Jose Vidal represented me as my realtor for 60 days. In that time, he pushed me to lower the price of my house from 340k to 290k, each time saying it will get in a bidding war when in reality the market is currently just down. I decided i went low enough for long enough and i wanted to pull it off market, and jose said he would but also said he held the contract for 6 months, which is bs. He uses poor, pushy sales tactics that would make a car salesman mad. I will not use him for anything and if this is how exp is as a whole, stay far away. Stick with a realtor that is upfront and doesnt lie to get their way.

I had a great experience working with Hardee & Company Real Estate. I worked with Andrew Shaghoury and he was communicative, efficient and did a great job at finding me my dream home. I am a first time home buyer and he walked me through the process and ended up getting me a great deal on my home. I highly recommend him and am thrilled with my home.

SAUL CEDILLO!Hello, my name is CYNTHIA CARDENAS. I will never do business or recommend this realtor in this lifetime or the next he sold me a house for 240K and ended up being a FIXER UPPER home. He recommends his inspector to do the inspection of the house and they will lie about everything wrong with the house just to be able to sell you the home. He will also tell you has sold so many houses which is a lie. He and the inspector will tell you the house is in good condition. I have been in my house for 2 1/2 months and I have already spent over 20k to fix the home. Hes a shyster and thief. The floor of the house was completely rotten, and the smell is still terrible so many other issues that it will take me a whole day to write and explain everything. He manipulated everything to his advantage to be able to sell the home. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!!!!! SAUL CEDILLO
