I dont normally do things like this but have decided to do it this time because it is just unacceptable to treat people with such disrespect. Sergio was extremely Rude and Disrespectful to me. So much so that I am filing a Complaint with the State Board of Realtors. It is Shameful in my opinion to treat any customer this way. Its to bad I cant post his Text Messages here for you to review. Absolutely unbelievable to me that this person is allowed to continue to have a License to sell Real Estate. Be VERY CAREFUL with this company.

Bait and switch price on a home they had listed. Very misleading and deceitful. My family and I have been looking for a home for quite some time now and stumbled across a home they had listed. When I called about the home they said the seller just really needs the money and wants to sell asap. After further talking about the price etc they admitted that they are taking offers on the property. They informed me that it was a simple bait and switch to get people into a bidding war to purchase a property for higher than what it would have gone for otherwise. I am absolutely appalled and very upset to say the least. You dont do that to people. In this market it seems like peoples humanity is non-existent.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME WITH THIS AGENT! Don’t waste your time with this realtor as a buyer. This realtor currently has a listing online for sale on 13627 Greenridge Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77498 for 100k, which is extremely underpriced for that area. This is deliberately extremely underpriced as a bait to simply waste our time and my agents time viewing this property. We submitted several offers believing this is a real listing with intent to sell in the ball park of what’s listed for 100k, however this agent is essentially trying to auction this property and turn this into a bidding war with no intent to sell this property for even double that price. I took these 5 mins to write this so that the next family that’s looking within a budget of 100k for a home doesn’t get their hopes crushed and their time wasted by unethical pricing tactics to bait buyers.

Christian was the best. He listened to my needs and found us the perfect house. He was there for me every step of the way. When I had questions or unsure he was there. I think of him as family.
