Shahin completely lacks professionalism. I informed him I wasn’t interested in his services and he became hostile, rude, and condescending. He continued to message me even after asking him to stop.There’s plenty of realtors out there… find a better one than Shahin.

Shahin managed both my purchase and sale and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish in both instances, helping a ton with someone who was making their first purchase and sale. He’s extremely communicative, patient and helpful throughout the process and gave me great advice on a number of hard decisions. He also has great contacts for different vendors who were lifesavers in helping get my house ready to sell, as well as help on the purchase with my mortgage, homeowners insurance, and all of the other giant list of things that a buyer can be overwhelmed by for a first purchase. Would 1000% recommend Shahin to anyone looking!

I had the experience working with Shahin, and at first, he was very professional/fast when it comes to getting information regarding of the properties that I was interested in.We agreed to schedule visit for some of the properties, and Shahin said that he would help arranged them, and his assistant would be at the visits. Ive never received any other info regarding of the visit from the assistant or him for that week. And there were no visits.There might be some miscommunication between him and his team, but I was very disappointed.

**Future Home Buyers BEWARE**If you are in the market to purchase a new home, do not choose this company. Specifically, do not work with the listing agent, Shahin Naghavi. He is unresponsive to most emails and phone calls from myself or my realtor. When he does decide to respond he is rude and dismissive. He does not care if the buyer is happy.I signed with Madison Fine Properties in December 2021. It is October 2023 and the house still isnt finished. Shahins response to this is, be happy the property has increased in value.The new roadblock is an easement issue which I was never informed about.The people involved in the Campbell Oaks build are amateurs.Whoever Soraya Homes is has no clue what theyre doing. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

It was brought to their attention that their current “home designer” Tifanny Reyes has still a balance of 765$ balance due for countertops done at2*** Greyburn Houston, Texas 77080This is an outside job, but you have a terrible person who used the life of a cancer patient to get us Countertops of Texas, LLC wrapped up in your mess. I do not recommend working with Tifanny Reyes has it been a year and this problem has not been resolved.

We are first time home sellers and did not know the process or what to expect, so it was great working with someone as experienced as Shahin and his team. He gave great tips on how to help sell our home and we took his advice and received an offer over-asking. Shahin and Melika were key proponents in helping us find a home we loved and sell our previous home. After interviewing 4 realtors in the area, we decided to go with Madison Fine Properties due to their expertise in the East Downtown area. Shahin was the most personable and knowledgeable of the EaDo area from the realtors we screened. Within a day of selecting Shahin and his team, they scheduled us for 10 showings. We found the perfect fit home by the 4th showing. We relied on MFPs expertise and timeliness for a smooth buying experience.Originally, we planned to sell our old home to an e-buyer since we didnt want to deal with the headaches of selling. Once again, MFP helped us do a market analysis of what we realistically could get for our previous home. Melika was great in getting our home photographed, listed, and marketed within a week of deciding to list with them. Due to their quick execution, the listing went under contract within 1 day. Thanks to Melika, we were able to sell our house for more than we anticipated at lightning fast speed!We were so happy to choose MFP to represent us from both the buying and selling side. After 2 transactions with them, we are so happy we made the right choice.

I regret to share my overall dissatisfaction with the construction experience provided by Madison Fine Properties for the development of my new house. While I appreciate the complexities associated with home construction, several aspects of this project have fallen short of expectations.One significant concern revolves around the extended timeframe for completion, as the construction period has stretched almost two years. This delay has been compounded by a series of errors within the interior, necessitating repeated and unnecessary corrections. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate these issues through email were met with prolonged periods of non-responsiveness, resulting in the demolition of walls and floors to address the oversights.Furthermore, a notable oversight occurred regarding the placement of a neighbors pipe on my property, which was not communicated to me in advance. They pretended like this was a known fact since the beginning of the construction yet they never once mentioned it until we brought it up to them during one of the final inspections. This lack of transparency was disappointing and required additional coordination to resolve. The resolution to this was to build a fence between both properties effectively taking a piece of my land and giving more land to the house with the biggest lot in the property. Yet I still have to pay the same price.One particular challenge in this process has been the communication with Mr. Shahin Naghavi. Despite my efforts to engage in constructive dialogue, I have found Mr. Naghavi to be dismissive and unapologetic, frequently attributing responsibility to his role as a non-builder. This lack of ownership and accountability has contributed to the overall frustration associated with this project. Mr. Naghavi fails to realize he is just as bad as the builder. Nice way of getting rid of any accountability. Blame your partner.In the interest of fostering improvements and providing this feedback constructively, I hope that Madison Fine Properties can address these concerns promptly. It is my sincere desire to see the successful completion of my home and a more effective communication process moving forward.

We listed our townhouse for sale with Shahin at (Madison Fine Properties) and within 2 weeks he landed a contract and 4 weeks we had our closing!! My husband and I were impressed with his confidence, kindness, professionalism, and communication throughout the process. Transaction was smooth from beginning to the end. Shahin was so patient with us. We were very picky buyers and he was always super helpful making a lot of trips. He has such a good understanding of the market which helped us on negotiating. We contacted Shahin with difficult requirements to fill and he found us a home that met/exceeded all our expectations. Shahin was a huge help for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house. He was extremely patient given that I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted in the beginning, drove me all over town and we looked a ton of properties, and he even steered me away from places that I thought I liked but that wouldnt have been the right fit or a good value. Reading these reviews makes me feel like I must be dealing with the wrong company. It seems this company used to be very attentive to its customers and clients but now seems to put profits and increased business ahead of customer care. I hope that one day they decide to return to the approach that made them successful in the first place.My unfortunate adventure with Madison Fine began about a year and a half ago, when I was first in the market for a new home. I got my home under contract in September 2021 with an April 2022 expected closing. Well, Madison Fine blew right through that deadline. And the revised deadline they told me to plan for after that. And the one after that. And the one after that. Months went by as I was forced to extend my apartment lease for several months on a month-to-month basis b/c I could not get a firm move-in date. What was truly frustrating was that I just could not get the simplest of updates throughout the process, even when I would repeatedly email or call.When Madison Fine finally formally notified me and the other tenants in my subdivision that homes were nearing completion in October 2022, the stated closing dates were once again blown by several weeks. We got to December and were told our home was ready for move-in, but inspections of the property revealed numerous major unaddressed issues. Desperate to finally move into our home and tired of expending thousands of dollars in unplanned and elevated rental payments, we agreed to move-in on the condition that Madison Fine correct the issues identified by our inspector within 30 days of moving in. Madison Fine agreed. We hoped the non-stop back-and-forth with Madison Fine to just do their job and deliver the product we signed for in September 2021 was finally over.We were wrong. 30 days came and went (were closer to 90 now) and very few of the items flagged by our inspector have been addressed. We moved in and had a terrible time -- AC issues, furnace, inactive electronics, missing electric cords, water dripping through the vents during storms, etc -- and spent weeks getting these issues addressed. We had to nag and nag and nag, but would only get a response when it was convenient for the folks at Madison Fine, even if the issue threatened our health and safety.Now that the major health and safety issues have been addressed, Madison Fine have essentially completed ghosted me on addressing the remaining issues. Ive tried to have my real estate agent talk to them, but hes had no luck. Ive emailed them, and my emails get ignored. Meanwhile, across the street, Shahin & Madison Fines posters are posted around townhomes that are being rapidly built up while Madison Fine cant bother to finish the jobs it started in my subdivision. That is whats brought me to the point of airing all of this dirty laundry. I dont believe that the folks at Madison Fine have anything personally against me, but to be consistently disrespected and ignored when all Ive asked for is to be given the services Madison Fine agreed to provide is frustrating.I hope to be able to update this review down the line to say that Madison Fine finally stepped up, took ownership of their mistakes, and fulfilled their promises. For now, I hope you, reader, will consider this cautionary tale before you decide to give your money and business to Madison Fine.

Shahin is GREAT! He made the shopping for a house fun, and a lot less stressful. He’s very knowledgeable of the Houston area. He knows all the right questions to ask to help guiding you to purchasing your new home, with zero pressure to buy now if you’re not ready. I will only use him and have recommended him to friends that are also looking to buy/sell.

She is timely, attentive, and keeps up with communication, so you are not left waiting for too long with no answer.She also sold a co-owner and Is old condo reasonably quickly within a month after a failed attempt with another realtor, for which it stayed on the market for several months. It was becoming imperative that it gets sold, and she found a buyer for us for the asking price we needed!Melika is a quality realtor who cares to accommodate you the best that she can!

I was put in contact with Alexander Barrios after inquiring about a property on Zillow. After telling him what my partner & I was looking for he continued to send me over 30 listings that didnt fit my description. Either exceeded budget, square footage or didnt have an outdoor deck that we want. Wasting our time to view a property that didnt meet the requirements in midtown.He was unorganized & didnt have knowledge of the properties that we went to go view with him from the first home showed. Looking up the information as we go. I should have saw it as a red flag but we gave him a chance. The last straw was when we thought we found a property in Montrose & almost put in an offer. We had our doubts about that property & wanted to continue viewing other propertys. I sent a listing to him to set it up but he never responded. I felt as if I was doing more work than him in finding the right home. He was too eager to close when we werent yet ready. I am so glad that we are no longer working with him & didnt sign that buyers agreement. Now we found a better more knowledgeable realtor who we love.
