Melissa Duke did a great job helping us find the perfect home. We got a home that was listed one day and had at least 15 buyers show up at the open house. Excellent realtor in Darian Harden. Always promptly answered my questions and/or returned my calls. Had good knowledge of Houston market and was a tremendous help in deciding asking price, contractors to consult on repairs to same, and overall, best offer to accept. We had 5 offers in 4 days. All this was done for a property in Houston while I never had to leave my home in Oregon.

Dina Leita of Realty Associates did a great job selling our house! Her kindness and professionalism made the process easy for my wife and me. Dina patiently walked us through the process and explained everything so well. She took great pictures of our house and posted them online. Her great photography made our house look very beautiful. She used her magic to decorate and place everything so nice. She even bought extras books to make our bookcase look better. She is an awesome person with a great personality and a sweet demeanor. We highly recommend her. She understands real estate business very well and knows the housing market prices. She priced our house just right and it sold quickly. It was a pleasure working with her. We just met her for the first time on a Monday and signed the listing agreement the next day. Both my wife and I just knew by meeting her the one time that she had the calm and confident presence we needed. It was an easy choice to sign with her. She worked hard for us and spent a lot of time helping us. She made us feel special and she really cared about us. She kept us posted on everything that was happening daily and she is a super communicator. The process was easy with her leading the way. We think she is the best!! Ive been in the process to buy a home from a guy named Kingsley Osage. Absolute nightmare to work with. I tried to buy a house with him and he has given me and my realtor nothing but trouble. He cancelled my appraisal saying that he needed earnest money after the contract was signed. Absolutely horrible experience. If you have the chance, avoid this guy at all costs. He wont bargain well, and good luck having him sell your house.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. One of these agents stole our intellectual property and proceeded to use to their own advantage and then when confronted ignored us and made us out to be the bad person. I will be going over and beyond with this matter in the legal system to get what is right. It is completely unethical to steal from others.
