We have our home on the market. Lori D. Jenkins is a realtor with Realty Associates. Lori made an appointment to bring her clients to view our home. Her clients never arrive to our home yet Lori came in by herself and made her self at home. She eat some cookies, looked in our closets and dressers. She even moved some of our stuff in our closets. It is very suspicious that a licenced agent would go into a property without clients. It is puzzling why a licenced agent would help herself to our food. But it is intolerant that she went into our personal items. Thank God that we took our guns with us and that we have a safe. I guess that I shouldnt be surprised looking at the low ratings of her office (birds of a feather). It is just a matter of time before the TREC takes action.

Listing a house built in the 70s for more than a brand new house is pricing people out of the market. Dimas Gomez is a terrible human being.

We end up finding a bigger home in a nearby area. We sent out a request to see the new home and Patty unfortunately responded first. From the gate, Patty emphasized speed and moved us to sign with her overnight. I appreciated tenacity so I signed with her and began the process. Upon inspection, we learned the HVAC unit is from 1994. I asked for two repairs before closing on the home, the roof is to be fixed (not done as requested) and the HVAC to be replaced. Patty drew up the contract and worded that the HVAC unit only needs to be operational. I blame my naivety but I thought she must be doing the best thing and looking out for me. So we signed and then suddenly Patty communication became unresponsive. The best way to contact her is with other peoples phone numbers. In addition, she calls late in the evening so clearly I was an after thought. Fast forward 60 days, the operational HVAC needs to be replaced. We are now $15K in the hole and that is not even top of the line HVAC unit. I rarely write reviews but other buyers need to know Patty will not advocate for you. I do not believe my review is harsh because the selling agent our other house was also concerned over her behavior.

Beautiful place with staff that goes out of their way fold your comfort. I highly recommend.

One of their guys litteraly threw trash out of his car on to the street. He had a white older Chevy with their logo on the back.No one should be throwing trash out their window on to the road.

This is the most unethical company and the broker doesnt care how his agents go about business. We were ripped off and our work was stolen and used to their advantage. STAY CLEAR
