I was a tenant for eight (8) years. I never missed payment. And if there was an issue with the pay, I resolved it and kept clear communication. However, I always had difficulty with maintenance or getting things fixed. Communication is not what they can do.Nevertheless, I had great neighbors and a great rental insurance company. However, now that I moved, they will not give me my deposit! They have my new location, and if not, they have my cell email. But it has been 3 months since I moved...they may have to just contact my lawyer.🤷🏾‍♀️

Great customer service! They know exactly what I need. Solve the problem fast. Especially Mr. Kenneth, hes so experience and has patience. Just brought my house from them last week. I trust them and will ask them to be my agent when I purchase my next investment house.

Horrible! They manage an HOA I own property in and never take care of anything on the property so it makes it very difficult to keep tenants. Never return calls or emails. John is especially bad. Do not use them.

I have never in my life had to deal with such lazy unprofessional people! God forbid I have a maintenance issue, because it takes forever to get someone to come fix stuff!! Then when they do come they send someone who doesnt even call you back or speak English. Cindy is pretty much useless when it comes to maintenance issues. She will tell you shell call you back, and NEVER does. The place is pretty much a bunch of ghetto uneducated, unprofessional morons.

I was told to make a bid on online auction and that I would get an answer in 10 days. Two weeks later I still have no answer and the house was reposted on both HAR and Redfin. Calling the office does not solve any problem. They lie about everything.

Worst costumer service ever .. the asian lady who answered the phone for south west corporate was not a true sales person at all and should stick to her day job i wouldnt trust such people to find me my first home.

One star cause Zero isn’t an option. Embarrassing to the Real Estate industry.
