I usually don’t post reviews, but with Allison I need to take time and share my experience with the service she provided. She’s one of very few real estate agents that has been so very helpful. We own several properties and constantly provided great and reliable services and information. She even takes her personal time to meet with us. We are very grateful for her and plan to work with her on our new project.

I have used Allison Grover with Homes Central Real Estate for over 30 years. She has not only been extremely professional and helpful in both the buying of my properties but also handling all of my rentals. I would highly recommend using Allison and Homes Central for all of your real estate needs as the knowledge base that she and Richard Vincent possess are second to none! You will not be disappointed!

Terrible. I would avoid working with her (Allison Grover) at all cost. Kept me entire deposit and never showed me an itemized invoice (which I have a right to by law if my money is being kept). Also went from calling me a “model tenant” to leaving my apartment in disrepair as soon as I asked about my deposit. Also extremely unprofessional. I have the emails as proof.
