Wish I Never used . House cleaning needed badly and I don’t mean dirty floors. With new real estate rules , going to see lot of bad eggs go ! One Can only hope .

They used to be really good. Now, agents NOT READING CONTRACT and ask my agent for some confirmations! Well, read first what was executed ... And the latest experience tells me that Berkshire Hathaway allow agents (in particular - T.L.) irresponsibly use wrong sellers disclosure - without signature of counter party (and back agents miss this point), left buyer at closing saying NO WORD and leaving without property keys (aka possession), hide some HOA violations from buyers, and ultimately leading with those misleads the buyer to wrong decision to buy or not. After mentioning all listed problems they hide and not willing to resolve any from listed issues.STAY AWAY.

Where do I even start? I used the services of Linda Tello from a RocketMortgage/Quicken Loans recommendation. First, she was late to every showing. The only time she showed up on time was after I expressed my disappointment with her service. She even brought her date to a showing. It felt very unprofessional. Very unprofessional and unethical team. My home is still on the market for over 40 days now and we had only one showing. The company manager is rude and never has an answer for anything. I never recommend them to any. Please stay away from them.
