Casca was/is our realtor and is AMAZING! We never had direct communication with Marcus but anytime Casca needed him on one of our showings, he was there to help. Casca is very knowledgeable on all things real estate and keeps it real. When we originally started the buying process we went with our sellers agent to be buying agent as well and long story short, he was shady. That kind of realtor that literally just wants your money so we switched to Casca and it was a breeze from the start. She showed us endless houses, dealt with my pickiness, had our backs with tough sellers agents, super funny lol and was overall just amazing. Definitely recommend.

Cant imagine going through the home buying experience without Home Topic Realty. Marcus and Casca really seem ready for anything, and both of them are in your corner. I hear horror stories about brokers, and know that I would never have that experience with this company. I have recommended them to my friends and family, and would absolutely use them again.

Marcus did not come into the sale of our home well informed. He pulled really old comps and overpriced our home terribly. Despite our gut feeling, we trusted him. We spend 3 months lowering the price with him again and again with no results except 2 really seriously low ball offers from people reaching for the stars. He was not fantastic at communication. He didnt let us know that he had a business partner (who seems nice enough) and when we finally talked him into having an open house (which he said was a waste of time), he sent her instead of going himself, without telling us. Frequently, we were unable to get ahold of him or his business partner. Finally, I decided to go with another real estate agent. Marcus acted like he was going to be amicable but when the day came to pull his listing so our new agents could put theirs up, he held our listing hostage, insisting that we pay him $2500 (originally wanted $3400) when we sold our house, for his work. Marcus was not successful in selling our home and deserved no payment for his lack of work, his work ethic was so so, and ethically, I would and will 100% actively let people know that they should absolutely not do business with him. Our new agents came in strong and were able to get 2 really good offers on our house within 4 days of being with them. What a refreshing change of pace. I will recommend my new realtors to everyone.
