessional from my point of view as I am I leasing specialist I would never treat prospects like that. I hope corporate sees this and takes proper action to their employees.

I lived here for years in three different units, first unit was too small so, I got a bigger unit only for the upstairs toilet waste came down on us, it was so disgusting. No clean up, it took a week before they moved me to another unit, then my autistic son was assaulted by someone visitor. I took the police report to the front office. They did NOTHING because she was a visitor of a longer time residence and she was trying to move in as well (they were Mexican) I am a black woman that also lived there for years as well. When I didn’t drop it, the head of maintenance and his son (Alex) who works in the office decided to switch off my lights and lied about it. So when I called my electrical provider, he said someone just switch it off.. When I decided to cut my losses and move out, they told other apartments that I apply for my personal business, which stopped me from moving. They then started to refuse my rent, just move is what Alex told me. They made it very difficult, I’m glad I don’t have to EVER SEE them again…..

If I could give them a zero 🌟 I would. Poor management,rude staffs, very unprofessional.All they want is your money but dont care if your appliances are working or not and upon that they increased the rent fee. DO NOT MOVE IN.When you are trying to move, in they will sound so nice and good but after they show you who the really are.

Ive been living in this apartment complex for years now and I think its an alright place to live in, except there is a lot of cockroaches.

The park is great but there is no pool to swim in on a hot summer

There are constant leaks in the apartments, and mold is a serious issue. Residents often have to pay out of pocket for repairs. The parking situation is also a nightmare; the manager charges for parking, yet there are never enough spaces. There’s no security, and despite rent increases, maintenance is nonexistent. The manager promises improvements when leases are renewed, but these promises are never kept. I strongly recommend reconsidering if youre thinking about moving here, everything is bad. Hello everyone, I have been living here for more than 4 years but I had been lucky that something didnt break, this winter the heating broke down and they didnt fix it well, they only said that it was fine and the next day it did not work we were cold to heat us with the oven and with heaters and they continued to report and they did not solve the problem for more than 4 months reporting the same problem and nothing, I took them the fire alarm because it does not work and we still do not have it back. One day I had to turn off the oven with the fire extinguisher that caught fire because I used it to heat the apartment because these people here said it worked and it was a lie, in conclusion, do not come to these apartments to rent a lot of attention and those who work are liars the office, thank you These apartments are rotten and they dont fix anything only when they go to renew the contract and the only thing they do is raise the price of the rent they promise that they are going to change things and the years go by and they dont do anything they just fix it clan that they have in the same apartment the carpet and the bathtub every year they say they are going to change it and nothing I have two small children the heating gives a problem every year the manager told me I already ordered a new one and, after a long wait he said he had nothing its a lack of respect what a shame that they are all latinos since we should support more they are the most harmful than disgusting people

Horrible, these people are despots, they dont fix anything, Ive been living here for years and instead of fixing things they tell you, if you like, you can look for another place... they make you sign a contract for pleasure every year that you renew, you have rights that they dont comply with, its good to make a separate demand, they renew you every year and they raise a large amount outside the rules, I would like to talk to the owner of this place. I have videos where the cold has been exaggerated and the heating of this does not work, they only live mending it to make it work for a few hours and of course like other comments here, buy your spoon killer because there are enough...

These apartments are full of bugs, plus the office manager is disrespectful and racist, they are rude, they dont fix anything, you have to keep quiet in the back and she tells you to your face, you can go somewhere else, a terrible place, I dont recommend it for live

The office staff are very rude, rude, and they take your cars and without any explanation they sell you the stikes before, it was not like that.

I am very indignant since I was parking in the visitors parking lot and without any notice to the residents they removed that parking lot and when I got up to go to work they had already taken my car to the deposit and I had to pay 267.00 dollars to get it. They turned back...thats not fair because they have to notify first and I complained to them and they didnt give me any response.

We have been asking them to fix the air conditioning and they never arrive and if they always fix it, it breaks down again and they have to keep calling all the time and they do nothing.

Safe and well-priced apartments, cleanliness is maintained, the staff who work here are friendly and respectful

The apartments were very nice. I went to visit a friend and I was delighted. I would like to move here in the future. I recommend them.

I spent about 1 hour waiting for the washing machines to come down so I could park in my parking lot.
