As the owner of Bugs, a professional pest control company in Katy, I am sharing our experience with Mr. Smith. Mr Smith called our office to schedule a Wood Destroying Insect report for a real estate transaction. We arrived and completed the report per our instruction from Mr. Smith. He issued payment from his checking account via the postal service which did not arrive in our office until 30 days past the service. We deposited his check but payment was returned to us unpaid, the bank stating insufficient funds. We contacted Mr Smith and he issued payment but also raged because we passed the bank charge on to him. He was so intolerable to our staff. It is inappropriate that a fellow business owner would behave in this manner towards another professional. He then proceeded to give our business a bad review on Google. I decided to put the truth into perspective for Mr. Smith
