Doesn’t deserve one star, very unprofessional, was dealing with a lady by the name of Ms, Danielle,, we found a house we liked and she said she was getting the lease agreement written up, she leaves and goes out of town and pass things to a Ms. Gretchen, we see the house and was told we were approved.. Then all both decided to just disappear. We finally get in touch with them and now it’s oh all the applications have to be seen. This is after being told that me and my family had already been approved for the house. Horrible customer service, can’t even believe the company has those type of workers. Says a lot about the COMPANY.

We recently got in the market looking for a new house and found Ben Millen. Best choice that we could’ve made. From start to finish, he was always very responsive and went above and beyond for us. We just closed on our new build today and I’m grateful to have Ben on our team. Highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable!

Its always exciting to hear about lots of showings that came pouring in, even with multiple showings in the same day, actually within a few hours! Everything went smooth and on time. We purchased a home and David Johnson was the seller’s agent. Extremely unprofessional. There were a number of repairs needed for the home and the seller agreed to fix them. Our agent reached out multiple times to David asking when the repairs would be done so we can schedule for the inspector to come again to make sure it was fixed and we got no response or the run around. Literally the day before we are set to close we get the ok regarding repairs and have our inspector come look. Day of we receive the report and most of the pricier things were not completed or even looked at. David knew we already sold our home and was stuck and used that to his advantage. We tried asking for them to cover some closing costs so we could use that money to pay for the repairs ourselves and he literally told our realtor he would recommend to the sellers to not pay for anything and completely downplayed the issues from the report of the home to the seller (we know this because our realtor was cc’d on the email). We had no choice but to close having to come out of pocket for the repairs including replacing an entire window. He was just mean and nasty. I can’t speak on the other realtors in that office but he should be someone to avoid. No morals or integrity.

I am a realtor at the Sugar Land/ Fort Bend location and this was the best decision Ive made this year. Getting my license was a highlight but joining BHGRE Gary Greene saved me so much stress. They provide so much training, you have no reason to fail at becoming the best agent. Choose BHGRE Gary Greene, tell them Savana sent you :)!
