After searching for a while for someone to help us with the design of our new home, I was referred to Coten House, we have been working with Mariana De La Garza on our new home project, she has helped us from selecting all the finishes to our home to furniture and decor, I loved working with Mariana. She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, find different floor plans, areas of houston and presented us with detailed information on each property. Kayla Pylate responded to one of my posts on facebook (looking for lots to build house). As seen in the comments, she said that she have some lots that will suite my needs. Talked to me for 10-15min to understand my needs. I also sent her my prequalification letter. No response after that (No email about the listings she mentioned) for 3-4 days. Didnt answer my calls/ called back.If you guys are tight on your schedule, please dont take new clients. Home buyers are already stressed out as they are making big decisions
