Worse experience ever! I highly don’t recommend. We found a house so quick and got closing date l. When the date got closer they had to extend again due to a title, then had to extend AGAIN after a second closing date was given. Only because Lucille wanted 100% profit of the deal. That was u fair to us but we were very patient with them every step of the way. I have all the information I need to file complain against them and I will unless I hear something back from them returning my money I believe it’s only fair due to them failing us not once but twice on our contract. I have all messages printed out and enough evidence to make valid complain. I’m glad I didn’t go through this closing because in the end they were so disrespectful and it made us feel uncomfortable about purchasing the home. When the date did come they were rushing us and unnecessary comments were made as if our jobs weren’t important we felt rushed last minute. Then he tried blaming us for the extension which is not true again I have all valid information. So so I would like to have my money back or someone get back to me otherwise I will file complain. ASAP!!!!!!!

Warning! The people working in this office have sticky fingers! They will lose your application deposit, and then tell you that its not their problem. Not only will they deny responsibility, but they will start to point fingers in any other direction they can.I work in customer service, so i understand how it is dealing with difficult people, but i had to be that person with these people in order to get my money back in my hands! I ended up having to drive downtown in the cold and rain with my newbord in order to retrieve my money. Do not leave cash with them!

Such a welcome to houston, just moved here to pursue a business opportunity, looking for a home to live in and got nothing but a poor attitude and no assistance in the process. Would not even entertain offers on home because they know the market. I sincerely hope everyone who reads this, takes a second to look for someone who is willing to work for you not against you. This whole experience is very disheartening. Best of luck to everyone.

I am apauled by the discourtious, unethical, and rude nature this company employs to sell homes. I would never want someone to represent me in that manner, or my interests, in that manner. Steer clear!

Stay away from Valery Rodriguez. She is fraud, doesn’t do her job. Terrible experience with her

Staff is not very good with thier job others just brag about thier lives like ok I don’t need to know that until one employee helped me get me a real home s/o to that person
