We have poor credit and an eviction but she worked so hard to help us find and lease a rental home. The price range is great but her service is EXCELLENT.If you or anyone you know is in the market for buying or renting a home, reach out to Jess. Kevin Weber of CB&A Realtors hosted an open house at Stormcroft Ln, Katy on Saturday, Jan 25th. The listing agent on HAR for this house is Dawn Mack however, Kevin Weber was present at the open house. We liked this house and asked for sellers disclosure. Kevin took our email down and promised, he will send the disclosure in evening. He never sent anything and while still waiting for sellers disclosure, on Monday, Jan 27th we came to know the house status went Pending. And here is the irony, Kevin sends an email to my husband, thank you for visiting my open house, I can help you find a house if you dont have an agent. Really? Is this how CB&A Realtors work? If the house went pending after showing to a potential buyer that would make sense, but if you hold open house, give all potential buyers an opportunity before you accept an offer. Very unprofessional. I am not going to work with any realtor associated with CB&A and for sure not with Kevin Weber and Dawn Mack.
