I would recommend this young man to anyone. Let me just tell you a little background of my story and experience as one of his clients. My husband and I only had one month to find a place, mind you this was when Texas had a snow storm, houses everywhere had busted pipes. There were slim to none chances of us finding a place, let alone within our budget. Mr. Woodley searched day and night. I mean he has plenty of patience. Because I was all over the city of houston. Every house I chose to look at, he was there. He went above and beyond to find the perfect house for us. He made sure we were in a nice house by the end of our 30 day deadline. Great customer service! Had a lot of fun working with James, he worked around my busy schedule and took what lil bit of info I had given him and answered most of the questions I didnt ask, for example the property I ended up moving to isnt serviced by ambit energy so I would not be able to transfer service and they also require renters insurance where my previous property did not, it was nice to know before visiting the property. Theres a lot of paper work and need to do lists when it comes to moving and its so much easier when you know the person helping you is knowledgeable in his field! Thank You James!!! I would say see you next year but I think Im going to be here for a while. I love my apartment!!!
